Raditz was only argued to be FTL because piccolo claimed Makenkosappou stretched around the earth instantly (which was just him bluffing up his attack) and dodging it would be impossible as he trained it for 5 years to match goku.

If the claim is true, raditz is still NOWHERE FTL or LS but he is possibly one of the fastest chars in the series despite how low his strength is.

Most FTL chars like sonic and Omnipresents let energy go throughout the area when they move a single step.. I think FTL is a varient of omnipresence or omnipotence which DBZ is nowhere near and i mean nowhere :|
