Minato has BM and FTG but cannot tag Itachi with FTG.
Itachi's capacity is increased to the point where he can maintain Susano'o ribcage at all times.

Minato. He's a level above pretty much any EMS user besides when they have outside help (Madara with Kurama). Itachi will never be able to get him in a Genjutsu and it's broken regardless, the spirit weapons are essentially useless when they're never hitting Minato nor will Minato attack from the area Yata deflects. And because he's not an Indra incarnate, logically his chakra is weaker and his PS would be nothing like Sasuke's or Madara's. Multiple Bijuu dama shot off and teleporting end Itachi.

speed has been considered a counter to sharingan in NV...

What does Minato have that can pass yata? oh yeah nothing. Neither can Minato break tsukuyomi. Itachi exceeded Sasuke at pretty much everything at EMS level he will be significantly better.

KCM Naruto wasn't even trying. Did he use any ninjutsu on Itachi? No he didn't. Who attacked who? That's right it was Itachi, what was Naruto doing? Merely trying to converse with Itachi and explain what happened to Sasuke, while simultaneously defending himself. Why even bring up KCM Naruto, he doesn't have ftg, nor was he fighting at top speed like he was against Ay.
