Coming From :

Of course this was not just an expedition to take on a legendary fish that could just be a Fisherman's Tale, it was a normal run to catch fish too - and of course Zeri and the Crew yielded enough Fish to call it a day at Sea, they always worked hard and could probably go and catch way more. But Zeri got just enough before concentrating and preserving energy for the Rainbow Pikefoot.

Gauntlet sailed on the calm sea, the deck was quiet as Sailors watched the sea with intent. At this point Lena was back on Deck near the bottom of the Mast. The man with the most concentration in his eyes however was Zeri, he just stared out at the Blue ocean - scanning over the surface and through the volume. He snaps his finger and points with fierceness, his First mate understood straight away and went to the edge of the boat towards where Zeri had pointed.

There was something, a plethora of multi-colour refracting through the water. The First mate, Liu waved his hand and Zeri slowly turned the wheel of the Ship, turning it in the direction in which the light was spotted. The ship cut through the sea quietly, nothing more than the gentle sound of water slipping passed the wood that made up the vessel. The First mate adjusted his positioning so that he could still see the strange light radiating from the Water.

"It's here" Zeri nodded.

The Water's blue colour surrounding the whole Ship started to change, it was harder to see just the colour blue as the water shimmered with artistry. The Sailors were in awe of this sight, none of them expected to see such a thing in their life on the Sea. Zeri however remained calm and determined as he kept watching the Sea. He moved to the right side of the Ship and walked down to the deck and moved across the edge. Eyes fixed firmly on the water. There was a movement, similar in pace to that over Zeri's as it swam beside the boat as he walked on it. It was almost synchronised. Zeri watched it and smiled.

"It's a beauty."

With this Signal Fishermen started to slowly move on Deck, slowly lowering a Net on the other side of the Ship - Zeri's plan was about to come into fruition. Lena gets herself into a suitable position, crouched on the edge of the ship waiting for the Sailors to strike. Zeri watched at the Fish disappeared under the boat.

"NOW!"

Zeri moved quickly, back across the deck, up the steps to the Wheel and takes charge once again. The sailor's drop the Net and the water's calm demeanour dissipates with the rapid kicks of both the boat and this impressive Fish.

"Try not to hurt his Scales, aim for the underbelly or the face. Try to hook it's lip."

The Sailors were dragged to the left side of the boat as the Net took on some pull from something in the Gulf, as they tried to hold on with their strained groans. The Boat tilted to that side too, the creaking of straining wood could be heard as the net struggled. Zeri turned the boat left, relieving the strain for a moment as more of the Crew went to the right, readying their harpoons. The pull of the Net stopped and the Sailors looked towards the Fishermen wielding Harpoons, and the fish shot by with such speed and grace it parted through the ocean like a knife through butter. They threw their weapons but they all missed, trailing lifelessly in the water. Lena was there however, her left foot stomping against the Wooden beam at the edge of the ship. She shot out her hands as Dark tendrils threaded out from her elbows and shot into the Sea after the Fish, they linked together and knitted to form a Dark Net in the water in front of the Fish it collided with the threads and kept pushing. The fish yanked Lena from the Deck towards the Water. Lena stuck her elbows in front guiding the originating threads and wrists beside his head. She curses to herself.

(Jiongu: Kuro Ito) - Earth Grudge Fear: Dark Threads
Rank: B
Type: Attack/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The basic technique of Kakuzu's unique Kinjutsu Earth Grudge Fear it allows the user to manipulate the threads that compose his body freely with each use. The user can not only alter his own body form and structure but also use the threads to attack or defend from incoming techniques. As Kakuzu's skin is still stitched to keep his humanoid form when not used, he can take advantage of this technique to propel his hands or limbs at great distances and grab a target. Its also this technique that allows Kakuzu to detach his masks from his own body to form the "animals" which he uses in combat.
Note: Can only be used by Kakuzu

Lena's feet hit the surface of the water, her body tilted back she is pulled across it with ease - her legs quickly begin to burn. Lena brings her hands together to perform the Rat Handseal - she controls the air to pick up the Gauntlet swiftly - pushing it with new found speed across the water. Lena pulls her left arm back as her body twists counter-clockwise, prompting the fish to move around to the left, arcing around so that the Ship can close it's distance. Because of the directions of both the ship and the fish pulling Lena the two would eventually meet.

