Description: Is a hammer with the appearance of a Ram's head as the hammers face and has a chain linked to a spiked metal ball. The head is gold in color, and the 'horns' of the head have a silver color, while the ball's 'shell' is blue with white spikes. The weapon is made of a sturdy, durable metal and has the ability to crush Ice and Earth techniques up to B-rank. The spiked ball is placed/rested on top of the hammer like the Kendama. Originally it belonged to a famous warrior from Sunagakure who participated in the third ninja war and died fighting. When the hammer and ball are together, the weapon is used by bouncing the ball on the Hammer's sides before batting the ball towards the target. The Hammer and ball can be disconnected to perform separate attacks. The hammer's handle has a built-in mechanism that allows it to extend to mid-range to 'Ram' the target and send them backward or to smash them.

Restrictions
-Can only be wielded by Fang.
-Each hammer-based technique counts as a move.
-The hammer and ball cannot separate and form back on the same turn.
-Only one hammer technique per turn.
-The user can separate and connect up to two times.
-Extending the Hammer can be used up to three times.
-When separated the Hammer & ball are both A-rank.

Description: Mine is the leader of the moles. He is the size of Gamatatsu from part 2 when he had grown and wears a helmet and carries a pickaxe as a weapon. He can perform lightning techniques up to A-rank. He is physically strong enough to smash a man's head to through solid rock and is considered the best digger among the moles. He gets cranky when he is in the middle of something important and is interrupted for assistance when the summoner calls for him.

Restrictions:
-Must have signed the mole contract.
-Can only be summoned once per battle.
-His lightning counts as a move.
-Lasts for five turns.

Summons that can use techniques can only be on the field for 4 turns tops. I don't get the whole smash a mans head through solid rock. Best digger? How does that translate into a battle ability? Also, seems weird that a mole uses lightning but ok...your contract.

Description: The user weaves two hand-seals, summoning two standard moles. The moles then fuse together to form a clone of the user. They can't perform techniques that the user can do but, can perform standard forms of attack and defense. They serve as a decoy/distraction for their target. When the target is about to strike them, the moles can undo the technique and split, going in opposite directions to launch a counter attack from the opponents sides.

Restrictions:
-Only one clone at a time can be created.
-Must have signed the Mole Contract.

(Ryū-Ken Bakuhatsu) Dragon Fist Explosion

Description: Dragon Fist Explosion is an incredibly powerful attack, this technique is capable of destroying foes much more powerful and much larger then the user himself. The user begins by charging a fair amount of chakra into his hands and forearms the chakra sharpens the user's fist to an extent. The user then attacks by holding his fists out straight at the opponent positioning both arms facing the enemy with his elbows slightly bent, then once his fists are aligned he extends them releasing the chakra as he punches with both hands in unison this is all done in one fluid motion without any stopping. The punches themselves are able to crack the sternum causing pain if it hits the chest. (This movement resembles a with closed fists) The chakra goes through intense shape manipulation as it forms into a large dragon that can be sent out to Mid range doing a fair amount of damage to the opponent if it hits him. It appears to look similar to a Mythical Chinese Dragon long and slim and it can pierce through the enemy if it hits him right. The real damage comes in when this jutsu is used in short range. The user can use the force of the chakra along with the weight of his own body to to deal a fatal blow to the opponent. If the punches directly hit the opponent the dragon made of chakra blasts through the opponent destroying their body leaving a large wound to the effected area. As the users fist are slightly sharpened by the chakra they also pierce deep into the opponent's body (if used in short range.) Since the basic chakra goes through shape change it is comparable in strength to Elemental jutsu of the same rank.

Notes:

-The jutsu can be used while moving and the user doesn't have to stand still to perform.
-Can only be used twice per battle and must wait 3 turns before using again
-No Basic Ninjutsu or Basic Genjutsu (this includes Nb gen and advanced Basic Ninjutsu [Non Elemental]) can be used the turn this jutsu is used and no Basic Ninjutsu of A rank or above the next turn.

