This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.



Strong points

Well basically the strong point is that I can limit my opponents movements with this tech making a sticky starch around there feat which allows me a great advantage to prepare for my next move before hand while my opponent is pre-occupied, and with preparation I can increase the ferocity of the jutsu makeing it much more versatile. It can also be effectively used against ground based or fire release jutsu which travel around the ground, I can smother the flame down. And moreover it doesn't require a water source.

Weak points

It requires a variable amount of preparation, which is a quite downfall to this tech and won't be as effective compared to the creating it with preparation, otherwise it's also relatively short.

Combinations-strategies

I can combine it with raiton causing the electricity to flow along causing the caught opponent to become electrocuted, and in simple terms, I can cause the opponent to be distracted while stuck within the starch, casuing my opponent to face an immediate distraction whilst immediately being stuck, which allows me the serenity to prepare for my next attack.

Ways to counter this technique

If I can remain calm and figure the tech out I can simply channel chakra towards my feet, which will pretty much render the jutsu ineffective.

These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.



Strong points

Well apparently the technique can be quite useful for one reason I can think of, seemingly it's a great way to deceive and outpace your opponents, giving me prep to perform another tech before hand to catch my nemesis off guard or surprising him, leaving him in a vulnerable position. Or distraction to prepare and plan my next upcoming attack. The clone also acts on will of the user, also quite a considerable advantage.

Weak points

Well the most obvious one would be it requires a nearby water source to execute, means its not handy-or applicable to be used in dry locations, and the water jutsu can only perform C rank water jutsus at most, and the clones can only travel short range from the user itself before losing control

Combinations-strategies

Well like I said previously, I can strategise my next attacks or inspect my opponent before hand using the water clone, or using it as a distraction for my enemy causing him to be surprised allowing me to perform my next jutsu outright on my enemy to instruct a finishing move, whilst my enemy is busy facing distraction.

Ways to counter this technique

Well, A little damage to the the clone can blow it up.

Strong points

Mostly the jutsu attacks form all 360 degrees angle, and the greatest ability it can be executed quickly, giving me time and use of combos and preparation beforehand, distracting the enemy while allowing me to attack instantly cause of the jutsus applications which allows it to be preformed almost instantaneously.

Weak points

First. It requires a water source, which means the technique would not be useful in dry condition and locations. And it's easily to manipulate nonetheless. Making it somewhat easier to dodge, or outpace.

Combinations-strategies

Like previously, I can use the technique instantly, allowing me to pefrom my next attack, moreover I can also attack my opponent from all sides, I can maim my opponent distracting him nonetheless, since it's a fast jutsu to excute I can use a lightning move to electrocute my enemy and so forth.

Ways to counter this technique

Since the technique is quick, and doesn't make any sound it's easy to manipulate and can be blocked with a mud wall or shield. Since naturally, water is weak to earth.

A very effective supplementary jutsu. After you create hidden mist jutsu (D-Rank) the user will will manipulate the mist in a way where it will reflect natural light. The light will shine throughout the mist and blind anyone ahead of the user. That is why it can only extend short-mid, so it does not blind the user. The opponent will be blinded and distracted you can use the open window to send a large streaming attack through the mist to kill the opponent. It moves fast, and the light when set is released instantly. You can only use this with the hidden mist but its fast to perform.

Strong points

  • First of all the light when set is released almost instantly, which allows me to combine my former attack, to attack my opponent.
  • it can also be efficient to perform sneak attacks, since my enemy will he distracted and blinded by the mist deprivation. Allows me to perform the jutsu before hand.
Weak points

  • It can only be used, short-mid range, meaning from a long range perspective the technique isn't quite suitable
  • it only works when the enemy is within the mist, the mist can also be blown away using a wind related jutsu I believe
Combinations-strategies

I can use the mist and as long as my opponent is trapped within the mist I can use this jutsu to blind my opponents sight, allowing me to perform my next attack, I can use the hiding like a mole technique to erupt from underground to attack my opponent within the mist, or attack him from mid range using dragon bullets inside the mist to attack my enemy from different angles.

Ways to counter this technique

I can use a wind release jutsu to presumably counter the mist.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

A very flexible technique, the user will clap their hands together and create a vortex of water around themselves spiraling with great speed. The vortex is nice because it can act as a barrier and then after defending you can send the vortex towards the opponent as a exploding wave that dashes with great speed towards the opponent. After you send the wave it acts to push the opponent back, I like to send lightning towards it to increase potency of attack, it also covers a wide and long range. It can soak the opponent and change the terrain which you can use in your favor. The more chakra you add the stronger it gets as explained in the description. The wave moves fast and loud. Its easy to perform and does not need a water source nor any hand seals.

  • it doesn't require a water source
  • i can use it to limit my opponents movement my spiralling around them

  • It's weak against Doton based attacks mainly since they can absorb the incoming water spirals of vortex
  • and also depending on the time the user dedicate, it's mainly short ranged.
Combinations-strategies

I can use the water vortex in conjunction with lighting to make the attack more versatile and concussive, since lightning combined with water relate jutsu makes it more powerful, literally. or I can simply send the water vortex onto my opponent soaking him or creating a spiral around it and collapsing it and attack him with a lightning element or hitting him with multiple lightning bolts. To paralyse and shock my enemy.

