I don't agree when you say Amaterasu is faster cuz it's not. Kamui warped Susanoo arrows in an blink of eye. To use Amaterasu, it takes time cuz the user needs to close his eye to concentrate the time to launch the jutsu. Compare this:

I won't argue this matter with you, because you're simply wrong. Amaterasu can be and already has been used instantly, just like Kamui. Tobi couldn't even de-materialize before being hit by it. The difference is that one glare is enough in case of Amaterasu, while Kamui needs to suck the target in after it has been focused.

Don't just use the scenes where Amaterasu took a few seconds to be prepared; I don't think I have to remind of the first time Kamui was used, and the preparation time Kakashi needed.

I agree kakashi can not use the technique to its full potential,otherwise it is a one shot kill move, against which, even the susanoo is useless, since it can warp the whole person using susanoo.

just saying that the fight with Deidara took Sasuke to his limits using curse mark, Kakashi has nowhere near that amount of chakra and furthermore has demonstrated only a few jutsu's using raiton, none of which come close to Sasukes.

Just the way Sasuke figured out that ration disables his style used much more stuff than what kakashi normally showcases, he had to pierce an underground bomb with his chidori katana to be sure it worked, Kakashi couldn't have pulled that off, and couldn't tank his real suicide explosion, Sasuke nearly died, and Kakashi brings nothing to the table that Deidara's explosion release couldn't remedy