This would need EIG (as its similar to hirudora) or Jyuuken (as its similar to existing techniques ) or to be elemental in nature (which would collide with existing techniques). Still has tons of "grey" areas in the description though.

The user attacks by holding his fists out straight at the opponent positioning both arms facing the enemy with his elbows slightly bent, then once his fists are aligned he extends them with a fast pace strong twisting motion releasing a fair amount of chakra from his fists as he punches with both hands in unison this is all done in one fluid motion without any stopping. The punches themselves are able to crack the sternum causing pain if it hits the chest. (This movement resembles a with closed fists) The rotational force is so great that it combines with the chakra and through sheer force it forms a long slender dragon (roughly ten meters in length and four meters in diameter) that can be sent out to Mid range doing a fair amount of damage to the opponent if it hits him. It appears to look similar to a Mythical Chinese Dragon long and slim and it can pierce through the enemy if it hits him right piercing through flesh and bone. The real damage comes in when this jutsu is used in short range. The user can use the force of the blow along with the weight of his own body to to deal a fatal strike to the opponent. If the punches directly hit the opponent the dragon will have enough force to blast through the opponent destroying their body leaving a large wound to the effected area. Unlike hirudora the blow of this jutsu is augmented with chakra, Hirudora is simply put by Might Guy "nothing more than an incredibly fast punch" whereas this jutsu is created through the use of chakra and rotational force which have been both shown to be sufficient in the anime to create jutsu of this caliber.

Kyōshin-ki | The Resonator

Description: The Resonator is a legendary shinobi weapon, developed during the establishing era of Otogakure. Since the villagers of Otogakure were known for their ability to control sound and soundwaves they wanted to develop a weapon to complement their talent. As the outcome, The Resonator was made. Regarding its looks, it's not much different than a regular katana. However, since a book shouldn't be judged by its covers, neither should this weapon. Its real power lies within it. The Resonator is actually shallow, having an elongated cavity within it, with a long and thin needle inside it. The cavity is barely a few millimeters in diameter, enough for the needle to be positioned in the middle and still have space to move around. The purpose of the needle is to react to soundwaves. As a soundwave comes across the blade, the needle starts vibrating and tapping on the inside walls of the hole, enhancing the soundwaves and transferring them through the hilt, into the users hand, informing him of the incoming soundwaves. The user, having full mastery of the Sound release, is supposed to know a variety of different frequencies and by the way the needle vibrates, he can distinguish incoming soundwaves, without even hearing them. The weapon is slightly bigger than a regular katana in both thickness and length, in order to make sure that it doesn't lose on sturdiness because of the hole within it. The weapon is made from a special steel called Tamahagane and it consists of several layers of this material, making it very strong and firm. Because of the technique used to make it, it's considered indestructible and it's edge is very hard to dull.

The resonating needle and its ability are considered passive because they are built into its structure, while the weapon also has an unique ability that the user can activate upon his wish, using the resonating frequency. However, this active ability can only be used twice per battle and it can't be used in consecutive turns. Each of the basic five elements has it's own frequency and when the user uses one of them, they produce a sound, unless it's stated otherwise in the description of the jutsu. As the sound of the jutsu hits the sword and the needle resonates at the certain frequency its vibration creates a, so called reverberation, which simply requires the user to swing the sword in order to release the soundwave and cast a weak genjutsu onto the opponent. The swing should be performed immediately after or in conjunction with the previous jutsu in order to maximize its effectiveness. The genjutsu would be B ranked and simple and straightforward. In the genjutsu, the user would have a certain amount of freedom in manipulating the opponents senses (hearing and vision) in order to change the way he perceives the incoming jutsu. He could make the jutsu change its form, split, vanish, decrease or increase in size and even change its trajectory. Of course, all effects are bound to the rules of Narutoverse and are required to be as realistic as possible, again concentrating on its effectiveness.

