Even if the village was evacuated, Madara didn't know that and he didn't hesitate to fire, evacuated or not he would have killed everyone there simply for the sake of showing off the Juubi's power.

Evacuating civilians to safe locations is a very common tactic. He was a war-lord when he was alive and must have used the same tactic for his own people. I doubt he's an idiot.

Even Kurama described Madara as malevolent, he described his presence as more sinister then his own.

Madara Uchiha's own clan turned on him, when he left the village his own clan chose Hashirama over him and basically told him off.

You have never come across basic Army tactics then. Cutting off supplies, surrounding the enemy strong holds, attacking the head-quarters, and evacuating civilians from near war-zones are all basic Army tactics. Most of these were used by Ceaser in real life and were translated into the Military education world over.

You clearly are a child. Your PS point is also wrong, as Madara used PS against Hashirama when he was alive and even stated that whoever saw it died, meaning that e must have killed many opponents with it, who never lived to tell the tale.

please, do you really think fodders stand a chance against Madara? They could never even touch him; not even the hokage could do shit to him! No one in this war except hashirama and obito have been able to give him a decent fight. No one is a threat to him, so he has no reason to. Yet he still kills differs and expresses pleasure when they're killed.
