Very well.

( Bakudō no Shichijūkyū: Kuyō Shibari ) - Way of Binding Number Seventy Nine: Nine Sunlight Traps
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description:
The user makes four handseals, causing eight small portals to emerge on all sides around the opponent, a metre away. Keigoku flows from these portals, before forming itself into a multitude of ropes, that seek to ensnare the target. If they are successful in capturing the target and immobilizing him, a ninth portal opens up a few inches in front of his torso, and completes the binding, restricting the opponent from all motion. If the opponent however, avoids being caught in the ropes from the first eight portals, nothing occurs. Upon being bound, the opponent takes 30 damage due to being in contact with Keigoku, and gets a searing headache that disrupts his concentration.
This technique may be used only thrice per battle.
No Nekura techniques above A-rank may be used during the same turn and the next turn.

Annyywaayyy, on to the next one.

( Noroidzi Hari no Nami ) - Cursed Blood Needle Wave
Type: Supplemenary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: A simple but effective technique, the Nekura makes three handseals turning any existing Keigoku on the battlefield that he wishes ( such as that from any techniques the opponent dodges ) into a wave of sharp needles that then shoot at the opponent. Whatever the rank of the Keigoku technique this is used on, the needles will be of that same rank.*If struck by the needles, the opponent suffers from drawbacks of the Keigoku attack originally used (common effects are as small as small minor headaches to searing headaches, momentary loss of focus and temporary incapacitation for no more than 10 seconds).
Cannot be used on Keigoku attacks of S-rank and higher
Can only be used four times per battle.

Should you use a Keigoku jutsu and the enemy somehow dodges it, you use your control over it and turn it into needles of equal rank to whatever Keigoku jutsu you used originally and send them at the target. Pretty simple to use but pretty useful.

Any drawbacks/benefits you can see from using this? Any other questions?

Benefits definetly, a technique that redirects is incredibly if you miss the frontal attack bring it around and you can use a multidirectional combo, the obvious drawback is that it's really only useful as a first or second move so you would leave an opening to be exploited when using this technique in most circumstances, but in the right situation it would be devestating.
I think thats all off the top of my head everything seems good otherwise, i do especially like the fact that the technique retains it's original rank.
No further questions.

So many grammar errors, I'm not going to even try. @_@

Now, what are some drawbacks?
By the power of grammar, i'v been awake so long i don't know what im saying.
But yeah drawbacks, well it leaves you open to attack using it, doesn't defend you in anyway as Keigoku never does, depending on the angle you bring it back at it could be completely useless.
Umm, the new shape of the technique could diminish the effects a bit if you ended up with a wide spread of needles, i honestly can't think of anymore of the top of my head. xd

Just a bit of extra knowledge..

The needles travel up to mid range of the location they are formed in. Chances are, you and your opponent will likely be in mid range as you fight. When you use a keigoku jutsu, the jutsu will likely be avoided by either moving away from it, be it to the sides of further back. Once they have started moving to long range, the keigoku jutu, the original one, would be in mid range. Then, you turn it into needles and allow them to travel up to mid range from that location, in this instance to long range.

So, basically, if you used the needle jutsu while the dodged Keigoku is mid range from you, the needles can travel to long range. If the dodged keigoku is short range of you, then you can only send them up to mid range.

Moving on.

( Togesuzumebachi no Ame ) - Rain of Stinging Wasps
Rank: A
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 30 ( +5 per turn )
Damage: 60
Description: The Nekura clansman opens multiple portals in the sky, each one a few meters wide, causing small drops of Keigoku to fall from the portals like rain, in a shower of individual drops. Any non-Nekura caught in this rain will experience sudden sharp mental pain as the drops touch him. Due to the repeated falling of the Keigoku raindrops, they will not be able to focus enough to use techniques that require intense concentration ( Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Medjutsu, etc. ) and cannot string together more than four handseals without pause. This technique can be used twice per battle; each use lasts for two turns, and there needs to be two turns gap between each use.
By sheltering under a suitable defense, the effects of this technique can be avoided.
The effects also apply to non-Nekura allies, and so this technique is not useful in combo battles or wars.