(Fūton: Kiryū Ranbu) - Wind Release: Air Current Wild Dance
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40 (+15 per turn)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After making the Rat handseal, the user creates and controls air currents from the palms of their hands, forming a large field of raging air currents and gusting winds. The technique expands quickly, rapidly spanning through all of the battle field, gathering debris, dust and other small particles in its path. The technique effectively creates a very large controllable "dust" storm.

Note: Lasts 3 turns or until released.

Lena then creates a Wind Glyph at her feet, lifting her up from the Sea surface, giving her legs a rest before they gave in. She is lifted and promptly guided towards the very tip of the ship, the Bowsprit. Lena would then have the Glyph disperse into smaller 1 foot glyphs that spin like wild wind shuriken. They dive into the Ocean and cut through rapidly towards the Fish, going for it's underbelly. Lena lands with a gently tap on the Bowsprit, ready to pull the Fish from the Ocean when it's weakened by the attack, the Crew on board ready to capture it with their net and pin it to deck. If that is how it played out. The fish got smart and Nosedived deeper into the Ocean with ferocity and back under, Lena is yanked down hard against the Bowsprits, her face smacks off the wood with a thud and her concentration is lost enough for the Wind Glyph to disperse in the Water.

(Shōkeimoji-Fūton : Neko no Shosa) - Heiroglyphic-Wind Release : Cat's Dance
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: C - A B
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 15 - 30 (-5 for movement)
Damage Points: 30 - 60
Description:
The user in the air creates a Circular White Glyph out of the air with a green-ish hue, the pattern of the glyph is custom as long as it's Circular and has the Kanji of "Jiyū" within it. When created it spins and grows into view. Even though the glyph is almost transparent it can clearly be seen, it is also solid and acts like a wall, the Glyph can be created vertically or horizontally. The glyph incorporates both offensive properties of Wind, Flat side of the glyph causes blunt damage whereas the edges are sharper than a Katana blade. The user can essentially "grab" the initial glyph by placing their hand on it and throw it like a Shuriken, the maximum size a Glyph can be is 2 meters in diameter and the minimum size is as big as the user's hand.

The Glyph can be manipulated to move vertically or horizontally after creation or by the command of the user later after creation, this costs 5 chakra points. If the user wishes they can "grab" like they would to throw it but because it's moving they will be taken by the Glyph that they are manipulating, they can also just jump on the flat surf it and esentially ride it like a surfboard. The user can if he wants jump from one glyph and create another glyph to perform a quick switch whilst "surfing" as per say, however if another glyph is create of course this would count as another move.

The user can thrust their arm towards their glyph with their hand spread open and the Glyph will disperse into spinning sharp 1 foot mini-glyphs with the Kanji "Kusaru" that barrage from the original. The user can manipulate them to move however he wants, they can float around to defend him or go forth to attack. The Mini-glyphs are very sharp and can easily cut through a thick tree. If used immediatedly after Glyph creation it doesn't count as a move, if it is then it costs a turn.

- Remains active for three turns, Glyphs are self sustained until their turns are up.
- A-Rank version can only be used four times and has a two turn cooldown
- Movement of Glyphs saps 5 chakra from user per turn.
- Max of four Glyphs on the field at a time
- One use of this technique means one Glyph Created
- Must be Taught by LonelyAssassin

Lena's face hurt, she tasted blood in her mouth as she pealed herself from the wood. She shook her head to get the daze from it and managed to rise to her feet. Outsmarted by a damn multicoloured fish.

"STARBOARD!"

From the depths, the Rainbow Pikefoot launched itself from the Seas into the air high above the Deck. The Sailors looked up in awe as the Scales glistened in the sunlight, reflecting colours all over the body of the ship. Zeri tried to boom out commands to his Crew, but it was hard to do so with such a sight to keep them from being distracted.

"Cover You Eyes!"

Only a couple could hear however, Lena had managed to look away before the Pikefoot exploded in a flurry of dancing lights capturing the minds of two thirds of the Crew. Their bodies slumped to the deck, the sound of multiple thuds could be heard - the ship became lifeless. Lena planted her foot back onto the Deck of the ship, walking around the stunned and sleeping bodies of the Crew making her way to starboard side as the Fish came back into the water with a crashing splash. Lena looked towards Zeri who turned the wheel to match it's direction, she could easily see the fire still burning in his eyes. With half the crew gone this might become impossible. Lena launched herself from the Starboard side and in towards the water as the Pikefoot crashed into the Sea. She landed on it's back, her great big last second plan was to someone capture this large Fish this way. The threaded woman shot her forearms and hands towards the top lip of the Pikefoot, her hands gripping the lip and yanking backwards with all her strength she lets out a scream of all her might as the fish is force to lurch back and jerk upwards, it's face yelping into the air.

