All these Nations are just as arrogant. Committing acts of terrorism, illegal espionage actives. They have fought three Great Ninja World Wars. Madara can fight alone because of the arsenal at his disposal. Had any of these Villages gotten their hands on Juubi, they would have done the same.

Ignoring the insipid arrogance of these Hidden Villages and their Militias and calling Madara arrogant is hypocritically wrong.

The nations were fighting for an ideal that they were defending their nation and it's people. By attempting to get ahead of one another it's almost a level of deterrence.

What Madara is doing is taking a world he doesn't like and is FORCING EVERYONE IN THIS WORLD HE DOESNT LIKE to be mindless and trapped in their dream world. It is not a man's place to play a god.
