Kakashi is always at 3T, meaning he has to ACTIVATE MS himself.
Sasuke, in recent chapters has been shown to jump straight into MS, while his eyes were normal.

So there's no chance of Kakashi just kamui'ing Sasuke out of the blue, before Sasuke can do anything.

Remeber when kakashi activated his MS to kamui his susanoo arrow .
It took kakashi less than 9/10ths of a second to activate his MS.
Which is faster than sasuke.

The process of activating MS is no where near instant as you claim, and not fast enough to blitz kamui anyone of Sasuke's calbre.

Here we can see kakashi claims to have enough chakra to go for the Mazous throat. and it took him nearly six pages to gather up the required chakra, kamui is about as instant as instant rice, kakashi has only demonstrated instantaneous transport with the kyuubis chakra, or with incoming projectiles, one of which was smaller than a kunai btw... it's enough to come to the conclusion that kamui isn't as OP as ppl make it out to be.

This is dumb. Nobody can activate a sharingan quicker than anybody. Whoever decides to activate their sharingan, simply activates it, there isn't a time limit, this isn't hand seals.

But kakashi can kamui all of Sasuke's attks off of him then just kamui sasuke :l

You do realise it took time because of the huge size of the statue? It's for that reason he needed to concentrate the chakra necessary to warp such a huge thing. It has nothing to do with the speed of the jutsu, but the warping capacity. The greater the object, the more the chakra you needs to warp it. He reacted to 2Susanoo arrows launched at him point blank at close range when he didn't even have MS activated from the start(just look and you will see on the first pic his MS wasn't activated):

Amaterasu causes bleeding from the eye, it has nothing to do with how fast you activate the MS. Damn, you're dumb. Sasuke and Kakashi will both have time to activate their MS/EMS. They're not going to race each other in who can activate their Sharingan first.

Kakashi kamui is faster than amaterasu. Why? Because Kakashi's sharingan is an implanted sharingan and is always active, whereas sasuke has to activate his sharingan. If anything, Kakashi can kamui the flames off of himself then hit sasuke with Kamui.
