Also after the fact that According to Kakashi Obito's eyes with unique ability of Kamui was boosted with Rikudou chakra since the war began, we can assume Limbo potentialy also could be Madara's MS unique ability which was boosted with Rikudou chakra aka rinnegan eye.
There are only two possibilities:
1) Each Rinnegan has unique ability which can only be used by original wielders of eyes
or
2) Limbo is Madara's MS technique which was boosted with Rinnegan.
In case of first, we would have to know unique ability of Rinnegan of Hagoromo Ootsutsuki..., if he has not then second case is true, if he has then first case is true.
Well Considering that Sasuke's Rinnegan has tomoes which seems special case, then his S/T ability may not mean every Rinnegan user has unique technique

Somebody made a prediction, don't remember who it was saying that Madara's MS Abilty was being able to distinguish Clones considering he's the only one that can with his Dojutsu.

The symbols on their hands went away when they sealed kaguya.. naruto's black orbs and stuff are due to him having chakra from all 9 bijuu.. sasuke's rinnegan might be due to the hashirama cells kabuto injected him with while reviving him.

In addition by stopping the utilization of other Pain paths the amount of chakra put in the jutsu, its strength and area of effect can be greatly increased. With one strike of its power entire Konoha no sato (Konoha village) was turned to smoldering ash. But after this jutsu has been triggered there is a small five second window it can't be used again. The originating repulsion force generated by the power of all creation”shinra obiki” (something that binds all together,so likely gravitation) forces its targets to collide together with a great force and put out additional damage, combined together with the initial force (shock wave) it puts up even more damage. Rikudou's technique, the antithesis to the path of hell, is this Jutsu (basically it's the opposite of sending one to hell, it's liberating them from hell). The ruler of hades is summoned, the life of a deceased is granted life. It's different than Edo Tensei, because one is brought perfectly back to life with the body/flesh being rejuvenated, a supreme jutsu. Nagato had the jutsu in his possession and he used it to rejuvenate everyone in the leaf village. A wondrous miracle Jutsu, of course naturally there exists an equivalent exchange. Ones life. To stake ones life, one would decisively say it's self sacrifice.
