Description: This is a detection type barrier which is simply a more advanced version of the (Kekkai: Tengai Hojin) - Barrier: Dome Method Formation technique and that can be used to surround an area and allows the user to monitor a certain area covering from the sky to underneath the ground creating a sphere. The user will create a tag with the 許可 (Kyoka) Kanji and place it on the ground, doing the confrontation hand seal afterwards to activate it. After the barrier is erected, the user, if inside it, will be able to detect any enemy inside it, even if he hiding his presence. After that, anyone who enters or leaves the barrier is instantly detected as well as anything that moves inside it. Techniques that mask the users presence are ineffective at avoiding detection as the barrier focuses on movement and displacement of matter, not solely on chakra detection. The barrier can also be moved according to the requirements of the user by moving the tag.
Note: Can only be used twice.

This one is an advanced version of the barrier dome that we treated before. Instead of just clapping, you actually place a tag on the ground and using the tag as a medium for the barrier, you erect it for sensory and shiz. Ofcos it has some drawbacks which you'll notice.

I think about what I did to erect the first barrier and once I am done with the preparation I place a tag on the ground (in place of clapping). I then concentrate on the tag and use it as a medium as I perform the seal of confrontation to begin creating the barrier. The barrier is erected so that I can sense all things around me as well as movement. As I move around I notice I have to move the tag to move the sensing barrier. I also have to remain inside it.

"So do I have to re-erect the barrier every time I pick up and move the tag, I understand it has to be on the ground to work."

Performing another advanced version of a jutsu I have done before didn't seem to bad. There were a few added elements but most of it resulted in more chakra, more skill, and more concentration but the same methods. I constructed the barrier( after performing the five needed handseals,) around a dummy as I did before; however, this cuboid barrier was much larger and stronger than the one performed earlier. It was also constructed/manipulated to push down on the target. This resulted in the dummy being pressed down into the earth so not only would the target have draining chakra and difficulty molding it. The enemy would have trouble moving to perform certain jutsus even if they were able to break the barrier.

"If I had to combine this with something I would use the swamp of the underworld. With the barrier pressing down the enemy would become ensnared in the swamp and sink to their doom because it is adhesive."

Yeah been waiting on this one. >_> this could come in handy. I touch the behive and directly channel my chakra into the beehive/seal so that the process is undone and the beehive is unsealed and ready to terrorize the neighborhood. After the beehive starts to shake I quickly seal It back up. 0_0

I move toward the beehive that I had sealed earlier in the training.

This one allows you to be able to restrict your opponents chakra so far they short range from you. Good and useful when fighting a close range fighter. You bring two blades together and triger the seal to seal half of their chakra, though not away, but temporary that they are unable to use high level techniques.

*finds random ninja* I flick him off to start a fight. Out of anger he rushes toward me I quickly draw out my swords and cross them while going through the normal from steps in my mind. I focus on sealing/restricting his chakra in order to gain an advantage. Once I do this I kick him in the head resulting in "lights out."

I think this will work well with a clone, also with a kenjutsu specialist.

I find some lame ninjas using weak summons. They seem to be having fun...which is why I have to destroy them. >_>, I casually walk in their midst and give them a good scratch. I then take a hold of their blood. While they immedietly start to chase me I start touching their summons(and with a little aid from chakra) a kanji formula appears causing them to go out of control and back to their summon realm. Realizing that I'm a fuin user they leave me alone and admire me. >_>....Don't ask....

THe drawback is that if a user summons an animal it would probably be more beneficial to just attack the summon/user instead of trying to first get the summoner's blood and then touch the summon. It would be more beneficial to get someone's blood prior to the actual battle (through RP), and then use it when necessary. Also getting close to summons can be dangerous, but if all you have to do is touch them then that is pretty useful; however, it's not like the summoner is just standing still. He could be attacking you while you focus on the summon.

I take a fuinjutsu sealing tag and write the restrict kanji symbol on it. I channel my chakra into the fuinjutsu tag and apply it to an arrogant body builder. When the tag is applied the current generates and takes effect as it flows to the nervous system and restricts his movements. He would be unable to perform high level moves; moreover he would struggle to lift his precious weights. >_>

A barrier forms around them on all sides, stopping anyone from outside from coming into the square. If they touch the walls, they will be burnt by violet flames. The casters can add a secondary barrier outside to prevent them from being attacked by enemies on the outside of the square; although by doing so, they are unable to attack as well. Each barrier can sustain any A-Rank technique.
Note: Requires 4 ninjas or 4 clones to use.

