Naruto loses his rikudou chakra, Toneri took it or something. No rikudou chakra equals no truth seeker balls. However naruto could still use the bijuu powers if that's what you're asking.
So he doesn't get it back? What was the point in Toneri taking it, if he wasn't going to use it? Instead he uses something called tensei gan chakra mode. Sounds like a way to Nerf Naruto for no reason. But yet Sasuke keeps his powers. How dumb.

Interesting , Bunpuku of the sand , the 1st jinchuriki of Shukaku , was a jin since his birth.
Somebody in the sand village mastered the jinchuriki seal when Hashirama was Hokage (if there is a sand village , there is a Konoha town , cause Konoha was the 1st village system) , and before the 1st gokage meeting.
That guy shall be Bunpuku's master , the guy who carved those words on Bunpuku's hands : "acceptance" and "hidden hearts" , those words that are carved together on Gaara's forehead that mean "love" when put together.
-The jinchuriki seal was said (Kushina) to be created by the Uzumaki clan!!?
-Bunpuku's philosophy : "accept hidden hearts" makes me think to Naruto's best skill , what Naruto did to Gaara and all the strong guys : TNJ , Naruto is a master at "understanding hidden hearts" , so he is a TNJ god.
-Bunpuku is a jin but his body is weak as hell : "38.2kg" , his "life force" must be huge.
-Weren't Uzumaki priests , like Bunpuku and his master?
All that (plus Gaara's red hair) seems to point a relation between the Uzumaki clan and the sand village.
Was there a link between the Uzumaki clan and the sand village before Hashirama became hokage?Why?How?
Bunpuku sees hidden hearts , but he has no eyes.
I think there is a lot hidden behind Bunpuku's story and philosophy , the 1st jinchuriki of a part of Juubi (maybe the 2nd , Ashura may have been a jin).

If he still had the Bijuu powers(super bijuu rasenshuriken), then why didn't he use them to defeat toneri at the end of the fight?