Ototon/Genjutsu: Furasshu-Gurō | Sound/Illusionary Arts: Flash-Taunt

Description: Flash-taunt is a close combat, sound based genjutsu. It's special because of its characteristic to be triggered rather quickly, while in close, hand to hand combat. To trigger the genjutsu, the user will focus an amount of sound chakra into his bladed weapon or his limbs and engage into a fight. The moment his weapon or limbs collide with his opponent's, they would release the usual sound (clash of metal weapons or a dull thump of limbs) with infused sound chakra, causing the soundwave to spread and trick the opponent into a genjutsu where the user flashes from his previous position, appearing right behind the opponent, with a sharp kunai pointed at his neck, aiming at his spine. In the illusion, depending on the users intention, he chooses where to stab his kunai (between the C3 and C7, cervical vertebrae), causing various effects. In general, they are pretty much all alike, causing paralysis or limited torso and hand movements, resulting in the opponent being immobilized while, in reality, the user is left to deal the finishing blow.
Stab effects: C3: Typically results in loss of diaphragm function, necessitating the use of a ventilator for breathing.
C4: Results in significant loss of function at the biceps and shoulders.
C5: Results in potential loss of function at the biceps and shoulders, and complete loss of function at the wrists and hands.
C6: Results in limited wrist control, and complete loss of hand function.
C7: Results in lack of dexterity in the hands and fingers, but allows for limited use of arms.

-Declined- I like it, but it's a bit OP, specially because it's used in short range during a hand to hand fight, so you have two options, either make it's activation as something that's easily known to be tricky "hence why they would know it's a genjutsu" or lower the technique's abilities, and by abilities i mean effects and rank.

Fuuinjutsu: Mizu No Kami No Shirushi | Sealing Arts: Seal of the Water God
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-Rank

Description: The seal of the Water God is a special seal developed for the purpose to aid the user in tough situations. The seal itself is a circle of kanji surrounding the kanji for "Divine" in the middle. The user himself is the seal and can manifest it in any part of his body he wishes. The seal only works against Water techniques and is a very good defense against them. The seal activates and draws in any nearby water technique into himself, storing both the water and the chakra it contained inside of it. The seal can then serve multiple purposes:
-Reverence of God: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to boost the damage of another water technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique, he does the handseals or rituals, needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is the water technique that the user performed with the addition of damage of the technique he had absorbed. The damage added is equal to the chakra points absorbed. Can be used 2 times.
-Divine Will: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to combo with another elemental technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique he does the handseals or rituals needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is an elemental combo of both water and the element of the technique he performed. The rank of the combo is equal to rank of the elemental technique used although becoming a dual elemental technique. Can be used 2 times.
-Touch of Drought: The user will manifest the seal in both his hands and absorb any nearby moisture or water into the seal in a mere moment. This can be used to negate weather patterns such as clouds or mist but also to make it harder to breathe or to drain water sources. This can also be used to, upon touching an enemy, induce a temporary dehydration to the enemy, making him stumble and lose focus as well as stamina and strength, as he feels dizzy and weak. The effects last one turn. Can be used 2 times.
Note: Absorbing a technique counts as a move and can only be done 3 times. Cannot absorb more than one at a time.
Note: The seal can be combined with techniques that can logically be combined with a "water burst" from his body, as its follows logic and reasoning

