Itachi vs Jiraiya?? Jiraiya fans plz answer

Don't u get it kanesanin when itachi uses his sussano it will only grant him invincibility for a very short time. He can deflect any attack and seal any attack. But he hasn't got no stamina and EMS to make his sussano last very long.

Thats what he and I trying to tell you. Its funny how to try to tell him that. haha xd

When first thinkin about the fight I had a hard time seeing who would win. Then you guys brought up a good point how when Itachi and Kisame were tracking Naruto, they ran from Jiraiya. This definitely gives my vote towards Jiraiya winning.

first off, jiraiya is similar to naruto in the sense that he is not a genius but he learns (while fighting an opponent) and develops his plans as a battle wears on. he didn't just become a sage and a sanin by chance he is one of the best and itachi might have all his fanciful jutsus but jiraiya would still trumph him. after all the 1st hokage defeated uchiha madara with his eyes and jutsus. itachi is a good no doubt but jiraiya is better.

Who tells you Itachi wasn't fighting dead serious against his brother? If he would have gone easy on him the whole facade would have been brought down and Sasuke would not have improved that dramatically....Sasuke, even if Itachi loved him was not worth dying for if he would die 2 hours later...Itachi had to make sure that his brother was strong enough to defeat his real enemies without his brother around.

This is why I don't think that Itachi ''missed'' Sasuke on perpous with his amaterasu (his eye sight wasn't very good for those who don't remember)

and how is that resisting kakashi's MS he just said don't bother it won't work, and sasuke and zetsu are standing right beside them even if madara phases thru it like he did with amatsaru they would still get sucked into it right?

@ ecch if his eyesight was so bad then why in that same fight could he not only match sasuke's shuriken attacks blow for blow but weave seals for a shadow clone during it

Non of what was stated has anything to do with jman resisting it...nor does it have anything with da 1st doing it neither for da matter...yes da 1st beat madara but we don't know da in's and outs of dat fight cause madara also said he won because he was doing something for later not da fight
