are there ninjas who can counter it or not be immediately one shotted by it??? if he can does that make kakashi top 10 material???? Please share all opinions on this matter regarding kakashi and kamui

possibly. sadly we may never know until kishi shows us, he's always had kakashi use it for defense or stopped him just short from wreaking havoc with it offensively. I think he can kill people with it.

there are however, people he definitely cannot kill with it:
1. Minato and Tobi, fellow s/t users
2. Naruto, too fast
3. Kabuto, too fast+can sense danger, take massive amounts of damage+shed his skin
4. possibly rinnegan users, the deva paths may negate it as gravity has an effect on space and time (although I doubt would bring physics that far into naruto)

Honestly the only reason he caught deidara's arm is because of plot no jutsu kishi just wanted to show off Kakashi new trick

Itachi will also be able to predict the attack beofre hand with sharingan and then use his superior shunshin to avoid it same with madara, both hve the speed feats.
Rinnegan can absorb it

if someone is able to dodge amaterasu that one person can also dodge kamui

amaterasu ignites fires at wherever the user is looking at. flames just appear there. while kamui appears and has a slight time to finish the technique. a portal opens, it sucks something and then releports it. that sucking part takes a short amount of time. in order to escape one needs to exploit that part

Besides from Tobi and Minato, practically i think no one could counter it, but Kishimoto screwed Kakashi and his kamui, maybe cuz it won't be funny if Kakashi ended the fight in less than 2seconds everytime he fights. That's why he didn't allowed him to use it so far that much
