No, you see, you cannot have an opinion opposing something that has been disproven.
Tell me exactly how Itachi beats Kabuto. If you can come up with an argument that proves that Itachi wins THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME, then I'll believe you.
Keep in mind that you cannot use the Sword of Totsuka in your argument, since Kabuto can dodge it.
Also keep in mind you cannot use Tsukiyomi, because Kabuto is immune to genjutsu requiring eye contact.
Also keep in mind that Itachi cannot use Amaterasu, because Kabuto can shed his skin and continue fighting.
Also keep in mind that to finally activate Izanami, Itachi had to get stabbed through the stomach, stabbed many times by stalagtites and stalagmites, and also got cut in half. So tell me how he can activate Izanami without dying (and you'd better understand how Izanami works. If you don't, look at one of my past threads, it will explain it to you).
Wait a minute...I just basically told you that you cannot use ANY of Itachi's jutsu to defend yourself, because all of them have been proven to not work against Kabuto! Except for Izanami of course, but as I mentioned, to activate it without dying would be extremely difficult for Itachi, and the majority of the time, Kabuto would kill him before he gets the chance.
And now, I'll put the final nail in your arguments coffin by reminding you that we're describing an incredibly weakened version of Kabuto. Why? Because we're not even counting his edos! With Edo Tensei, Kabuto surely wins, no question. Even in Izanami, his Edos can fight for him.
So there you go. Proven BEYOND a doubt that Itachi would lose the majority of the time to Kabuto. I say Kabuto wins 90/100 times.
This IS a vs thread by the way...Kabuto > Itachi can be translated as "If Kabuto were to fight versus Itachi, Kabuto would win".
You don't understand how Izanami works, do you? If Itachi were not an edo, he would have died at least 2 times in the attempt to activate Izanami.
Even if they were fighting in the open, it doesn't really matter. The cave only aided 1 of Kabuto's jutsu, nothing else was really affected by the location.
As I proved above, Kabuto has counters for EVERY single one of Itachi's jutsu, and once we include his edos (which we weren't just to make the battle fair), Kabuto can even counter Izanami after it has been activated! So I don't know where you get off saying that Itachi wins the majority of the time against Kabuto. That's just illogical.
Yes...have you forgotten about edo Tensei? And Itachi would lose to Nagato anyways, so what you're saying makes no sense.
