Damage to his organs is irrelevant. Like I said, his brain should have shut down from the lack of oxygen, but it didn't. He shouldn't have been able to speak without lungs, but he did. Once again, stop trying to apply real life logic to an immortal character in a manga, who has spoken with no body, meaning no lungs and didn't suffer any kind of brain damage when his head and brain were separated from their oxygen supply. This "The brain is the brain" "Its so different" nonsense isn't a damn argument.

Yes he is immortal but immortality doesnt go above the brain. It just doesnt. The brain tells the body about its immortality allows for immortality. Once its stopped functioning the immortality stops functioning.

Without any lungs, you're not going to be able to get any oxygenated blood to the brain. No oxygenated blood to the brain = dead. Hidan was headless and so was getting no blood to the brain, yet his brain was still functioning. Manga is completely different to Heroes.