Fairly simple, you open a lot of portals in the sky, and cause keigoku to fall from them, making it appear to be dark rain falling. It limits people from using high ranking fuuinjutsu, genjutsu and medjutsu (all of A rank and higher) and if a user tried to string together 5 or more handseals, they would be forced to briefly pause for like a second before continuing.

Any questions? Since you're a Black Knight, I'd love to see your opinions and ideas behind these.

Well i actually like this one a lot since i'm also a rain element user, and using the rain technique to make black rain drops combined with this would likely make the opponent have no idea Keigoku was even effecting them, not to mention with fuuinjutsu binds this would be devestating on an opponent who needs to focus to break the sealing technique.
I have a variation of the technique planned for one of my four, that i have mentioned already so i won't again.
But all in all this technique has incredible versatility, used with any rain jutsu, not to mention you could fire the Keigoku droplets upwards using crimson blood needle wave, using this technique just gives tons of options for different stuff i guess, not to mention the actual damage the technique itself does over a large period and the considerable difficulty to counter it given Keigoku's ability to pass through solid objects at my rank, albeit not many but even keeping the technique going for an extra turn or two makes the opponent waste techniques.
So yeah, off the top of my head a few methods, one question how would the Keigoku react upon hitting the earth, does it stay there like mud or sink in like rain?

You mean non Chakra enhanced earth? In my opinion, it would travel through the earth up to the extent allowed by your rank as it still would be a physical object.
Interesting, that could be useful if later you used an earth technique to bring the Keigoku back up from the depths in an earth/nekura combo.
No further questions for now though. :)

Anyway, on to the last one. My personal creation that I gave to the clan.

( Dark Convergence ) - Kuro Shuusoku
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 50 (+10 per turn active)
Damage Points: N/A (+15 to opponent for every taijutsu blow landed)
Description: The user will focus and open 4 human sized portals, one on each side of his body and a metre away from him, allowing massive amounts of Keigoku to pass through the portals and flow onto him. This large influx of chakra reacts with the symbol that every clansman has branded on them and causes it to go haywire, so to speak. Instead of projecting and guiding Keigoku, it causes the Keigoku to travel inwards, filling the user's tenketsu with keigoku, warping it's usage and causing the chakra to flow inwards, preventing Ninjutsu or genjutsu usage as long as it is active as the chakra cannot be molded correctly. As the Keigoku flows inwards, it corrupts the user at the very core, literally turning him into a solid manifestation of Keigoku, causing building damage to the user over a series of turns. Taijutsu attacks are augmented through the usage of this, adding properties of being exposed to Keigoku with each strike that lands.
Unfortunately, there are more drawbacks than benefits; the longer the user has this jutsu active, the more at risk he is of fatally harming himself from the reverted flow of chakra. If active for longer than two turns, upon deactivation the user can only use taijutsu attacks for two turns as it takes time for the user's tenketsu to start it's correct flow. The user also can not use any Keigoku techniques of S-rank and higher while this is active. While this is active, the user is vulnerable to sealing jutsus that seal away elements and/or jutsus.
The Nekura requires special training and must be Black Knight or above to utilize this jutsu. To add to this, this jutsu can only be used twice, lasting at a maximum of 3 three turns each turn with a build up period of at least 2 turns in between usage.

Gimme benefits and drawbacks of this. And any questions also? O_O

Well the benefits are the added tai ability obviously, i would also assume i would at my rank take on the ability to pass through objects to a certain extent, such as passing through an opponents attack to hit him, not to mention if you were to hit someone the effect of the raw Keigoku would make it very hard for them to think straight and devise a working counter quickly.
The ability to move through the portals created by our clan powers, in a similar method to the door door fruit on one piece i would assume.

The drawbacks are pretty extreme i must say, no ninjutsu i'm guessing that includes elemental and CE techniques, the genjutsu is a drawback if you use them, being weaker to sealing jutsu is a pain in the ass, but other then the obvious drawback's not sure of any i missed, the questions are pretty much in the post like just need confirmation that i can pass through some solid objects unaffected such as an opponents technique's and if the no ninjutsu includes elemental techniques?

Correct, you take on all properties of Keigoku, whatever those may be(hint, hint) and yes, that means no elemental jutsu usage. Only taijutsu and Keigoku can be used. ^^
Tehe, alrighty then no further questions i believe, although if i ever do need anymore i shall just pester you on Skype about stuff. xd
