There is no argument for Kakashi.Well, at least not one that isn't bias.Kakashi jutsus are not on the same scale as Mei's jutsus and his chakra isn't on the same level as Mei.We haven't seen much of Mei speed, but I would bet she is at least average.With all that said, Mei having a strong advantage in ninjutsu and with kakashi being beaten by a lesser Mist Ninja before, I just don't see how Kakashi could win.To take it even further, I think If kakashi was Hokage, he would be hands down the weakest Kage of the five.

Also notice how kakashi blocked zabuza's attack with his arm. Idl ike to see him try and block any of mei's yoton or futton techniques.

Reason why madara or sasuke survived is because of susano which obviously kakashi but also the reason why the mist lifted was because of madara's katon based techniques which lift the mist. Either a katon or a futon technique will lift the mist and kakashi has neither fire or wind based attacks

ppl are basing that she is a low lvl kage because u havent seen her do anything but spew a wave of lava and create a corrisive cloud... but she is also precieved to be a master water style jutsu user.... has her two other elements on that... has the two kg's onto that... she is a kage, so garuntee'd she has at least high lvl jonin speed... she runs a village so guarentee'd she is a good strategist... but of course this hasnt been seen so most everyone will keep they re blinders on and say kakashi wins by default...

Kakashi can rival with any jounin but seriously , not better than a Kage , when he uses sharingan his stamina burns very fast and therefore , he dies .

He may have a lot of techs to use but he has a low chakra reserve . Mei isn't a Hokage for nothing , plus we have a verry little info about Mei so we really dont know what Mei is capable of ...

Under these conditions Mei has no intel on Kamui. Kakashi knowing that hes fighting a Kage would be stupid not to immediately use it.

Acid mist is useless as they are in an open field.

Firstly, Kakashi owned Zabuza quickly like it was nothing recently. Even with Kabutos and Hakus help.
Secondly, how do you know Zabuza was a lesser Mist ninja? Zabuza was a deserter. Even if he was stronger than the Mizukage, he would have never being at this place just because of his behaviours. Mist ninjas are in generally not that strong at all, except from the 7swordsmen, so it's normal that their Kage is weaker than others. It's like sand ninja. If Gaara were to die now, the next Kazekage will be too weak because the stronger sand ninja is maybe Kankuro and he is noway near kage level. I believe that for example most of konohas jounin could be Kazekage at the place of Gaara if he dies. Even Asuma could be Kazekage if he were in the village of the sand. Konoha and Kumo are the village were there are the most powerful ninjas. It's why being kage in these villages is much more exceptionnal than being in others. When you are in a weak village, being Mizukage doesn't mean nothing. Proof is that Gaara, who is kazekage, with the huge advantage he has when he fights in the desert lost easily against Deidara who was not even trying to kill him. And actually Deidara is only a mist ninja, like Zabuza was too.

That's why that makes me laugh when someone try to say that because he is kage, he can't be beaten by a jounin. There are a lot of ninjas jounin who are not kage who could possibly be stronger than the Mizukage who has proof nothing at all since, except from the fact she has strong ninjutsu.

kakashi ftw with mid difficulty Mei has not shown many jutsu that kakashi would have difficulty dealing with He cannot copy her lava or steam but he is faster and possibly smarter.

Mei with NO difficulty if MS is restricted. May is WAY better at ninjutsu, she has overalll mastered five elements (earth, water, fire, lava, and boil) sed to Kakashi's three. Taijutsu is not a factor, Kakashi wont bypass the corrosive mist that melted susano'o, he has no defense against that, he wont even get close to her. Lava is superior to any mid/long range jutsu kakashi has shown and she created water out of the atmosphere to counter Madara's great fire annilation when he used it against tsunade.

Normal Kakashi is WAY below Mei's level, the only reason he can even fight on par with her is Kamui, otherwise he would be slaughtered in no time at all.

Kakashi doesnt even rely on MS like that
Restricting it wont be problem for him
Its just 1 tech he hardly uses

Kakashi can win mid-high difficulty

Earth release head hunter jutsu can counter most her jutsus

His reflexes are fast along with his speed

Lava release is by NO means "long range" . and boil release doesnt do anything when kakashi can simply back up ..

kakashi fights the most overwhelmingly strong people in the series and you think mei can pressure him ? and ultimately win ? I dont think so

Hidden mist mixed with Boil mist jutsu she does... Kakashi has already shown that he has a hard time with that jutsu (hidden mist).

You add her huge jutsu's and water clone/substitutes to the mix and she overwhelms kakashi. He can use the same dogs but again, the acid mist will burn them! Remember she can make the mist super acid at will. Kamui is useless if he cannot see her.

This alone is an important factor along with lava being spit everywhere. Plus her water jutsu's are fast and powerful.
