Gaara didn't block it.When A dodged amaterasu it hit a samurai ,and then Gaara used the sand to take the samurai's amour off which was burnt by amaterasu.

Well I have. You've admitted :
1)The flames didnt move towards Raikage, it was the other way round.
2)A attacked Sasuke from behind so if A had chosen not to stick his hand in the amaterasu and instead for some bizzare reason chosen to do a robot dance instead, he would have been safe from amaterasu.
So if the point you're trying to put across is that someone with A's speed can be hit with amaterasu if he decides to stick his hand in a wall of it, I think you'll find that no one disagrees with you.
