Is shisui>hashirama?

Shisu powers:
1. Basic sharingan.
2. Koto akatsumi. Can be cast only once in 10 years.
3. Body flicker jutsu.
4. Uchiha katon jutsues.
5. ??????????????
etc

Note: koto Akatsumi can be broken as any genjutsu, if the user can realise he is under it. But sadly KA effects can not be detected except by external agents. But like most Uchiha genjutsu needs eye contact with the real target( eye contact clones wont do the trick) first.

Hashirama:
1. Mokuton.
2. Self healing.
3. Years of experiance from fighting the Uchiha.
4. ??????????
etc

I dont think we know enough about them both to compare them with anyone except the mini boss fodders.
