And did you forget to mention Sharingan can see trough chakra and recognize the real naruto if he makes clones,and chakra arms are still a part of naruto's entity so if the arm gets' burned naruto too gets burned as the flame will extend to is body,well if he severes the limbs of course like A did,he'll just be fine

Amaterasu CAN be dodged.
Amaterasu is only instant once it is lauched.
Amaterasu takes a few seconds to cast.
Amaterasu causes the users eye to bleed, which anyone would notice, unless blind.
Amaterasu has been dodged & repelled.
Other Q'a & A's:
Is A the fastest in Naruto?-No. Yet he dodged it.
Is Gaara's sand faster than the speed of light?-No, yet his sand was able to react in time.
Is Naruto the fastest character in Narutoverse & Faster than A?-YES, thus he CAN dodge Amaterasu.
To finish:
Naruto can sense danger & chakra in SM.

He can dodge it, Raikage could and he's faster than Raikage and Naruto has chakra arms which are quite large(the one he used to stack up rocks) that he can use to block the attack, Amaterasu is a miserable attack to Naruto now.With the whole Naruto being able to become Kurama himself now due to having full control, there has been a lot of people putting threads about Sasuke and Naruto fights: whose better part 3, whatever.
When I have looked through these threads (not just on this site), people have been saying that Naruto could just dodge the amaterasu.

The Amaterasu is an eye technique that affects whichever the eye can see, much like the Tsukiyomi.
Because the eye can see things at light speed (The speed of which light enters the eye to create the shapes and colors we see) the Amaterasu unfortunately and therefore travels at light speed.
So putting the topic to rest, from a scientific point of view, Naruto cannot dodge at light speed so cannot simply dodge the Amaterasu.

it takes more than just great speed to dodge amaturasu(although it helps a alot to be extremly fast) it's also about great reaction and quick reflexes. even if you're really fast if sasuke can keep his eye focusing on you, you will get hit eventually. but if sasuke's eyes can't keep up with naruto then it's pointless.
