First jutsu

Perform the technique:

As I'm taught this tech and it's basis I clear my mind, keeping it at ease, I suddenly begin to channel a huge amount of chakra within my arm into my hands, which further allows me to create a torrent of sparring water pushing my enemy backwards.

Creative uses/strengths:

  • requires no hand seals, no water source, meaning fast execution, faster the better
  • second of all, it's ideal in use for close range, meaning If I'm facing hardship in close combat, this jutsu allows me to push back the enemy, also leaving him soaked and can be vulrnable to incoming lightning techs
Drawbacks/counters:

  • The jutsu is quite short ranged, meaning I'd have to be in close combat to perform it, otherwise it has no meaning
  • The jutsu can be countered by using a an offensive Doton jutsu of the same caliber at close range



Second Jutsu

Perform the technique:

After my Senpai instructs me the basis of this tech, I clear my mind, take a deep breath, form a stance. "I see, I guess were getting at it then?" Rigardo immediatly create an orb (which also acts as a water source) and then use suiton chakra to manipulate the orb into streaming spears, which I fire at my opponent in the from of barrage, which I stream towards different areas of the body, which impale my opponent upon impact. I fire four each of then hitting a specific spot, abdomen, arm, leg, right above the shoulder Lel.

Creative uses/strengths:

  • the just creates it's own water source and doesn't depend on hand seals
  • the jutsu is very fast paced, meaning four spears fired at one in rapid succession is very hard to avoid at close range
  • the spears can also be streamed to hit a specific spot of the enemies body due to its flexible nature
Drawbacks/counters:

  • if the jutsu can be predicted, seeing how the orb formation gives it away as an attack, I can use a similar rank Doton jutsu to render the jutsu ineffective



Final Jutsu

Perform the technique:

I gather a specific amount of chakra after adding in the knowledge my Senpai mentions regarding the jutsus nature, I manipulate my chakra into crescent shaped water blades, which will acts and move accordingly on the users hand motion, I then use this to direct the crescent and accurately slicing my enemy.

Creative uses/strengths:

  • No water source applicable jutsu, and hand seals are not a requirement, meaning safe to perform at close range
  • the water blade can be guided using the users hand motion, for precise trajectory
  • is also very fast, and keeping in mind the user can move around, dodge and use it in rapid successions from multiple angles
Drawbacks/counters:

  • The crescent is quite predictable, I can block or knock Down the the blade if to edited correctly using a Doton tech of the same caliber
  • the user must remain concentrated, I can send a clone on the caster and site act him, loosing focus and the ability to manipulate the crescents accurately

Chakra cost: 20 (-50 per turn while trapped in the vortex of waves)

Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.



Well the reason this is number 1 cause I like the nature of this jutsu, the ability to change the terrain covering it with water, indefinitely, it allows me the advantage given the circumstances, since most of the basic and other high ranked water tech rely on water sources to perform, well that's one thing, it also acts offensively somewhat, crippling my opponents and zapping his chakra, rendering him useless and vulnerable to attacks, conserving I have to keep my hand seals intact, I can use a clone for that situation. In conclusion, it's a very handy jutsu, in many cases.

Well, seeing how I like to do things, this jutsu is great, as personal preference go, mainly. I can stab the the ground while looking all "cool" and unleash a piller of water leaning him way up in mid, when ur mod air it's quite diffuclt to change trajectory or make any sudden movement, which in turn, leaves the enemy pretty wide open for all scale head on attacks!

Well like I might've explained, I'm more interested and tempted to get in close range fighting, up close and personal is one of my personal ways of doing things, as that migh sound a little too predicate, even so, this jutsu in that case is very efficient, allowing me to fire multiple spears, which are very hard to avoid if the enemy is right next to you, the good part about it is, that it also allows u to concertrate and stream and focus the spears on a desired spot, now that's cool.

Well, I prefer the common term, "the simpler, the better" that's where this jutsu is applicable, moreover, having trouble in close combat? This jutsu is you're best friend, the ability to impulse the water casuing him to be pushed back, saving u the trouble from getting into anymore hardship, agile to perform nonetheless.

*note: yes the top in is the first, the last one is fifth, all in order incase you face any sort of confusion, I thought I'd clear it up.

Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra.
Note: Technique Requires a water source.