This one is very useful, Its the one the sound 4 used against Sarutobi, barring him from escaping from Orochimaru. Try it and tell me other ways it can be used.

I perform the shadow clone jutsu and create 3 more copies of myself. We then get in the position of a square and began channeling chakra to construct a powerful barrier that could either trap, or protect something. This barrier was erected to protect my ultra sweet candy bar....its mine. We then practice adding an additional barrier in order to protect ourselves from outside forces.


As said in my explanation it does not have to be used only to trap something, but to protect something. If there is an area you want to keep the enemy out of, or someone/something, you want to protect then this could serve that purpose.

QUESTION: SO if you didn't make the second barrier...could you still attack the enemy????

I don't think you'll be able to attact or mold chakra for any other thing except the barrier. If you want to attack the enemy, then its advisable you make four clones erect the barrier and you are free to attack the enemy while the barrier traps both you and the enemy.
Also you can use it to protect something like ou said. Nice one.

Now we spar. The rule is simple. 3 moves per turn though you must use atleast a fuin each turn.

Immefietly afterward, Ragna channeled his Suiton chakra into the ground underneath him in order to cause a gush of water to burst forth and thrust him into the air. Without changing natures Ragna manipulated the vapors in the air to create several projectiles made up of water to shoot down at the airborne Priest. Perhaps he would stop being so bad. >_>

Water burst me upwards and disorrient me and as the water blade's coming, I could hear and see them with my peripheral vision, I quickly make a handseal turning my entire skin to streel like. to defend from the water. The water would bounce off me and not hurt me as I land back though I do some acrobatics so that I land on my feet.

As I land, I bolt toward you while doing an elbow against your chest. my steel like skin would make the taijutsu a dangerous one.

(Doton: Domu) – Earth Release: Earth Spear Technique

The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.

When Priest got up from the initial attack Ragna could see that his skin became almost like a black color. This must have attributed to him leaving that combo unscathed. Ragna took this time to take out two kunai and then held them in a X formation within his left hand behind his back, and then channeled his chakra to create a seal that would seal half of Priests chakra, and force him to perform techniques A rank and below. When Priest entered short range these things would take effect.

Ragna dashed forward after creating the chidori in his right hand, and then extended the chidori into a spear as he and Priest were meeting each other head on. Ragna would thrust it through Priest's abdomen, piercing the armor along the way.

(Kunai can be a bit blunt so I wasn't totally sure if I could use the living barrier. Hope I did that right. >_>)

Description:
A powerful barrier formation noted to only be usable by those of Kage Level, whereby four shinobi, standing in a square formation, erect a large barrier that is red in colour. It was stated to be several times stronger than the Four Violet Flames Formation, and is highly malleable. When assaulted by a Tailed Beast Ball from the Ten-Tails, the barrier simply distorted its shape, forcing the brunt of the attack upwards while it was left completely intact. Its users can create openings within the barrier to allow passage. The barrier is apparently very chakra-taxing since at least two of its users are limited in the usage of other techniques, such as clone techniques, while maintaining the barrier at the same time. Despite this, the users can still perform techniques and hand seals while sustaining the barrier. The barrier itself is strong enough to resist any S-Rank technique known and, despite being opened on top, is very high and hard to escape from. Alternatively, high ranked ninjas can use this technique by using clones. In this case, only Sage rank ninjas have the necessary chakra reserves to produce the technique.
Note: Can only be used by either 4 Kage ranked Ninjas or, if the user is Sage rank, through the usage of clones.
Note: While sustaining it, the users cannot mold chakra above A-Rank and can only use one additional technique per turn

I make 4 clones and then begin to link our chakra together in order to form a bigger and stronger barrier. It's similar to the A rank barrier I created with the aid of my clones, but it is far superior. I then practice creating opnenings that would allow other people to walk in or get out.

Much like its weaker version keeping things, in and out would be the best thing. Especially if you want to isolate strong opponents. It could do the reverse and isolate weaker opponents to keep them from their support. This would also help prevent interference (Like what happened to AJ with Rexii. LOL, or buy time.

Let's say you want to kill a particular person who is causing trouble on the battlefield. You could create this barrier and keep his allies out, and keep him from escaping while you can keep adding to your forces by letting them through. This is better because you can continue to fight without breaking the barrier while keeping the damage to a minimum outside the barrier. Another scenario would be against fast opponents. If you could get the jump on them you could set the barrier and then use a massive jutsu to destroy the fast opponent since you know he will be in the barrier. 0_0
