gaara may have kept up with deidara but deidara was severely outmaneuvered by sasuke the entire fight, and on multiple instances praised sasuke's speed

gaara's sand has no feats of being able to defend against fast taijutsu on the level of un weighted lee or sasuke. his defense would be too sluggish. not to mention there are two instances where sasuke's chidori has cut through gaara's sand like butter. even if gaara's defense has gottenen stronger since then, sasuke's chidori and variants have improved as well.

who says enton is far slower?,nowhere is it hinted at that. Also didnt sasuke only defend himself using enton?,he attacked gaara's siblings with amaterasu IIRC.(though i maybe wrong)

A flying deidara is much faster than a deidara on foot,and gaara actually managed to blitz deidara with that giant sand prison. Gaara defended himself against kimimaro's taijutsus which surpasses leel and sasuke's,also kimi had the curse mark to increase his taijutsu level. He was 13 by that time. Chidori barely pierced the dome,and just gave gaara a small wound,a'so gaara could have sent out sand spikes to kill sasuke as well,so if sasuke tries chidori,gaara may just let him strike,then immediately counter and kill him. Chidori is a bad idea.

Just like to add that Gaara didn't even tank those. He tanked one and then when the other 4 hit his sand wall, it broke apart and Gaara got tossed to the ground.

it is clear enton is slower based on us seeing it travel vs amaterasu which just spawns on the target. gaara's auto defense isn't fast enough to react to sasuke's immense foot speed. not to mention it failed to protect him while flying so that is out of the question

amaterasu dosent spawn,it travels,or else Ay wouldnt have dodged it,and also after Ay dodged it,it kept travelling and hit the samurai behind. It travels just like enton,here

Practically all of sasuke's speed feats have been a shushin,not actual foot movement. I have already told you,gaara already kept yp with a flying deidara who is faster than a foot sasuke,and even blitzed him with a sand prison. Who says his sand dosent protect him in the air?,it did just that against deidara and the edo kages. Also what use is speed against a sand dome defence,which ensures a 360 degree defence?.

What attack does hebi sasuke have that can reach a flying gaara?

Deidara was troubled by his speed because he was on the ground,and he reacted to sasuke's shushin well enough,dodging it the first time and throwing a c1 bomb on sasuke the second time. Once deidara got to the skies,he blew sasuke's wing off.

Third eye is made of sand,how will genjutsus be used on it?,also genjutsus dosent work on clones,which the third eye is. Direct eye contact is needed to cast the genjutsu,the third eye isnt gaara's real eye,and such using it means no direct eye contact. Also gaara's sand sensing will also allow him deal with genjutsu easy enough. He fought 5 madara clones each with a pair of sharingan and didnt look into their eyes or fall for a genjutsu.

The genjutsu didnt work on deidara,deidara saw through it and replaced himself with a clay clone.

Sand Tsunami only seem effective if the character decides to fight stationary. Sasuke's case he would be fighting/attempting to attack at all angles which like his first fight.

Gaara's Third Eye saw through the Second Mizukage's Genjutsu, and had no negative side effects for Gaara.

That was a Genjutsu to camouflage his clam, Sasuke uses offensive Genjutsu as well as defensive. You can't compare Sharingan Genjutsu to regular Genjutsu regardless of the fact that it was placed on Gaara by a Kage level opponent. Sharingan Genjutsu > most Genjutsu.

Le sauce's hawk is feat less. We don't know how fast it can move or whether it can tank hits. I can comfortably say it's nowhere near that of deidara's clay bird(which garra sill trapped)
