Rank: S
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.
Perform the technique:
As noni explains the tech, I closely listen, and get ready to perform the tech, I stretch out my legs and form a calm expression, I gather a great amount of chakra vitally, to peform the high demanding tech, I inhale and gather a huge amount of chakra within my chest and the begin to exhale a powerful yet high quantity water from my mouth, in the form of a powerful torrent of water against my supposed target hitting him and due to the water pressure he becomes severely damaged. Since the tech is powerful enough to rip apart obstacles >_>
Creative uses/strengths:
- doesnt require any hand seals and water source despite it being an S rank tech, which is easily the best quality
- It can flood the terrain in real short amount of time which can later be used by the user for his own water source based techs
- The torrents are powerful enough to break apart obstacles like trees so the impact on a human should have adverse effects
- Covering the battlefield and enemy with water would further allow me to damage and finish my opponent with a powerful lightning tech
- Its also pretty fast moving
- Also an ideal finishing jutsu
- Depending, It can be used short-Long ranges
- The jutsu will take time to fully send it, which can be allowed and giving the opponent the time to react
- it will also take considerable amount of time for the terrain to be fully covered in water
- To avoid the jutsu I can use this tech (Doton: Daichidōkaku) - Earth Release: Great Moving Earth Core
