No it won't. PS is not thicker nor does it have more armor. Nor does the armor look any different when equipped onto Kyuubi, its just smaller.. PS was shaped to fit Kyuubi. That made it smaller not weaker. Getting smaller doesn't reduce durability.
The bold is true as Susanoo grows in level. The PS used at VotE and the PS used against the Gokage are the same level. Same durability. Its as simple as that.
Geez. How do i brake it up tp you. So you have steel sheet and you have steel door which one has more durability as a whole? As a whole bigger susanoo will have more durability, but same durability value per X of material. Even the same level susanoo can be bigger in size it depends on one's chakra to feed it.

Where are you getting this nonsense from. Size never equals durability, ever. Go blow up two of the same balloon. One isn't going to have more durability than the other.
Bad example, same size balloon one is more stretched then another. Get a weather balloon and compare it to one you blow and you'll find yourself wrong. Size matter dont believe them girls :p

Your bet on Perfect Susanoo's foot speed being able to keep its distance is baseless, especially when it can just charge at him, close the gap, and obliterate Susanoo.
Not so baseless. Budda has extra weight to carry. It cant just charge so easily. Sure its only logical assumption, but still a logical one.

Don't attempt to debate with Alpha. He imagines feats that didn't happen, fanboys and is incredibly stubborn.
You just speculated that hashi knows all about rinnegan based on one jutsu he could recognize, barely.

What kind of example is this? The steel door is thicker than the steel sheet. PS's armor didn't change from when it was armored onto the Kyuubi.

You don't make sense. The bigger something gets, the more of it that is added. PS isn't layered more than it is when its by itself than when its on PS. It just has less armor. More Armor=Bigger area of protection Armor shrinking in size doesn't increase its durability.

The underlined has never been shown.

Bad example, same size balloon one is more stretched then another. Get a weather balloon and compare it to one you blow and you'll find yourself wrong. Size matter dont believe them girls :p

Fine then. Get a small steel plate, and then get a bigger steel plate made from the same material. The durability is not going to differ between them because of the size. They will have the same durability.

Not so baseless. Budda has extra weight to carry. It cant just charge so easily. Sure its only logical assumption, but still a logical one.

Meh, It still doesn't change the outcome, and that doesn't show how fast PS can move, it just refers to the Buddha's movement, which isn't that bad anyway.

PS armor didnt change but gotten smaller thus would take less punishment.

No durability as a technical, scientific value will not differ, but common sense durability user in day by day, the one that determines how long shit will last gets to be bigger by size. Bottom line is the bigger PS will be able to take more damage then a smaller one with the same durability value.

But it could change the outcome, not the historical record ofc. If PS kyuubi were to be faster it could gain the distance and bombard budda from afar while surviving unharmed.

The armor will still be broken open in the places Buddha hits PS, and considering PS's size and Buddha's size. (Mountain Sized and Mountain dwarfing size respectively) Buddha will destroy PS or create a large enough gap leaving Madara wide open.

If it were fast enough to get away from the Buddha's reach.

Well here is the tricki part. You cant know if PS will brake here. If the real PS gets to be at least 3 times bigger then that of kyuubi, then it will be able to tank 3 times more damage at least(i think its exponential increase actually :p).

Given that budda just managed to peal off the armor and not harm neither madara nor kyuubi, most likely it will fail to brake it in this scenario. Also all those TBBs thrown at budda did caught PS in the blast range, sure TBB is nothing for susanoo but it gave a little extra i think.

No, as the durability didn't change it'll take the same amount of damage to destroy the armor but it will take more hits to destroy more armor. It'll take the same amount of damage to break through the armor as the durability didn't increase. Destroying the whole thing isn't necessary as destroying most of it will leave Madara wide open.

It'll do the same thing, destroy the armor where it hits it. As the durability did not increase. The only thing that increased is the amount of armor that needs to be destroyed to destroy the whole entire thing.

LOL if you are able to brake X cm wooden plate with a hand you will need a little extra, not just extra hits to brake 3X cm wooden plate. It does not work like you think here. It will not take 3 hits cuz the thickness is 3 fold.

Where does it say thickness is 3 fold. PS doesn't look any more thicker than back then. If anything, it would probably have been more durable with Kurama in it, rather than being hollow. Look at houses, the reason they put the posts in the wall behind the sheet rock is so it's more durable. Sheetrock is extremely brittle, but if braced against something, it becomes much, much more durable. The same applies for Kurama and PS.

If you have a x cm wooden plate and a 3x cm wooden plate (Assuming we are talking about length) 1 hit will break them both because they are the same material.

lol? What kind of example is this? PS didn't get thicker so don't use an example where you have 2 material where one is thicker than the other.

If you are talking about thickness, your example is flawed and doesn't hold here.