Description: Duplicity is a whip manufactured in a time of war. It's said to be the strongest whip ever to be created, this is mainly due to the unknown material that it is made from. The whip is thicker and denser that all common whips, this was no design flaw, it was intentional. From the thickness the whips abilities derive. Duplicity can split into 2 whips when the user wills it too. The 2 whips that emerge are as thick and dense as normal whips. With the 2 whips the wielder can attack multiple opponents simultaneously. The user can rejoin the 2 whips into one through a button located at the top of the handle, the button would trigger a mechanism that causes the whip to stick together. From the ability of separating into 2 whips another one was discovered. The user can split Duplicity in selective areas, this means that the user can for example separate Duplicity in middle, creating a hole, after that he can capture the enemy in the hole, then through pressing the button the hole will close in in an attempt to join the whip, the hole would choke the enemy if it was around the neck area, or crush bones, or tie the enemy up. It all depends on the usage. The other ability is that the tip of the whip can become very sharp, it would take the form of a tip of a sword. This sharpness introduces a new danger to opponents, other than the pain from the whipping they get when whipped, they will get stabbed by the tip of the whip.
Notes & Restrictions:
-The ability to cause the tip to become sharp counts towards the three jutsu limit, and can only be used 4X. It can be maintained for 1 turn for a additional chakra cost of 15.
- Separating the whip does count towards the three Jutsu limit, but joining it does not.
-While joined Duplicity is as thick as 2 whips, hence why when separated it as thick as one.
-Duplicity when joined is capable of withstanding 1 S rank attacks without getting cut, burned, frozen, etc, when split each one can withstand 1 A ranks.
-The handle is indestructible, the button is only pushable when the user's chakra is infused.
-The whip's length is about 3 meters

(Doton: Ka Mure) - Earth Release: Mosquito Swarm

Description: The user performs a single hand seal and send his chakra in the earth short to mid range from him. Then he creates a cloud of several little mosquitos from that earth, what he can use for attack. These mosquitos are as big as the nails on the hands and look like the male mosquitos except their mouth, what was replaced with a long and thin needle made from earth. The mosquitos are using this needle to attack the opponent, but due to their small size they only deal moderate damage. However to make up for the less damage, just like with normal needles, the user can direct the mosquitos to attack certain points on the opponent with a pinpoint accuracy. With that he can deal damage that can be lethal to the opponent. To increase the usefulness of this tech, every mosquito is extremely light so that they can fly using their wings or walk on the ground or solid surfaces if needed. When flying, they have the speed of a normal living mosquito, but on ground they are slow. Each mosquito can be controlled individually or the user can control the whole cloud, depending on the number and the user's intentions. Despite their size, just like normal mosquitos, they are easily visible and produce a faint and annoying sound as they fly around.

- if a mosquito hits it's target, it will stick to it until get destroyed or get a new command

(Ninjutsu: Yoroi Kussetsu) - Ninja Arts: Armor Bending
Type: Attack/Supplementary

Description: The user makes a swinging motion with his arm or hand and send chakra inside the opponent's clothing. He then changes the structure of it, make it stronger and finally manipulate it. This manipulation can be made in 2 ways. He can make the clothing to completely wrap around the opponent and crush him, or wrap around in certain parts like arms, legs, upper/lower body, etc. Using either means to crush the opponent, the technique has the same power. It can squeeze and crush the opponent really fast, break his bones and deal internal damage to him. This technique can be used not only on regular clothes, but armors and generally everything that is worn on the body.
- wrapping happens extremely fast and when it start to squeeze the opponent, it can force him to release his grasp on weapons or cancel techniques that needs direct control
- ninjas with extreme strength such as Tsunade or Raikage may break out from the tech
- can only be used 3 times per battle
- can only be taught by Frozenstein

I like the concept. A lot. Good thinking. Though I need this to be of lower rank (B-Rank) and require either a sequence of 3 handseals (at least) or direct physical contact to happen. Description: The user will do create a small fireball in their hand and throw it into the sky, Once done, They will do a set of 5 handseals and slam their hands on the ground. By doing this they channel large amounts of fire chakra into the ground that violently erupts from 6 corners all around the battle field. The fire then pours into the small fireball that was shot into the air early, as the small fireball acting like an magnet attracting the fire thats pouring out of the ground into the air. The fire ball is above the user and this jutsu takes time. After a few seconds, the fireball above the user head will be 10meters large and wide. Once the fireball is done forming, the user will do 2 handseals and fire will then start shooting out of the large fireball in large streams. The large fireball can only shoot out a large stream of fire once pr battle, and this jutsu takes 2 of the user 3 slots due to the huge scale and time preparation.

