Publicity, the media, The Kardashians. She is no hero she just did what made her happy, are people going to find her courage as an inspiration? Sure and that's nice I suppose for people struggling like that. But the media is blowing this out of proportion like always, specially with Hollywood.

Hardly the same. There's something to be gained by being positive and support. Nothing is gained through being negative, but something is lost. In both scenarios, it's happiness. Basic human decency.

i wouldnt call her a hero. maybe an inspiration for others who don't feel like they're the same gender as their ***, but definitely not a hero. a true hero, for example, is guitar hero sona.

I guess your misunderstanding what I'm saying.
Anyone who's living knows about soup kitchens and what not.
What I'm saying is that a lot of ppl in this current generation will be quick to positively encourage, support stuff like this over someone that is homeless, army vets, etc

Man, I don't know what planet you live on, but it sucks. You really think people in our generation can't or don't support both? I've seen support for both, among many other things,from support to people getting into college to funding people to get into college to support for the homeless/poor to support for minorities. You're reaching right now.

You can be friends with my dog, Juno. She doesn't move often, but I'm sure you would get along. Mother and I would love to adopt you. We are not the richest family in the world, but we have a moderate income and, most importantly, we would keep you safe. Mother and I can be your new parents. It'll be adorable and a little test run to see how I do with "kids" because Mother tells me I would do perfect because of my kind heart, but I have my doubts.
Anyways, as for Caitlin Jenner, good for her. Mother and I are happy for you.

Alt? As in alteration? Alternate? I do not understand.
If we're going with alternate, some would consider me a carbon copy of my Mother due to us being so similar, two halves of the same coin, but we do have our differences. For example, I like chocolate ice cream while she is more of a vanilla flavor. She enjoys rock and metal, while I'm more of a pop and classical kind of guy. I could go on.
If it's something else, I apologize. I am simply Norman Bates, a new member of this so far amazing forum. I'm sorry if I've somehow confused you or have been mistaken for someone else.
