Indeed it is. At this time, we go over our newest toys to play with it.

Fōsurai ) - Force Lightning
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user, by using expert chakra control, moulds their Keigoku chakra before opening the portal. Through this method, the user creates a "pressure" of chakra behind the closed portal. Then, the user will open the portal within short range of themselves suddenly, letting the foul chakra explode out into the jutsu. The sudden appearance of such pressurized chakra creates a "flash" of chakra bright enough to momentarily blind dojutsu users and sensors (only if their dojutsu/sensor techniques are active). The Keigoku then shoots forward at the target shaped like lightning, causing pain and temporary incapacitation for one turn
Note: The "sensory/dojutsu blinding" effect lasts long enough for the lightning bolt to travel to mid-range and lasts only during said turn.

A fairly simple jutsu, how do you believe this jutsu works?

I believe it works by first grabbing hold of the foul chakra of the juubi and forcing it to the edge of a closed portal, then continuing to push the chakra against the unopened portal causing large amounts of pressure to build behind the portal itself, and the chakra to become more wild and erratic as it attempts to escape through the portal, before finally very rapidly opening the portal, releasing all the pressure at once like a steam valve and causing the keigoku to violently blast on to the field in arcs like raw lightning chakra, because of the large amount of condensed keigoku it effectively causes a blinding flash of chakra to the vision of those who are capable of seeing chakra directly, such as users of the sharingan or rinnegan, and chakra sensors in general including those whose sense with the mind would suffer from an apparent overload of the senses as it burst forwards, upon hitting someone it would likely have the same effects as most keigoku, the searing pain, the almost vegetative state temporarily, the general destruction of any concentration the opponent had at the time.
That's pretty much it off the top of my head.

Essentially, that's how it works: you use your mark of the demon as a honing tool to gather keigoku in a key location near you before you open a portal. This gathering creates a buildup of keigoku that, upon opening a portal, releases a blinding light from the pressurized Keigoku exploding outwards and blinds targets staring at it, in particular chakra sensors. Requiring no hand seals, though the buildup would take just as much time as making a hand seal, it'd be performed fairly quickly. What ways would you use this?

Well mainly i would use this technique to stun a sensory or doujutsu user and make him more vulnerable to further assault, and even if dodged i think this can be caused to shift in to the cursed needle blood wave while the blinding light still affected them, making it nigh on impossibru to dodge.
Any thing you need to add, or did i get most of it.
Also i would use this as a follow on to the line.
"Now young Skywalker, you die!!"

Indeed, I was going to point out the usage of the cursed needles as an ideal combo to use with this. Now, what would be some inherent weaknesses of said jutsu?
Well the weaknesses would be the range, assuming it resembles the namesake, it would be not that wide in range overall, maybe 2-3 foot wide at max?
Not only that but the build up of chakra takes some time behind the portal, making an opponent able to have a small timeframe to react, but sufficient to get out the way, but that is where the cursed needle blood wave would come in to play.
Overall it doesn't seem to have any awful weaknesses. xd

Rather useful, the next one is.

adō no Kyūjū: Kurohitsugi ) - Way of Destruction Number Ninety: Black Coffin
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description:
The user makes six handseals, causing portals to emerge on all sides around the opponent, a few metres away. Keigoku flows from these portals, before forming itself into a black coffin-shaped box surrounding the opponent, large enough to trap two people. The box covers the opponent in all sides, including above and below ( however the portal from below only appears as the other sides have been fully created ); contact with it makes the opponent's head ache badly. As soon as the box forms fully, taking around the same time it takes to throw a kunai, spears of Keigoku manifest themselves on the walls and shoot inward, impaling an opponent caught within it. This causes severe mental agony, causing the opponent to feel exhausted and collapse temporarily for one turn.
This technique may be used only thrice per battle.
No Nekura techniques above A-rank may be used during the same turn and the next turn.

List everything useful of this jutsu if you will. The drawbacks as well.

Well the useful sides of this jutsu would certainly be the fact that it not only surrounds the opponent from all sides, but it boxes them in completely with portals, and since only Keigoku can pass through portals this would be a very hard technique to burst from with brute force.
Another advantage is the fact that whilst trapped to counter the Keigoku spears at such close range given the ability of BK ranks like myself to cause Keigoku to pass fairly dense objects, would be considerably difficult.
A disadvantage is that from the outside looking in, the user of this technique has no way of knowing if his technique has worked until after closing the portals, and the opponent could be preparing a counter attack inside the box without the users knowledge.

Alright let's use that passing merchant over yonder! Hahaha!