(Jiongu: Kuro Ito) - Earth Grudge Fear: Dark Threads
Rank: B
Type: Attack/Supplementary

Too be honest, Lena was stuck here, pulling the face of the fish back hoping it would give in and that something would happen, maybe it would snap. She didn't know what else to do unless she wanted to ruin the quality of the catch. Until the fish suddenly let out a louder scream than it's previous yelp; Lena snapped into reality and saw the arrow lodged deeply into the eyeball of the Pikefoot with a long rope from the end of the arrow back to the ship. IT was her chance to take, Lena retracted her threads but kept a grip on the fish's lip so that she was pulled towards it's head, she used her feet to run along the back of the fish and then jump forward doing a front flip so that when she gets ahead of the fish she is face to face with it. He arms now fully retracted since she had let go of the lip to be able to do the front flip, she commands her arm forward, towards the Pikefoot's face and sends a stream of red cards into the mouth and deep into it's body. Lena lands on the water, facing the fish as a small explosion goes off inside the fish, it suddenly stops writhing and becomes lifeless.

The white haired woman looks towards the ship which slowly approached, the bandanna'd blonde girl in the crow's nest gave a salute whilst holding her body - Hawkeye indeed. Looks like she managed to keep her eyes covered up there, becoming an asset for the catch. Lena climbed onto the boat as the Pikefoot was lifted to the deck. It's spell on the crew had lifted when they were kicked awake by Zeri. He looked at his prize now however, with a glint in his eye.

"He sure was a bitch, but more importantly He's a real bitch." Zeri looked at his crew and pumped his fist into the air, and they returned the gesture. Lena stood, knackered if she were to be honest, but she stood strong and clenched her fist.

"HROAR!"

Arriving from :

The Sea Breeze hit her as she had songbird fly at high speeds just above the water body that made up the Hanguri Gulf. The air combed through her hair and forced it to whip behind her - she shut her eyes and let thought consume her for now, spreading out her arms to catch more of the cool force that continuously hit her. She felt the deep bit of her chest constantly weigh down her mood, keeping it to herself, remaining alone.

Was that bad?

She thought back to Smith, he had been helpful and she hadn't been grateful enough. He probably thought she was being pathetic right now, and he didn't deserve her being distant and uncommunicative as an ally. He had helped her village when he could've easily gone ahead and dealt with Takauji in other ways, instead he had gone out of his way to defend her village with risk of being dispersed and slowing his progress.

Lena's arms came back in and her hands pushed against her the surface of Songbird's back and pushed off him, throwing herself off the bird even at this speed she'd be suspended in the air as Songbird shot forward. She tilts back and her back curls, she basically half back-flips and falls head first straight into the water. Still, surrounded and senses dulled. She was within the ocean, letting it keep her there; it was peaceful and it soothed her.

She waited, enjoying the moment where she could ignore everything.

This post marks the beginning of my (our) mission using these storyboard elements:
-Custom: Defuse a misunderstanding

Summary: Lena finds herself on a stranger's ship, the two parties have an intense stand off as strangers. Lena still suffering from the battle that had happened earlier has to defuse the misunderstanding that has been put in place. Though it may require some heavy handed listening.

As Lena floated around in the water, she was at peace - she knew it would only be temporary. Her silence was rudely interrupted as the water was cut through and beside her a wooden vessel passed. Her eyes opened and she stretched out, her hand hit the wood and she was carried with it. Water poured from her body as she resurfaced and climbed up against the side of the ship, her hand finally reaching over the side and with what seemed to be ease pulled herself over the side, her feet hitting the deck as water began to puddle up around the spot she was now standing - she was pretty relaxed, so her stance was off after spending so much time in the water - her hair wet and covering her vision. But she looked around, eyes locking on to each individual as they began to notice she was there.

"Hey! How the hell did you get on this ship?"

Guns, Harpoons, swords and any other sharp object or weapon was pointed in her direction. One man spoke to her. But it didn't matter to her, what mattered to her was why this ship that was heavily armed was so closed to Shinramoto. Another attack so quickly? She eyed each and everyone of these people who she planned to kill.

"Are you not all there or something? Why are you on this ship!?"