Kuchiyose No Jutsu:Batoidea: Blitz Krieg)- Summoning: Batoidea: Blitz Krieg

Description: Blitz Krieg is one of the three boss summons of the Ray Contract. Blitz Krieg specialises in lightning, and has a pectoral fin spin of 7 meters, while being 5 meters long from head to tail base. (Not including tail length.) Blitz Krieg, upon being summoned, passively releases dark purple clouds of lightning that settle over the battlefield, at a minimum height of two meters above head height. The clouds greatly reduce lightning, the battlefield only illuminated by the small non hindering static bolts that course throughout the airborne clouds. The true use of the clouds is that they attract the lightning techniques of the opponent, weakening them by one rank as they store some of the oppositions electrical charge within them. Krieg is then capable of taking hold of the stored electrical energy, effectively utilizing the clouds as an electrical source as he uses his chakra to empower the currents, allowing for the release of Lightning attacks from anywhere within the clouds. Fortunately for the enemy, the enhancement and manipulation of the electrical essence within the artificial clouds isn’t necessarily discreet, as a distinct crackling noise can be heard echoing in the nearby vicinity. Utilizing this method, Krieg can release B, A and S rank bolts, waves, blades, blasts and walls of lightning, either through use of the clouds, or from his body. When Krieg disappears, he is capable of causing the lightning clouds to disperse in a electrostatic discharge which empowers any Lightning jutsu in play by +20, whether it be the users or the opponents.

Note:
- Krieg can only be summoned once per battle.
- Krieg stays on the field for four turns.
- Krieg can is limited to creating three B ranked lighting attacks, two A rank lightning attacks, and two S rank lightning attacks, overall Krieg can only use five lightning attacks per battle, all of which naturally count as a jutsu.
- Krieg uses both passive and active electroreception, his passive electrolocation spanning out for miles through all mediums, while his active electrolocation spans out only to short range around him.

I like it but if the clouds are the source of this ability, how can he create lightning from his body? I need a note saying he can't use lightning techniques himself. Perhaps add a resistance to electrical currents and a note saying it can fly. I don't like the sensing part though. Mainly because you lack the medium while he is in the air. Also, I suggest saying that for some aspect of the ability, the clouds are summoned with him and not released by him. Reason is that clouds are bound to two things in our RP: Storm Release and Cloud Release (the CE). Best option here is to say the clouds come with him to the field and stay due to the electrical currents inside them and fueled by him and while he is in play, they can only be countered by using X-Rank Wind technique of enough scale. Otherwise they reform. Also note that these blasts of lightning can be defended from and will not be as fast as Kirin...just reminding you :)

Description: A technique where by drawing blood, the user summons a fleet of rays around the opponent. The rays rapidly swirl around the opponent, releasing their chakra as they do so. The chakra serves to firstly augment their body, and secondly allows the ray to have a level of control over how air resistance affects them, allowing for faster and more efficient flying. The released chakra has an aesthetically pleasing visual representation of a bright, slightly translucent, fluorescent turquoise or aqua marine glowing trail of sorts. The mass release of chakra manipulated in the same way in unison by all of the circling rays give rise to the third effect, the released chakra and movements of Rays effectively whipping up a tornado of air currents and chakra around the enemy, buffeting them and dealing oppressive blunt damage. Meanwhile the Rays are free to ravage the enemies body as they wish, either eating them alive of stinging them to a fatal point, or merely using their enhanced flight to hone their bodies into blade like weapons, slicing into the enemies sides.

