No where in the manga is it shown or stated that Ae's armour adds Raiton-based attacks to his offensive moves.

Im pretty sure the liger bomb weakened the structural integrity of sasuke's rib cage, so the result of the horizontal chop isn't exactly accurate for gathering data on sasuke's rib cage.

as for raiton not beating sand, the burden of proof lies with you to prove it can resist an offensive raiton attack. until you can the verdict stands.

Ae as able to break clean through the summit wall, when he didn't have any Raiton Armour on. What I meant is that it doesn't add any Raiton-based essence to the attack like Chidori does. Otherwise, Third Raikage wouldn't need to Focus Raiton on his fingers for a lethal attack. This Armour doesn't focus any Raiton anywhere, but rather surrounds the user, which is why it didn't affect the sand, whereas Sasuke's Chidori did. It's canon. You denying it makes little sense to me.

That Sand was literally clinging onto water. Not even the same scenario. It was literally Dragon-bullet mud. As I said, focused Raiton is shown to be Gaara's sand's weakness, and I'm sorry, but it's canon.