Another very long hand seal set jutsu but it is a great jutsu I recommend it. After performing the hand seals the user will manipulate water in the nearest water source to rise and then release it towards the opponent as a powerful wave of water. The sheer power can push an opponent back serious meters as well as catch him in the water, since it moves so fast the opponent will barely be able to move let alone use a jutsu while being washed away. It can cause terrain change which basically can destroy trees with ease and flood the whole area with water. Covers a very wide and long range as well.



(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction

Description: As his opponent is standing on a source of water, the user will create. four sharks of water. Those sharks will rush at their target, come out and knock the opponent high into the air. breaking several of his bones in the process. Then, as his enemy is in a very vulnerable position, the user can freely attack with swords or other ninja techniques.
Note: Requires a water source.

Okay your opponent will have to be on the water source. The user will summon 4 sharks of normal size which race towards the opponent, note you must keep concentrated towards the sharks during their attack. Then they will all try to clash with the opponent aiming to send him high into the air. After that, the sharks are released and you can begin to the next jutsu which can be anything. The opponent will be in the air with several broken bones so a simple finisher is what I recommend, the sharks are able to follow the opponent up to short range as long as the user keeps concentration towards them.

Well first of all, I'm instructed the use of this tech as my Senpai teaches me it, he takes his time pointing out its description, after he's done that I perform the required hand seals for this lengthy jutsu going..Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird and at the same time time gathering a huge amount of chakra which is required to activate this advanced jutsu, while doing so I release a massive wave from the lake nearby (which is the supposed water source) in the form of a water fall, raining straight down upon my enemy, and thus pushing him several metres back, the water pressure is vial, it can also cause some distinctive damage.

Creative uses/strengths:

  • the jutsu is very fast afters it's activated, not giving the enemy time to form up a counter after the wave is heading directly towards him
  • The jutsu can flood the whole area in water, which can further allow me to use a jutsu to finish off the panting opponent
  • furthermore, it's also very versatile, the pressure of the water can cause conceivable damage, seeing how it can break trees apart and alter the terrain, which in conjunction can be used with raiton to finish the opponent off
Drawbacks/counters:

  • The vast amount of hand seals the jutsu holds is pretty ridiculous, with that, of caught can be intercepted during the hand seal interval, and can be countered, a very time consuming jutsu, using a taijustu based attack or any long range attack should be more then efficient to intercept the hand seals scenario

Perform the technique:

As noni Senpai teaches me the basics, while I get ready and stand on top of a water source, I use nature manipulation in conjunction with my suiton chakra to create 4 sharks made entirely out of water, which I them keep focus and concentration and guide them towards the enemy and send him into mid air, while my opponent is injured with several broken bones I can use a lightning element to attack and finish him thus.

Creative uses/strengths:

  • Keeping or while the battle takes place on top of a water source, this jutsu can be initiated and guided towards the enemy and slamming him
  • A very good jutsu to use against the enemy who's closing in on my while on top of a water source, I can summon these sharks, suddenly chasing after him giving him little to no time to think in the process
  • the jutsu doesn't require any hand seals and can be performed safely at close ranges
Drawbacks/counters:

  • well considering the opponent has to be on a water source to do this, it can pretty much be avoided by predicting the sharks and reach an higher altitude, or simply jumping on higher terrain, or getting of the water source, in simple terms I can say, it requires the opponent to maintain focus nonetheless, can be attacked from a far, using a long ranged projectile jutsu, losing his momentum, and scattering the sharks
  • also the enemy can only guide the sharks at close range at most

A great defensive jutsu. The user after doing the long but required hand seals they will spew out a large amount and form it around themselves in a circle and acts as a barrier. This jutsu is very efficient defense being A-Rank in power it can easily be able to intercept many attacks. It has no openings neither making it quite solid for your benefit. Now a great advantage is though its a dense water wall their field of vision is still in tact and basically can still see through the water and notice everything going on. It takes away the disadvantage many defensive walls have. Also this water cna be manipulated as well to make attacks with it. So you can both defend and attack by manipulating it as your own water source.

And at the same time drawing out a great amount of suiton chakra to perform this high ranking tech, and begin to spew out water all around me in a circular motion, which acts as a shield from guarding me against many attacks, mainly fire related and projectiles. Also the jutsu leaves no oppenings in the barrier.