Lena still didn't respond and so tensions rose between her and the crew of the ship. She noticed them slowly approach and surround her, a spear's tip approached her personal space. She didn't respond in a nice manner to that, she dashed towards the man holding the spear and ducked under the spear and rugby tackled the man to the deck - she straddled him and held her hand around his neck. Though her grip remained weak as she noticed the man, or young adult had gone completely red. She also noticed he had a broach that donned a sigil she recognised, though these people were not her enemies, she saw red but that faded and she was clearly shocked as she looked down at the blushing young man. The barrel of a rifle stuck against her head in her moments of realisation.

"Stand down or else we'll be spending the afternoon cleaning brains off our deck."

Lena slowly stood up and got off of the man, he scrambled away and too his feet trying to regain his posture. Lena had her hands up and looked around at the wary crew members, she tried to speak to the man who had been talking and what seemed to be in command.

"I made a mistake."

"You definitely did Lady."

"Let me expla..."

"You can talk about it when we get back to Jinshui."

She had already figured it out, but that confirmed it. These men were stationed at the fortress located by the coast, and she had stumbled across them - Lena didn't realise how far she had flew out into the Hanguri Gulf. She was totally out of it. Now she was in a predicament and didn't want to hurt these men as they had not wronged her. Yet.

"Now slowly walk down to the brig."

Lena reacted, her left arm flicked up and slapped the gun away from that side of her head. Using the same hand she brought it up immediately and the side of her open palm was pressed firmly against the commander's neck. Every brought their weapons back up and pointed them at her, she kept her hand pressed against his neck and looked at him, her eyes intensely staring at him.

"I am NOT Going down there."

The man looked at her and nodded, her was quite shocked, probably at how fast she was compared to him. He knew she meant it, and from how she looked at him there would be a fight to get her down there. Nodding was the correct call. Lena takes her hand from his neck and raises them again.

"Look. Before I came to the Gulf I had just been in a large fight, I wasn't in the right state of mind and just thought since I thought you guys were close to my home; that you were looking for a fight too. I'll come with you, quietly. But I will not be caged."

The commander relaxed and lowered his gun, gesturing to others to do the same. However, he would not completely trust her motives; he wasn't stupid. He lead her into his quarters, shutting his door away from everyone else. He sat down in his chair and looked up at her, letting out a sigh - obviously not expecting to be dealing with this today.

"Well, I will still have to watch you closely. You could be a Thief or a Liar. No Offence. And I'm taking you back to base, because I don't really have much idea what to do with you."

Lena understood, she did just turn up on their ship and she couldn't act innocent after her first impression. Also the fact she looked like a stitched up Frankenstein's monster. Bringing in Songbird would only escalate her situation. Seems she'd be sailing to Jinshui.

Coming from :

Lena riding atop of Songbird flew back towards Shinramoto with some haste. It was a strange time she had a Jinshui, but she definitely needed it - though it still confused her how quickly that progressed between the two. Angela Bliss. They'd meet again, though would it be different? Tings happened all at once and she had no idea what to make of it in all honesty. She continued onwards to Mori.

Sado flew out over the water avoiding Shinramoto changing his appearance via Sage Transformation.

He went back to the appearance he was using earlier as Jack. This was done out of the view of prying eyes.

(Senninka: Kanzen ni Atarashīmono) - Sage Transformation: Something Entirely New
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Self
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage: N/A
Description: A Sage Transformation clansmen simply modifies their muscle, nerve and bone structure allowing them to be as tall, or as short as muscular or as fat as they want to be gaining or losing height, weight, muscle mass as well as the other bodily structures required. This is similar in regards to how Juugo changed his height, weight and bodily structure by absorbing new cells or releasing his own cells and works on fundamentally the same principle. This technique is passive in it's usage and unlike most Sage Transformation techniques once completed it doesn't require chakra or energy to sustain and maintain and becomes permanent until the technique is used again. It can be used to changed the Sage Transformation clansmens appearance at a rudimentary level by changing their bone, muscle and skin structure allowing them to take on the appearance of others. While undergoing the transformation their body glows a mix between red and black as shown when Jugo uses Sage Transformation to change his cell structure but turns the color of natural flesh after completion, instead of the usual Sage Transformation gray. By changing their height the Sage Transformation user may be able to avoid certain techniques with a line of effect such as fireballs, thrown kunai etc. They can be as short as a new born baby (roughly 20 inches) with the bodily structure of an adult, or as tall as three meters with the weight to match these forms.
Note: Can only be used three times per battle or war conflict.

Sprinting across the water at breakneck speed, Star-3 zoomed past the ship as a brown blur to everyone but Ryuu who would see she was wearing the War Chaser's Boots for once. She had her own idea of what to make of their new task but wanted to see what the other half of Kaizen had in mind.