Ways to counter this technique

I can mainly use this jutsu to surprise my enemy and dodge the water spirals

It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

One of the most useful. After performing the required hand seals the area will begin to rain. The rain happens seconds after you perform the hand seals, the rain will begin to fall. The rain is connected with the users chakra. This allows the user to sense every movement that goes on instantly. Its great for a defense as well as anticipation of attacks. Its one of the best jutsus for defense so I recommend to always set it in the start of the battle. Don't be fool its sensory abilities is nice but you do not sense the opponent mold chakra, it does not go that far. You can though sense projectiles coming towards you since the rain is likely to hit them. Ways to stop this jutsu, is simply blow the clouds away.

  • it's strong, and the rain falls down immediately after it's performed, and covers the area to allow me sense the enemies chakra, making it hard for him to prepare sneak attacks
  • i can also sense the movement of projectiles since the rain will/might hit them, makes it easier for me to avoid the projectiles, efficiently
Weak points

  • well, it's pretty much described, the rain is helpful, but to an extent to sense the enemies chakra, the downfall mainly lyes that it cannot sense mold chakra
  • and adding its only a defence related and depending on the user it can be short to mid ranged
  • and also, the rain must hit the enemy or projectiles for it to sense them, well that's one thing, and requires quite a lot of hand seals
Combinations-strategies

Well, again, as I said previously, I can use the tech to my advantage, before the battle starts causing the rain to emerge down, which will seemingly give me more advantage over the battlefield from avoiding incoming projectiles, and sensing the enemy from making any predicable surprise attacks, giving me a slight edge on hand in terms in the battle field. I can also seemingly, combine it using lightning, since the rain will soak my enemy, but considering I might be soaked as well with water, it's more dangerous in the given circumstances.

Ways to counter this technique

I can blow the clouds away, rendering the jutsu ineffective.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

A jutsu I like to use mainly with a clone in all honesty. The user will manipulate a water source or spew out some water and do the required hand seals. The water will shape into a condense sphere around the opponent. The water acts to suffocate the opponent and drown them. Its also hard to move because its pressurized water. You can even use it one yourself to block attacks. Its a great way to trap an opponent and make life difficult for him. A downside is you must always have a hand on the water sphere if not then the water is released and done. That is why its best used with a clone to keep his hands on the water. Its a handy jutsu and great to spring some traps.

  • i can use it on myself to block myself from attacks
  • it doesn't require a water source, so that makes it quite sufficient in dry based locations, so I can just create suiton
  • the water pressure and density renders the opponent immovable within the sphere, also causing them to suffocate, and make life difficult for them
Weak points

  • it requires variable amount of hand seals, which makes it quite time consuming to perform, meaning I'd be vulrnable performing the technique head on my opponent, it will leave me vulrnable to straight on attacks
  • the user has to keep his hand over the sphere for the balls of water to remain intact, or otherwise it will scatter
Combinations-strategies

Well I can use a clone to distract my enemy or other distraction related jutsus to keep my opponent occupied, and can give me time to make hand seals, and then my water clone which appears out and surround him in a ball of water, causing him to suffocate, while my clone is holding him within the ball of water I can aslo use lightning bolts to electrocute the enemy within the sphere of water.

I can't come up with a valid counter on this one, mainly on how it can avoided with the use of clones. >_>

Counters could be is the water spews out before hand so you can easily notice it, you can lower your weight and dash out the water area. You could use a wind tech to blow the water away before it forms. If you are caught then its very tough to defend, only speculations and theories. But I have never seen someone caught in this jutsu. So try not to get caught.

Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.

A very good jutsu. If an opponent is coming in for attacks or sending basic projectile attacks they can turn their whole body into water as well as remain human shape. The attacks will simply go through the user leaving them unharmed. Now the water will have to form back into shape which takes a couple of seconds. Its easy to and fast to transform the body into water as well as back to human. Its great to get out of tough situations and use basic deception. You can't attack in this form but the most is you can run. I recommend never to use it with lightning jutsus, as well as any elemental jutsu. Just basic tai,ken,and weapon projectiles. It counts as a sub so you can only use it once as well as no more subs so use wisely.

  • Doesn't require any hand seals.
  • It's a very easy jutsu to perform, and including the range it can be activated just before the opponents attack come in contact with you
Weak points

  • this technique will leave me vulnerable for water attacks
  • another disadvantage is that I cannot attack while I am in this form
Combinations-strategies
This jutsu would be a wise choice to defend against a incoming Kunai, shurikan which are fused with fire, low rank fireballs etc. One could use this when you are unable to defend against an opponents attack seeing the less amount of time this jutsu contains is pretty useful at times as well. One more thing I should add is that it can be a fairly great advantage as you take the shape of a human body, which allows you to move freely around, you could use this to walk up to the opponent in this form then take back your human body form and attack him with a deadly attack.

Ways to counter this technique
A simple electric attack would do the trick, precisely when the opponent is vulnerable which is when he is entirely taken the form of water, this would not only damage him but due to the water it will multiply the damage.