Creative uses/strengths:

  • The jutsu can be used as ur own water source to manipulate and attack using water source based techs whilst also guarding oneself
  • the barrier leaves no Openings, meanings its entirely concealed, due to being high ranked it can take on variety of attacks
  • it can also be formed with or without water source, can be made with pre-existing water
  • also possible for the user to maintain water capacity and duration of water
  • Very effective to counter fire related techs efficiently, and in conjunctions allows me to move onto my next move, great for combinations >_>
Drawbacks/counters:

  • Unlike many defensive walls, the nature of water makes it clearly visible on what's happening within the defectives, which apparently destroys the amount of usefulness other jutsus have for granted, so the attacks my enemy makes within the barrier are easily predictable
  • since the shield is composed entirely out of water, I can say it can be bypassed using a lightning tech of the same caliber and electrifying him on impact
  • The jutsu requires a lot of hand seals, so the shield cannot be put up instantly depending on the situation

I'd consider it a advantage since I can easily notice my opponents movement since I'm close to the barrier itself meaning only your field of vision is noticed through the water.     Description: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large whirlpool around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.
    Note: Water source required.

    A multiple performance jutsu. The user will create a water pool under the opponent and launch them in the air, at the same time they are launched the user will also jump and appear from behind generating a large amount of water around his arm and strike the opponent. Causing a very large explosion of water. Evasion is tough mid-air as well as it is very deadly for a jutsu. The opponent will have several broken bones and surviving this jutsu would be tough. Now this is a combo in itself but being able to distract the opponent before hand is best. Also if you are ever launched in the air, it will not cause harm, the damage comes from the punch. Best thing to do while mid-air is create a armor, or try to blow away.

I'd consider it a advantage since I can easily notice my opponents movement since I'm close to the barrier itself meaning only your field of vision is noticed through the water. Well now that I take a look at the description correctly, pretty much, I guess I couldn't grasp it coherently and immediatly assumed that was the case. Ohh well, apologies.

Perform the technique:

As I'm instructed on the tech, I exhale and inhale deeply, clearing my conscious, and get ready to perform the given jutsu "this is gonna be one heck of a move to pull of" as rigardo says standing firmly with a smirk on his face, I gather a great amount of suiton chakra within my body, and make a huge body of water beneath the opponent using a nearby water source, and thrusting the opponent into mid air, as he's sent fly I jump behind him and create a large whirlpool around my arm, which creates a giant explosion of water upon impact causing the opponent to suffer severe bone damage, possible fractures.

Creative uses/strengths:

  • Considering when you're sent flyin in mid air, dodging, or making sudden movement is apparently quite tough, which is pretty effective in my case since I have him surrounded
  • Quick to perform nonetheless since it doesn't rely on the usage of hand seals.
  • The damage caused by the jutsu is pretty destructive, causing major injuries keeping in mind it's also a high ranked technique
  • A perfect combo jutsu, it is by itself actually, moreover it's nice to perform it while keeping my opponent distracted with the use of a clone, and then summon this jutsu sending him in air, giving him less time to counter while he's sent flying, this way it would also be very hard to predict
Drawbacks/counters:

  • Needs a water source to be executed, can't be used when there isn't any pre existing water, so it's meaningless in those situations
  • The water taking me up doesnt cause me any harm, with that, I can pretty much predict, since first of all he has to form the whirlpool around his hand prior to striking, that pretty much gives it away as an attack, the best way is I can blow him away using a wind related jutsu before the attack is struck, or just create an armour

Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.

Okay after doing 3 hand seals the user will manipulate a near by water source close range of them and manipulate it to spin around the user as a tornado. The main purpose of the vortex is to simply defend from incoming attacks since it can be used as a barrier as well as if the opponent is hit by the barrier it can easily impale them as well as push them back due to the force it gives off. The user is able to move around up to long range and can attack multiple opponents. They move at regular speed so they are traceable with the naked eye. Two obvious ways to counter is the opponent will be open to lightning attacks as well as you can simply hurt the base of the vortex on the ground so making the ground shake will force it to disperse and lose shape. Their are many other counters. You can't do any other jutsu attack while performing this technique and must keep focus on it. Also as seen when used in the anime you can see through the vortex making it able for you to move freely.