Description: The user draws blood and then continues to slides the blood across their summoning tattoo so as to summon eight identical rays around the opponent in a octogonal formation. These Rays specialize in an immensely potent and powerful variation of Active Electrolocation, which produces a field that directly interferes with the opponents nerves. Shinobi two ranks below the user will find performing even hand seals to be an immensely difficult task, while those of equal or higher rank will suffer from a state of slowed movement, reduced reaction times and sluggish bodily movements. On being summoned, these rays continually dart and whiz around the opponent, following them if need be. The rapid sometimes orbital movements of the rays causes for countless minute non-damaging sparks of electricity to materialize over the opponent's body, giving them a strong electrostatic charge which is oppositely charged to that of ordinary lightning. As a result, whilst the opponent is surrounded by the rays, raiton jutsu become incredibly difficult to dodge and Raiton jutsu used by the opponent often suffer from the habit of discharging back into the opponents body, shocking them, or perhaps doing worse depending on the nature and power of the technique. Due their speed, these rays can be incredibly difficult to escape from. Alternatively, the user can simply summon the Rays so as to ‘sniff’ out and surround the opponent, making them exceptionally useful for finding hidden enemies due their abilities.

Shinobi two ranks below the user will find performing even hand seals to be an immensely difficult task, while those of equal or higher rank will suffer from a state of slowed movement, and sluggish bodily control. The field doesn’t affect the enemies reaction times, as they can still think and strategize as normal, and thus perform handseal-less jutsu with only a slight deficit in initiation speed. However it does affect motor skills and function, making movements, reflexes and the like slower and more difficult. On being summoned, these rays continually dart and whiz around the opponent, following them if need be. The rapid sometimes orbital movements of the rays causes for countless minute non-damaging sparks of electricity to materialize over the opponent's body, giving them a strong electrostatic charge which is oppositely charged to that of ordinary lightning. As a result, whilst the opponent is surrounded by the rays, raiton jutsu become incredibly difficult to dodge and Raiton jutsu used by the opponent often suffer from the habit of discharging back into the opponents body, shocking them, or perhaps doing worse depending on the nature and power of the technique. (Unfocused bursts would be heavily affected, while immensely focused, directed and projectile like lightning techniques would work almost as normal; Eg Spear of Darkness) Due their speed, these rays can be incredibly difficult to escape from. Alternatively, the user can simply summon the Rays so as to ‘sniff’ out and surround the opponent, making them exceptionally useful for finding hidden enemies due their abilities.

Note:
- These Rays disappear when either killed, or three turns pass.
- Each time a ray is killed the technique becomes weaker. Once at least three of these Rays are killed the technique ends.
- Can only be used twice per battle
- No Ray jutsu can be performed by the user for the rest of the turn.
- A ray can summon these Rays simply through the use of chakra and a high pitched call.

Description: These weapons are uniquely designed for use by Minato namikaze, he witnessed similar weapons being used by an Iwagakure ninja during his mission to destroy Kanabi bridge, upon his return to Konoha he quite liked the design of the weapons and chose to make a set of his own with a few unique traits.
Firstly the blades themself are strapped and hidden within bracers on each wrist, they are spring loaded and released from the bracer with a flick or bending backwards of the wrist, the blades themselves are of a moderate size, being only around six inches long, they are designed mainly for thrusting attacks but they do have a slashing edge, although not as effective as a slashing weapon it can still prove deadly, as the user can extend the blade further and partially release it via a metal strut allowing it to be wielded in a reverse grip as a set of twin daggers.
The vambracers act as a housing for the blades and are useful in defense, allowing the user to deflect swords and kunai attacks along with other small ninja weapons away from themselves, even if the blades are yet to be revealed from the vambrace.
The blades themselves are tagged with the seal of the flying thunder god on each blade, and should the situation call for it Minato is able to fire these blades by forcing wind chakra down the housing chamber, firing the blade is considered an A ranked projectile attack and given the blades small size and it's speed when fired is almost untrackable without a doujutsu.
The ultimate power of the blades is that they are designed with chakra steel being able to be infused with pure chakra to increase the cutting power of the small blades, when infused with normal chakra the blade gains a solid hue of chakra very similar to Asuma sarutobi's blade extensions, and is considered to have A rank cutting power and an increased length of one inch, however after experimenting with his Kyuubi chakra mode, Minato became able to infuse kyuubi chakra in to the blades, allowing them to gain three inches in length and become completely golden in colour gaining cutting power equal to an S ranked technique, because of the enhanced chakra the blades also become able to slice through an attack up to A ranked in all the base five elements while infused with bijuu chakra.

