I think sasuke's super speed with his curse mark would be too fast for gaara's sand to defend as it was in the chunin exams. not to mention gaara would have trouble hitting sasuke just like deidara did.

not to mention gaara has no defense or training against genjutsu.

Gaara wins. Not too hard to figure that the guy with sand fast enough to block Amaterasu would win. Not too mention he conjured up sand big enough to block his village from C3. Sasuke won't survive long enough to perform anything even remotely resembling Kirin.

Gaara's 200m deep burying technique is enough. Even Bijuu aren't that tall so no snake is getting Sasuke out U_U