) I then form a stance and swipe through my hair with my left hand lookin cool and all, I then gather a large amount of suiton chakra to perform this high ranking tech, seeing how the tech is A rank, high chakra usage is vial, in conjunction, performing the required hand seals, which are Ram → Horse → Bird, I then manipulate the water in a nearby water source, creating a tornado like vortex, which further on allows me to defend against incoming attacks like small projectiles shurikans, kunais etc etc. and moreover allowing to manipulate the vortex towards my enemy pushing him back, forming a distance between me and my enemy.

Creative uses/strengths:

  • Well as explained the jutsu is very ideal for defensive and offensive purposes, allowing me the opportunity to defend as well as attack with the vortex, also the force of the vortex itself is vital if made contact with the offender
  • Ideal defence mechanism for fire based techs
  • Can be used to attack multiple enemies at once
  • i can move around, allowing the vortex to travel long ranges, very ideal in certain cases
Drawbacks/counters:

  • depends on multiple hand seals and the requirement of a water source, can't be used on dry terrain where water source isn't available
  • it travels and spins at regular speeds, so it's quite predicable in that case
  • The user also has to concentrate on the vortex so he can be distracted and caught of guard
  • I can use a lightning element from uprooting the water vortex using a lightning tech

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: A
Type: Offensive,Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

Okay now this jutsu is very similar to the weaker version and in our RP we use it the same way. The main difference is the opponent will create a giant orb of water that covers the whole area. But that is useless and mainly a double edge sword since you might hurt the opponents movement the same is done with you. The only major difference is if you have a Kisame bio who can swim and breathe under water. So basically this used the same way as the previous one just much more water, ocean like actually. As well as the water is spew with intense speed and powerful vortex that it can crash into the opponent and hurt them as well as drown them underwater. Note this is a streaming technique so you will constantly have to release it which can be dangerous.




(Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast

Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

One of my favorite techniques. The user will do the four required hand seals and manipulate a water source around the area to create a large wolf like beast. Its large in size and power. It can deal some serious damage by either releasing a stream of water or sending a torrent of jet claws towards the opponent as a projectile both B-Rank in power. It can be handy for us as a last resort and to always stay on the offense. Now of course to control the beast you must keep focus, which is safe to say it can harm you especially from snick attacks. So the best thing you can do is have clone or ally to keep it stable and moving. It can also be used to defend attacks since its water is very dense and hard certain attacks it can intercept. Note the beast remains on the field for 3 turns until it disperses or the opponent decides to destroy it. Simple counters is trying to lose the beasts shape. One method is making mud appear from under to lose its balance and tip over. From an attack they are quite simple and straight forward walls, evasion methods, overpowering attacks, ect. Combos are many with this tech as well.

First Jutsu

Perform the technique:

After noni Senpai explains the jutsu, I get ready to perform it, first off, I perform the ram hand seal while gathering a large amount of suiton chakra within my stomach, and then slowly begin to spit out water which covers out a huge area, with massive waves capable of causing the opponent, further on I create an orb which causes the opponent within the orb to suffocate and drown.

Creative uses/strengths:

  • For such a powerful jutsu is requires less hand seals, only one, and no water source.
  • The waves are powerful enough to cause sever damage on the opponent
  • The orb can also cause the opponent to suffocate and face intense water pressure
  • Moreover the water waves are essential to put out majority of fire based jutsu
Drawbacks/counters:

  • Its a streaming tech so the water has to be constantly released in order for it to keep going.
  • The orb can be pretty much of no use since I won't be able to breath under water
  • The waves can be countered using a defence wall of Doton mainly of a considerable rank



Second jutsu

Perform the technique:

After I'm taught on the basics of this tech I being to gather a large amount of suiton chakra while perform the neccessary hand seals Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and begin to manipulate pre existing water around me (using a lake nearby) and transforming the water around into a wolf like beast. The beast launches projectiles causing damage and stunning the opponent, and then sweeps his claws creating a torrent of water which washes the enemy away.

