Ay III tanked FRS, but his Raiton Armour was completely removed by the damage. A PS blade is much more focused than FRS is, so Sasuke easily tracks him, as the Third Raikage is slower than V2 Ay and Sasuke was tracking JJ Obito, lights him up with Amaterasu/Enton, stabs him or spams slashes, or catches him with Susano'o and puts him in a genjutsu like Madara. Lightning Armor canonically gets deactivated while under a genjutsu, so Ay gets wrecked after that.