A basic attack. The user will perform two hand seals and summon water from out of the air. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent. Though to use the tech you will use the water instantly. The user will manipulate the water and send it towards the opponent as a projectile. It turns into a dragon and acts to engulf the opponent. The dragon is very flexible but its overall simple and quick to perform.

Ways to counter this technique

I can use a mud wall or any earth release tech to absorb the suiton, or render the dragon ineffective.

Description: After waving the Tiger hand seal the user slams his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet.

The user will perform one hand seal and slam their foot on the ground. This causes water to suddenly rise up and dash towards the opponent as a slicing jet. It has the force to cut through many attacks and its very fast moving as well. Its projectile based as well and remains the shape of a slicing jet during it duration towards the opponent. A simple wall is all that is needed to block or even shacking the ground where the water is based on so you can disrupt its shape and render it useless. Its awesome for combos as well since you can send many attacks at once since its a projectile and more of a set-up.

  • it doesn't require any water source whatsoever, and remains its shape during its duration towards the enemy's, and as well acting as a slicing projectile to cut oncoming attacks.
  • due to its quick pace it can be sufficiently used in combo methods.
Weak points

  • it can easily be blocked by a simple mud wall, or by just shattering the ground where the water is located
  • the jutsu overall is short, mid ranged at best, acting as a projectile, it's somewhat comprehensible
Combinations-strategies

I can use this jutsu to mainly use it as a slicing jet, to counter act the projectiles and attacks being directed towards me by my enemy, cutting through them and hitting my enemy. I can also use multiple lightning bolts to make the slicing jet more lethal in its nature, increasing it concussively.

Ways to counter this technique

I can use a simple mud wall while the jutsu is being directed towards me to shake it off, or completely render it, ineffective.

Descripton: A strong water wave spit from the mouth that is more compressed than Chaos Water Wave and can carve the earth if used on the same area multiply times.

A fast moving and performing projectile based technique. The user will send a condensed ball of water straight towards any area the user chooses. Its a very fast moving technique as well as powerful enough to push an opponent back. Its very basic in what its purpose is as well as what its meant to be. Its combo friendly as well. Basic walls are simple enough to stop the ball.

Weak points

  • regardless of it's destructive power one it comes in contact with a high rank fire tech inquest it would most likely cause an evaporation rendering this technique useless..
  • it's not such a hard technique to avoid.
Combinations-strategies
This jutsu can be used along with many combos which includes in when the opponent is using the lightning armour jutsu once this jutsu comes in contact with him it will not only push him back but it will also electrify him doubling the damage.

Ways to counter this technique
Now this technique can be countered when you see the opponent use this technique you could completely transform yourself into water using the water replacement jutsu as for whe n the wave of water hits you it will simply go through you before you transform back into your original swelf. Not only that it can also be avoided by using the earth jutsu where one uses his chakra combined with strength and is able to pick up a huge wrong which can be used to defend against attack by moving it around you.

Description: After performing the required hand signs Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger the user makes water rise from the ground and they can use this water in various ways. They can create a body of water for a water summoning to be encased in and allow them to move around where normally no water exists, or create a body of water to block incoming attacks or surround his target and then drown them.

Okay after performing that long list of hand seals. You will rise water from the ground which you can manipulate in a various of ways. First of all its a great arsenal for you to use. The amount of water summoned can allow you to use certain jutsus which require a water source if you don't all ready have one. You can encase a water summon around it to allow it to be in the field and move freely. You can use it to block attacks as well. Its a very handy jutsu to use and simple. Only a small amount is summoned so its not like you can use it to perform water jutsus that require a larger water source.

Strong points

  • well first of all it's a very decent tech to catch incoming projectiles
  • encasing water summoning in water allows it to move freely even in places that have no pre-existing water
  • i can use it to engulf my opponent with water, this casuing them to suffocate, and moreover this jutsu can allow me to use water source based jutsus
Weak points

  • it requires an immense amount of hand seals, so it's diffuclt to perform while head on with the enemy
Combinations-strategies

Well first of all, I can use this jutsu during battle to perform other water source based jutsu giving me the upper hand on the battlefield, if there isn't any pre existing water, I can use the tech to engulf my opponent within the water to suffocate or soak him and then use lightning based jutsus to direct the finishing blow.

Ways to counter this technique

The ground palm comes to mind or other earth based tech can absorb the suiton based summon rendering its ability pretty much useless, the ground palm should shatter the ground making the suiton to scatter or a mud wall or absorb the suiton.

Description: This Technique allows the user to properl themselves through a body of water by using their chakra. While underwater, this technique will also partially mask the users presence.
Note: Must be a large water source such as a lake to use.

Okay so this is a very basic and ordinary technique in all honesty. Its purpose is when the user is underwater they will propel themselves through the water by releasing their chakra throughout their body. This can also mask the users presence while underwater making it tough for the random ninja to find you but a sensory or dojutsu is able to. It can work for snick attacks and its handy when you are caught underwater. Its a fast jutsu to use and rather simple. Though this can only be used in water sources like rivers, lakes, oceans, etc.