Creative uses/strengths:

  • The beast is handy and can launch B rank projectiles, which can be followed with certain attacks
  • Can also be used to counter certain jutsus, conserving the torrent created by the wolf is quite efficient
  • the water current created is also quite powerful to alter the perception of many attacks
  • In conclusion, the beast can be used for offensive and seemingly, defensive purposes
  • Using a clone to manipulate the beast while I can attack the opponent, causing my enemy to face major hardship.
Drawbacks/counters:

  • The jutsu requires a majority of hand seals and also requires pre existing water to be present to activate the tech
  • You must remain focus on the beast, the opponent can take advantage of this and take actions to distract me
  • The projectiles can be countered using a mud wall, and the wolf beast can be countered by making it loose it shape, I can uproot it using a raiton tech from underground, or tip it over summoning a giant stone piller from beneath

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion

Description: The will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, creating a large pool of water that gushes upwards lifting the opponent into the air. After firing the enemy into the air, pool of water shoots numerous water bullets at the (now airborne) enemy while the user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals which forms the water in the pool into a water dragon which attacks the target, grabbing it and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques.

One of the most advanced techniques in the water section and a personal favorite to use. The user will summon a pool of water under the opponent and then have it rise a rapid pillar which will send them high into the air. As they are in the air the user will do the hand seals required to manipulate bullets of water from the pool previously to shoot at the opponent impaling him as well as making things virtually impossible for movement while getting hit. After the bullets have hit the opponent while he is still in the air, the bullets will reform right behind him and create a large water dragon which attacks him from behind where the opponent will be unable to even notice the dragon. So they will most likely not expect or notice the dragon, the dragon will crash them from behind and carry them back to the ground with tremendous force. This jutsu as you notice has many steps to it and can be taken advantage of when to counter, the best time is when you feel the water on your feet to try and make a counter as soon as possible, don't wait when you are sent in the air for you the bullets will already be sent as the hand seals are being done so manipulating chakra will be too soon. So make sure you try to counter while the water is on your feet and while being launched you execute it. You can though create a dense armor which can help withstand the attacks as well. Its hard to make combos something basic is to distract the opponent before using this jutsu. Its a destructive jutsu and can easily harm the opponent if caught. Its a great jutsu in terms of range as well, basically anywhere the opponent is they can use it on the terrain when it comes to range.




( Suiton: Arekuruu Hayase ) - Water Release: Raging Rapids

Description: Using their skills with Water Release, the user generates a powerful vortex of water around their enemy with a swing of their arm that sends them flying upwards and then dispels it with another hand gesture. (Requires a water source).
Note: Tobirama and Mei terumi can perform this without a water source.

Similar to previous techniques. While the opponent is on a water source or close to it, short to mid range to be exact. The user will simply swing their arm and cause a water vortex to appear around the opponent. The water will then shoot the opponent high into the air, the impact it gives off when it sends the opponent in the air is where the damage happens. Certain combos can be when the opponent is in the air to send a air attack like dropping lid to crash them back down onto the ground. After they are sent in the air though you must do one more swing of the hand to stop the vortex releasing it so you can move onto the next jutsu.

I'm sorry for the late reply, was quite busy due to real life paper works and all, deeply apologise for any inconvenience, even so I could get on NB at times periodically, but not to the point that I could reply to all my training threads :(




First jutsu

Perform the technique:

After listening to my Senpai, I quickly erase my minds of all useless thoughts and clap my hands and forcefully slam them on the ground with all my might which creates a large pool of water beneath my opponent and lifts him into mid air, after the opponent is sent flying I shoot numerous water bullets at my enemy who's now in mid air, while performing these hand seals bird ---> dog ---> snake ---> rat which forms the water in the pool into the shape of a dragon which flies and forcefully drags the enemy and slamming him onto the ground causing my enemy to face consequential injuries.

Creative uses/strengths:

  • Well the first part of the jutsu is pretty quick to do, considering the given fact that once the opponent is in air, it would be quite the hardship for him to avoid the dragon
  • Doesn't rely on a water source
  • the range is pretty concrete, according to the terrain this jutsu can be done at short to long ranges which overall makes it pretty handy
Drawbacks/counters:

  • The jutsu has many steps to it, well mainly of the first step is avoided with precautionary care, the jutsu itself won't be able to progress further, conserving the fact that the water pool being formed over your enemy's feat, he wouldn't obviously just stand there, measures will be taken of hand to avoid be caught before being taken up by the water pool, other then that I can use a wind jutsu to blow myself out of the way if I can coherently predict the jutsu, or put Up an armour or surrounding myself with a wind vortex to decrease the original intensity and overall power of the jutsu



