Yeah, hes so evil he let Mu & Onoki live, when he could have destroyed them. Even onoki was surprised that he let them live. Its like saying Sasuke is evil beacause Karin said so A THOUSAND TIMES! That does not make Sasuke evil, just bad.

He definately tried to kill the 5 kage. Notice how Tsunade was in two pieces at the end of the fight.
He just underestimated tsunade's healling, and wasn't expecting Taka to help them.

The only people he hasn't tried to kill are edo's.
