So instead of spending currency I can do a mission?
You mean the same multiplication possible in the actual RP section?Sir. Okay. Multiplication is possible ya know. Dattabayo.
So from what I am seeing you can’t buy ketsuryugan and mangekyo sharingan anymore? Has to be a test? Sensei test?Roleplay Tier List
☞ HOW TO RP: Tier List ✖ DESCRIPTION With the advancement of the RP, the necessity of permissions decrease and we have realized we have reached a point where most of them isn't needed. With this realization, a new system to replace this has been created and now implemented: a Currency System...animebase.me
This thread tells you what is for Kumi and what is for a mission or test. Abilities that say ST mean they require a "Skill Test" (what was once called the Sensei Test). Higher tier abilities require an ST as a prerequisite and then after that require either a Battle Test (B) for that ability or an Ability Mission (A). The highest tier of abilities require all 3.
If you meet all the requirements for a biography and have the required ST done you can apply for an Ability Mission.
EDIT: Once you've applied for a Mission there is no element of randomness to it. If someone meets the requirements they'll get it. Sometimes it might take me a little bit of time to get to it because I have to run other missions as well. But there is no randomness to it.

Missions have a time slot that loads per month. Posts don’t really. It’s crazy! You can have 10K in a week vs 10k in a 6 Month’s time. You mean the same multiplication possible in the actual RP section?![]()

MS is Skill Test first followed by either a Battle Test OR an Ability Mission.
Yeah, because abusing the Premium sections Kumi won't have dire consequences for the overall RP. It already dropped from 15 Kumi per post to 5; you want to make it lower, be my guest.Missions have a time slot that loads per month. Posts don’t really. It’s crazy! I’m just proving a point. That’s why I wanna ask the right question regarding missions. Battle arena seems the right way to grow kumi fast but, it too has its loading time that’s fluctuating depending on the season. Bounty missions don’t happen often and tower champions aren’t plenty or tailored to lower tier members…so I’ll think more on what I wanna ask or suggest.Yeah, because abusing the Premium sections Kumi won't have dire consequences for the overall RP. You're not even making a point to prove tbvh; I asked him a question and you made a response that doesn't pertain to him and I explained still how that doesn't award more Kumi than the paths I said do.
The easiest ways to make Kumi are via Custom Trades and battles and because of that, the payout is fairly low. For moderately to higher amounts of Kumi, you need to complete various or partake in events/tournaments when they arise. There won't be much more than those ways possible
Those are out of date. The tier list is up to date though.
This should be updated as it’s 2 years old as per the information just given. Whole time I’ve been thinking the ability is 12k and why I made my character who is centered around this ability only to find out I need to take an entire SAT exam for the ability…….
im not complaining but I am going to kick this SAT exam in the nuts and get my ability. Thanks ……
…… yeah I see that thank you…..Those are out of date. The tier list is up to date though.
I believe part of the concern the mods and staff have with regards to the notion of "make kumi easier to get" is that methods of acquiring it already exist that goes beyond the incentive of applying oneself to the NWRP in order to acquire it. The Battle Arena, opening a Bio Shop, making and trading in CJs, CFSs, CSCs, CEs and so forth, and of course through conducting missions. Relatively speaking, there are a plethora of other methods of getting Kumi that grossly outweigh storyboard missions, of which rely entirely on the motivation of the user to want to participate in the NW and the conduction of their own story as it relates to the world built here. Theoretically speaking, any and every post that you make in the NW can be made into a mission. D-rank missions require very little word-count as far as precedence to garner approval. Not only that, but you aren't limited solely to the makings of the "default" storyboard elements that are listed in the NW Rules; you can make your own elements, or "custom elements." Meaning you could quite literally make "Take a nap and dream about becoming the Kage" and so long as the contents of the post wholly relate to that element, it is more than likely going to get approved and you will receive your Kumi appropriately, so long as the rank matches the difficulty/complexity of the mission.I’m just proving a point. I'm assuming you're referring to the current Battle Test mechanic that has been implemented across a large swath of the existing abilities. To be fair, that's something of a fair mechanic to implement into a game oriented system like this RP. Think of it this way: Often times to get a new (and better) weapon or ability in a video game requires you to beat a boss, or complete a mission of some sort to acquire it. If the game had a cheat code or a mod that put the game's best weapons that you normally wouldn't get until end-game in the first vendor's inventory for you to buy for 1 gold coin when you start the game with 100, where would the value and balance of the game be? There's no incentive or value in the acquisition of those weapons anymore. All it does it make the rest of the game easier and thus less fulfilling as a whole; meaning you don't learn to play the game, you're just made to hit harder so you don't have to apply strategy or thought.I caint een purchase my main ability I gotta fight folks for it……

Now of course I'm not saying that you want or expect these things to be cheap like that, but the idea is that originally the system was setup to where Kumi was the ruling factor that determined everything as far as have and have-not's. You could buy almost any bio, both character or ability and you'd have it just because you made enough for it, even though you have no idea how to use it. I would venture to guess it has been that way for awhile before they made the changes that they did to this test-based system, and I would be willing to guess they made a change like that for a reason.