Second Given Jutsu

Perform the technique:

After being thought about the tech by my Sexy beloved Senpai, I focus on a nearby water source which is upto mid range from my current position, using my water manipulation ability the use the water source and create a powerful vortex of water around my enemy by swinging my arm and sending him flying, swiping my hand another time stopping the gesture allowing me to move onto the next jutsu

Creative uses/strengths:

  • Well pretty quick to perform, since no use of hand seal whatsoever, if you nearby a water source, it's pretty neat to use this tech to use combos
  • Can send the enemy into the air stopping the vortex and moving onto the next jutsu
  • substantial damage should be imminent, allowing the enemy major hardship on avoiding my next incoming jutsu, mainly while being in mid air and so
Drawbacks/counters:

  • The jutsu is water source based (well according to my bio) so it's pretty non feasible in my case should I attempt to use it on dry land since it'll will seemingly have no meaning
  • The water vortex can mainly be dispersed or avoided using earth based shields or high offensive techs

The specific reason I like this jutsu that it's steps altogether with the jutsu, moreover, of one step is successful, the opponent Is mostly screwed, being in mod air makes it hard to avoid the enraging dragon, the first step doesn't require any hand seals nor water source, makes it easy to initiate and hard to predict.

This is a very good jutsu, the beast can run around and attack the enemy moreover can attack him with projectiles, making the enemy suffer double the trouble dealing with me and the beast, the best can fire fast B rank streams and is pretty agile nonetheless, remains active for three turns.

Well contrary to the hand seal necessity, this jutsu is pretty well paced, the vortex acts as both, defence and offence, allowing me to defend projectiles, and attack, the knock is powerful enough to knock the enemy unconscious, allowing me to finish him.

Well I like this jutsu since its quick and easy to perform, moreover, no hand seals, and can be be used quickly, disregarding the water around requirement it's pretty hand for sending the enemy into the air and attacking him, while he's in air, head on attacks in combos are pretty efficient, since dodging and avoiding in mid air is very hard.

After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

Okay one of the more destructive jutsus when it comes with precision. You will first do one hand seal and release a very thin stream of water that is heavily condensed. It has the slicing power to cut through trees with ease and other material. Needless to say it can impale the opponent with ease on contact. Its a very fast moving jutsu when released as well, it has the type of speed that reminds me of a standard wind jutsu. The user while releasing the stream can move their head around to redirect the attack how they want, this means you can attack multiple opponents or constructs at once. It can travel a long range as well giving mobility to it. Being a stream technique you have to constantly send it meaning it might not work well with combos alone, it could work as a good finisher though but know that it can leave you open.

As noni explains the basis of this tech, I gather a huge amount of chakra while performing the tiger hand seal, I then manipulate the chakra into suiton using nature manipulation from within my mouth I exhale a a thin stream of pressurised water that I guide to the enemy towards his side aiming at his abdominal area, and then moving my head sideways and cleaving the enemy in half. >_>

Creative uses/strengths:

  • For an S rank jutsu which uses one hand seal and no water source, it's pretty legible
  • The stream is also pretty fast and very hard to predict, the enemy would face major diffuclties to avoid it
  • The thin stream has intense cutting power, able to cut through even rocks certainly displays how quantifably powerful this jutsu is
  • You can also move around your head and direct the stream flow as desired, which is pretty decent overall
  • Can travel to long ranges as well
Drawbacks/counters:

  • It leaves you pretty open
  • The user has to constantly exert the water stream, which means he has to constantly remain on the tech or it would be cancelled
  • It can be avoided my predicting the enemies head movement or sending a clone to distract and force him to quit perform the technique in the midst
  • Its a valuable finishing jutsu in other cases using it off the bat wouldn't be vial

Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

A destructive jutsu very quick to perform the user will release a large bullet of highly focused water. It has a large amount of water and the torrent of water has the power to easily destroy anything in its path including trees and many materials. The amount of water can easily flood the entire, that same water you can use for yourself to manipulate for other jutsus. Now this jutsu is mainly projectile based but due to the amount of water sent it will take some time before you fully send it, its why you should use it as a finisher in combos. Its a very fast moving technique as well as being mobile in range. Its one of my favorites to use.
