If you don't think Madara is a killer, you're a dumbass and/or in denial. He's a killer, Obito is a killer, Itachi us a killer, Minato is a killer, Gaara is a killer, Danzo is a killer, etc etc. Any shinobi who has killed is a killer because they KILLED someone whether it be in or out of war.

As for evil, that's debateable. I think he's misguided and mentally unstable, but evil...I don't know.
