I won't waste time going into details here so I'll just give my conclusions: The op is either a sociopath, psychopath, or a jackass.

Madara is a ninja. He kills for a living back in the day. Thus, a killer.
If his sadism isn't evil enough for you, how about his goals of ridding everyone's free will so he can make a "perfect" world he rules over? In which killing 9 specific individuals is a requirement.