Joker begins by focusing his energy in to the air around the fodder merchant, looking lovingly upon the picture of his wife and newborn child, he had finally traded his "magic" beans to some idiot kid for a cow, and sold the cow for a considerable amount.
The merchant continued along his path, a beaming smile on his face.
Joker however was still controlling chakra, opening a series of six portals of squared and rectangular shapes, the four rectangular portals surround the astounded merchant, with the two squared portals covering the ground below and the sky above the merchant completing the box.
Joker hears a terrified squeal from inside the box of portals, laughing wildly he releases spears of keigoku from all the portals, hearing agonised screams from inside as the man slowly enters a vegetative state from the foul Keigoku, Joker releases the box laughing still.

Moral of the story kids, meat is murder....Ha! Ha! Ha!

Now, on to the awesome jutsu, the Tranquil Demon of Pacifism. Tell me, what do you remember about the drain and how it works and it's weakness?
If i remember the drain works by drawing the keigoku left from our attacks, in to our own body and damaging us, but over time it makes our minds more resilient and stronger than before.
This allows us to effectively sap the opponents mental strength allowing us to temporarily ignore pain to a certain extent, although this damages us after the battle, more so than the original wounds would have.
Pretty much all i remember. xd

Baka, it's more than that..well, not really. The Drain works by draining a foe of strength when they get hit by a keigoku attack and drawing it back to us, allowing us to ignore pain and strengthen our own minds.

Now, that being said, if our ability works by draining the enemy of chakra, what do you think happens to a ninjutsu that comes in contact with the drain?

Hmmm, it gets...Drained... *Waits for cymbals crash*

Well i would imagine it is capable of nullifying an enemy attack, but i never studied the drain in depth granted, so let me know what it's limitations and what not is? xd

Nothing happens. O_O Trick question!

Our, the Nekura, Drain only works on sentient beings, not ninjutsu. In order to fix this problem however, we have a technique that we use nature and shape manipulation with turn the Keigoku into a construct capable of using a modified version of the drain, draining any jutsu of 40 chakra points and below. This means that most A ranks and below will not affect us. Keyword being most.

( Hansenshugi no Madokaoni ) - Tranquil Demon of Pacifism
Rank: Forbidden
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra: 50 ( +20 per turn )
Damage: 90
The strongest defensive technique of the Nekura Clan, the member opens portals surrounding himself on all sides, and massive amounts of Keigoku emerge from the portal to engulf him and everything in short range of him with Keigoku chakra. When the portals disappear in a few quickly, the Nekura is enshrouded by a three metre tall construct of Keigoku in the guise of an oni, or demon. The construct wields a kanabo, or club, compoaed of Keigoku which it swings at opponents who come close enough. The construct's defensive nature, however, comes from the fact that it is able to perform a modified version of the Keigoku special ability Drain. When an opponent's technique strikes it, it smothers the technique and 'drains' the 'life' of the technique - i.e. - much like a human Nekura uses Keigoku to drain life from a person, the chakra-based construct uses Keigoku to drain the chakra of the incoming techniques. This disallows any chakra-based attack to pass through the technique and strike the Nekura.
However, there are a few inherent weaknesses to this. First, the construct cannot drain away the life of people. It can only drain techniques, much like a human Nekura can only drain people and not techniques. Second, per turn, it can only drain away techniques equal to 40 chakra points. Any more will bypass and strike the Nekura. Third, though it may drain the chakra from said techniques, those with a physical substance and enough force will still continue forward, just devoid of chakra at this point and weaker ( -1 rank ). This means that a fast and strong enough physical jutsu of S rank and higher, excluding those grown under the user, will be able to knock the user from the inside of the technique, causing his hold on it to cease and end.
Also, if an opponent, regardless of speed, touches the technique, he suffers great mental agony and trauma, similar to being subjected to Tsykuyomi, and also causing strokes and migraines with prolonged contact. However, the faster the opponent, the less damage he takes - opponents in 4th Gate and above can pull back fast enough to ensure only minor headaches
The Nekura must have had special training to use this technique and must be Black Knight rank or above. Furthermore, the Nekura can only use this technique once, which lasts until destruction or until the user is forced from the inside of the technique . If this technique is bypassed and the Nekura wounded severely, the technique dies and the Nekura collapses unable to move from his place for the rest of the battle; he can only use Ninjutsu or Genjutsu to fight. If the "oni" uses his club to strike an enemy ninja, it will count as a move of the user's 3 per turn. The club has a reach of up to Mid range of the user.
Each oni takes on a difference appearance depending on the user, with some Oni's having different melee ranged weapons, such as a sharp sword in place of a stick or club, all made of Keigoku.

Analyze it and tell everything you can find about it before we move on.

Hmm, it's essentially like a Keigoku susanoo, so with that in mind we can have different manifestations which is awesome, can it use ranged weapons though? as in a smaller weapon that reaches mid range, maybe like a deck of keigoku cards that it can throw? xd
It seems mainly defensive, with some strict limitations, can we still use Keigoku based attacks ourselves inside of this construct, and does it also have a weakness of being hit from below? :p
