really danzo and the elders led the village hiruzen just followed really i would say the best leader is tobirama he made the laws or hashirama he could have lead the other villages to if he wanted and if it wasnt for hashi hiruzen and his pathetic clan wouldnt even be apart of the leaf village

Hurizen let Danzo get away with attempting to kill him and all that other BS. Even though he had evidence against Danzo, he was too soft to prosecute him for it. He is the worst Hokage ever, especially because he failed the Uchiha, who were co-founders of the village, but were kept out of government affairs. The Uchiha should've had a slice of the pie, but they were screwed by the Senju and the village. They should had followed Madara.

On top of that, children around the nation were being snatched away by Danzo and Orochimaru and experimented on. Hurizen is the worst. Fugaku should've been Hokage after Minato died for being such an outstanding leader and villager as head of the police.

Uchiha massacre happened during his reign.He was unable to stop it.
It was during his reign that tensions between Uchiha and Village grew.He failed to do anything about it.

if the uchihas followed madara hashi and tobirama would have made them extinct and even tho the uchihas were annihilated while hiruzen was in power it was the uchihas fault they should have been loyal to a village that spared them those fodders waited until the senju were almost all gone the uchihas period are pathetic just like hiruzen

Loyal my ass. They didn't deserve what they got. And the Uchiha's would've made everyone in the village fodder if they did go with the Coup De Tat. Everyone would be dead, but Itachi became a traitor. He chose over his own blood, which is disgraceful.