-Note- The blades lose the enhancements if fired, only retaining them while held.
-Note- Reloading a blade in to the vambrace after firing is possibile via a sealing technique inside the housing chamber that stores extra blades.

Description and Background: Adult Assassin Bugs often range from 4 to 40 mm however some can be as big as Gamabunta or Gamakichi. They most commonly have an elongated head with a distinct narrowed neck, long legs, and a prominent, segmented tube for feeding (rostrum). Most species are dark in color with hues of brown, black, red, or orange. The most distinctive feature of the family is that the tip of the rostrum fits into a groove in the prosternum, where it is rasped against ridges there (a stridulitrum) to produce sound, a tactic often used to intimidate predators. Description: The weapon has three stages one is the axe, that is 8 feet long when extended 4 when folded up, which is when it's at it's weakest and it's only ability is to absorb chakra and make the blades reach a little better as well as making things easier to slice through.
It is composed of a light weight and very strong alloy as well as chakra metals.
As the user focuses more chakra into it the blade ,that is 8 feet long, will change almost instantly in a cloud of smoke it will change into a sword with the capability to release a wave of wind and chakra that travels along the ground outwards in a circle around the user after being stabbed into the ground. The wave is 12 feet high and curves slightly inwards at the top and extended into mid-range. It also has the ability to heat up naturally and extend it's reach.

Along with the shields also comes an assortment of Spartan spears that erupt stabbing anything within close range of the jutsu. Description: The user performs 3 handseals and using his chakra, bounces raindrops in mid air back to the clouds, cooling them immensely. The raindrops become supercooled while passing through a sub-freezing layer of air many hundreds of feet above the surface, and then freeze upon impact with any object they encounter. The resulting ice, called glaze, can accumulate to a thickness of several centimeters. Unlike rain and snow mixed, ice pellets, or hail, freezing rain is made entirely of liquid droplets. The drops themselves do not freeze. But being supercooled, when they strike the ground or any other object, they instantly freeze.
-Freezing rain lasts for two turns.
-Freezing/glaze ice lasts for two turns before melting into water.
-Usable once every two turns
-Can only be taught by Naizen.

Description: One of the most devastating Lightning jutsu ever created. It's exsistance was hidden for many years until it was re discovered. This is a jutsu described as "The most evil adaption to the Raiton element imaginable". The user of this jutsu will start by channel large ammounts of Raiton chakra into 4 points over the battle field. Each point is 20 metres apart and form a perfect square. Once the chakra has been gathered the user will compress it into 4 large nodes (each around 4m in diameter). These nodes will begin to expell highly concentrated Lightning connecting them all together. Once fully connected to each other they will spread out, causing a thick blanket of pure lightning to envelope the entire area within the nodes. This creates a large cube of lightning around the user and the opponent. This lightning also stretches into the ground meaning anything that goes underground will be heavily eletrocuted to the point of death. Once all 4 nodes have completed the cube they will each create a positive and negative charge to each other. This causes all of the nodes to begin to come towards each other. Although this is a slow process the large cube will begin to close 5m for each of the users turns. The only way to stop this jutsu is to break one of the nodes before the connections are made. Once the connections are made the walls of the lightning are so thick that even high level wind jutsu can only just pass through. Even if sustaining damage the nodes will repair any of it almost immediately as the damage is sustained thus making it almost impenetrable. On the final turn the nodes will all come into each other, using the pure raiton walls to turn anything on the inside to ash.

Restrictions:
Can only be used once
Can only be stopped by destroying the nodes before a full connection is made
Lasts 4 turns, on the last turn everything inside is destroyed.
