Anyways totska is hidden within Itachi's chakra, so as an EMS user it should grow with the PS, meaning a widely swung totska covering Minato's seals would be deadly.

That doesn't matter, because when you take ones eyes you get all their chakra. 40 + 60 is still the same as 60 + 40.

Meaning if he takes Sasukes eyes he always gets the same result as Sasuke.

And FTG users are capable of selecting what they want and don't want to teleport, even if they are connected. Minato stood on top of Bunta who was on top of Kurama, yet he warped Kurama and left Bunta behind, despite not touching Kurama himself. As long as both are separate entities, ftg can separate them.

Obito has the same chakra as his TSB yet got separated like its nothing.

He got hashirama's cells and by extension his chakra but his wood techs pale in comparison to hashiramas.
Obito got both hashirama's cells and madara's eyes yet paled in comparison to both.
Nagato got madara's eyes yet paled in comparison to edo madara let alone madara revived or any madara thereafter.
