We havn't seen much of KA. But remember every jutsu has a weakness. I don't think Shisui can beat Hashirama just because he have KA.
Itachi has Yata Mirror (an unbreakable shield) and Toksuka sword (a sword that can seal) ..and that doesn't mean he can solo everyone. But if we havn't seen much of Yata mirro and Toksuka sword, and only heard that ''Yata mirror can block everything'' and ''Toksuka sword can seal everything", most of the ppl will say Itachi unbeatable but he is not.

This can go either way. Hashirama himself has extremely powerful genjutsu. If Shisui is able to cast his genjutsu on Hashirama, then he is very likely to be defeated. But if Hashirama is able to cast his genjutsu on Shisui, then he is very likely to be defeated. When Hashirama was revived by Orochimaru, the first thing he did was cast his Bringer-of-Darkness to Hiruzen. Hiruzen himself has a 5 under his genjutsu status, and he never escaped from it. We know that Bringer of Darkness renders the enemy blind, and that the Uchiha rely on their eyes to be able to perform well in battle.

It was never stated on the manga that Shisui has sensing abilities like Hiruzen, so we can assume he won't know where Hashirama is located, if he is under Bringer-of-Darkness. Now, we know that Shisui's genjutsu doesn't require eye contact to work, but because he doesn't have sensing abilities, he won't know where Hashirama is, thus his genjutsu won't work once he's under Hashirama's genjutsu.

This fight depends on who strikes first. So I will go with it being a draw.

And I doubt shisui was as limited, seeing as all we have had to work with were other people using his tech/eyes.

But the thread creator didn't specify anything. People must be able to make their own scenarios just to be fair to each character. People tend to go to the popular and famous when sometimes the less popular and famous have the best potential. Most people in this thread overlooked Hashirama's ability to cast extremely powerful genjutsu. Most of the posts are just biased opinions. They must be able to rationalize and analyze before commenting, but they don't do it.
