Even though Kakashi's speed at using the technique increased quite much, his eye needs to be focused on the target for some time in order to fully absorb it - and that time is Kamui's biggest weakness. As I said, it does not work instantly, it requires some time - even if it's only a few seconds - to focus on the target after its activation. That time can simply be used for any kind of shielding or teleporting technique, pretty much rendering it useless.

Now, the arrow Sasuke shot cannot be compared to a human, since their sizes totally differ. The arrow was long but small, so it was basicly shot right into the black hole.

He warped a nail that pain shot at him inches from his face, how do you have the time to focus on something that small? He warped a speeding missile that was moving away from him, how do you do that unless you have the speed and skill to keep up with it?

Kakashi can follow the opponents movements while using his Kamui. Sasukes arrows are greatly fast and large but yet Kakashi managed to focus on it in order to absorb it. Above there are fewer ways to counter it - armours, absorptions, a Shinra Tensei, etc. don't help in this case.

No, ppl like to give Kamui way too much credit, the nail, arrow, and missile, he warped all had straight trajectories that could be predicted by a child, notice that when Deidara stopped flying in a straight easy trajectory it took him hella longer, and if you move forward in an upredictable manner, he's highly unaccurate.

Sorry, but Amaterasu has done waaaaaaaaaaay more than Kamui, and Sasuke has ruined lives with amaterasu, he killed one Danzo who was under Izanagi, Kamui is Kakashi's last idle threat, amaterasu is one of the quickest, deadliest moves out there, even getting nagato's dog summon like childs play. Kamui is a joke , Deidara even got his arm back, that is so lol on kakashi's behalf

As I just said, those objects were small, hence they flew right into the dimensional hole. It's obvious that it would take way longer to absorb a living human that can move into any direction. The missile wasn't even absorbed instantly.

What's your point, though? Kamui is inferior to Amaterasu in terms of speed and deadliness, but it can be used for more purposes than just killing, for example preventing attacks, which Amaterasu cannot.

My point is that each jutsu have their advantages and disadvantages. I think Kamui is better for the defense for example and Amaterasu is better for offense but it depends also in cases
I don't agree when you say Amaterasu is faster cuz it's not. Kamui warped Susanoo arrows in an blink of eye. To use Amaterasu, it takes time cuz the user needs to close his eye to concentrate the time to launch the jutsu. Compare this:

Kakashi's Kamui has improved dramatically since the first time he used it on Deidera. Its waaaayyy faster and waaayyy more precise since then. Tobi says it wont work on him. But Tobi also said no attacks can hurt him either but he got pawned by Minato...with a rasengan. So, I think it will work on anyone, if he can somehow manage to land a hit.
