besides i'm not going to repost them for you i gave LOTS of reasons and arguements why Itachi outbrains Kabuto, it's not my problem that you can't read...

No i'm the thread maker... I made this thread to hear the other sides argument, and the fact that I don't remember your posts suggests that you didn't really bring much to the discussion.

Also simply stating there are LOTS of reasons Itachi wins doesn't mean anything. Instead why don't you list these reasons, since you seem to know them all.

I am inclined to think that you don't have any solid weight to your argument. For starters your claim that Itachi 'out brains' Kabuto is ridiculous since we have seen many times that Kabuto is incredibly analytical, cunning and all round intelligent. You can't base your argument solely on Itachi being smart when his opponent is just as smart if not more so (Kabuto is a self confessed bookworm after all).

Also my ability to read is not what it hampering my judgement on this matchup. Instead I would suggest your favouritism is what is blinding you from accepting that Kabuto can and does counter Itachi's movepool.

Seriously, your posts astound me. Explain to me in a logical fashion exactly how Itachi will activate Izanami? The only way he got it off was after he died 2-3 times. Lets break the fight down shall we.

• First potential death - white rage made itachi drop most of susano'o leaving him vulnerable. He didn't die then and there because Kabuto went for Sasuke.
• Death 1 - Inorganic transmutation, Itachi was impaled by the spike erupting from the ground. In this instance he was only saved by Sasuke. In a 1v1 he still would have died since susano'o is weak from underneath.
• Second potential death - Kabuto makes a web then switches to kimimaro's KKG, forcing the brothers to split their attacks. Again without Sasuke present Itachi would have been incapacitated by one of these jutsu.
• Third potential death - Tayuya's sound genjutsu catches the brothers, without Sasuke there to break him out Kabuto would have won then and there.
• Death 2 - Kabuto emerges from Orochimaru's mouth and proceeds to chop Itachi in half. Again kabuto would have rewritten Itachi's seal then and there if not for Sasuke's intervention.

Now I want you to pay very close attention to this next bit. None of the deaths I listed above are directly related to Izanami's activation. Izanami's activation stems from Itachi being impaled twice by sasuke's sword, thereby creating the loop. Therefore none of these deaths were intentional, but all of which would count as real deaths in a 1 v 1 fight. Also Itachi couldn't just 'let' himself get killed because Kabuto would re-write the Edo-tag, so he was try to avoid being killed.

So if your argument for Itachi winning is solely based on the fact that Itachi will activate Izanami then I have one big question? Even if Sasuke wasn't there and Itachi was Edo he would have died 5 times before getting Izanami to loop, whilst they never touched Kabuto. Therefore I ask how does a non-edo Itachi pull this off when only one death seals the win for Kabuto.

Did you not say he deafeated them? You really said he "one shotted them". That is far from the truth. KAbuto raped them both the entire match and still couldnt do what he wanted to because it was 2 on one and he needed them both (fact). And yes i know they weren't trying to kill him aswell, but what could they have done???? I have facts that shows he can counter any ms tech (they use) shown 1 vs 1.


Kabuto is a genius aswell so all you itachi fans need to shut up acting as if he is god and knows everything instant! Kabuto knows almost everything and wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more then itachi. Kabuto Uterly rapes any version of itachi.

And btw You saying "edo itachi" means your saying "Kabuto vs kabuto" Since edo itachi is a summon of kabuto (fact)! Unless he is fighting naruto, itachi will be under kabutos command (fact).

Kabuto is a fodder that lost in one move. How is that being stronger than Itachi? I bet Kishimoto dragged the fight so that he and Sasuke could spend some quality time together. Kabuto used all his powers in that match, unlike Itachi and Sasuke. Plus, the cave was enclosed to Kabuto's advantage. I will say he is smart to come prepared and being a useful asset. The powers were stolen, nonetheless, but he is good at using them.

But Shikamaru is one of the smartest and he still is not S-Rank...How was Kabuto supposed to avoid Izanami when not even Uchiha can? You don't even need to sense it to fall for it.

How is he a fodder if he remains alive after so many years as a villain? He was introduced before Oro, Itachi, Nagato, etc, and has outlasted them. Fodder villains get killed.

It's a Sharingan kinjutsu, so of course you lose in one move, especially when it is unavoidable. Itachi had to resort to that.

Stolen power? It's Kabuto's fault that his blood type allows him to meld with the blood of others now? Do we take Oro's snakes, Uchiha's eyes, Sasori's puppets, and Deidara's bombs from them like you want to take Kabuto's ability to make other's skill his?
