(Katon: Herushinsei Hebi) Fire Release: Nova blast of the Hell Serpent

Description: The user will focus a large amount of Katon Chakra into their hand in a near instantaneous speed resulting in a high build up in the fastest possible time. The user will then punch their hand forward releasing this high amount of Chakra as a constrained blast of fire that is releases like a flame thrower. This fire will take form an a Giant Eel that rivals the size of a large summon. This Eel can then be directed at a target where it will smash into it with extreme burning and crushing force before expelling out leaving the surrounding area in flames. Because of the sudden build-up of Katon Chakra in the opponents hand, it will be burnt to such a degree that during the attack it will turn black and after the attack the hand will crumble away as ash leaving the user with only one good hand. On top of the overall usage of chakra, the user will cause a slight strain to his Katon Chakra supply making him unable to use powerful Katon for awhile.

Description: The user will make the fallowing handseals, Ram-Tiger-Snake, placing their opponents in a Genjutsu. In this Genjutsu the opponents will find themselves bound by thin yet strong wire where they are faced with a Mirror looking upon themselves in a dark abyss. They will then begin to feel time pass as they feel there hair and nails grow at an accelerated rate. In the Mirror the effects will be shown as they Age from young to old to dust. The overall effect of this Genjutsu happens fast and thous releases the targets in a few seconds. The key to this Genjutsu is to tire the opponents mind out quickly by tricking it's sub systems into believing a long time has passed, even if the targets know its a Genjutsu. By tiring the opponents mind there movements and reflexes take a plunge by half by causing overall exhaustion.
Note:
-Can only be used twice per battle
-Requires a 3 turn cool down
-Exhaustion last 3 turns
-No Genjutsu next turn.
-This Jutsu can only be taught by Serpent

Why would seeing oneself in the mirror aging be something bad? I don't get where this is offensive or useful in nature.

Description: The user will make a single handseal forming a basic Dome of water around them that is able to block incoming techniques of the appropriate rank. The dome is able to be maintained so after blocking the attack, the user will form another handseal causing the water to explode outward forming small hair like needle of dense water in all directions. These Needles cannot penetrate targets of greater density.

(Suiton: katana mizu kadou no jutsu) -water style: sword water vortex

Description: The user pulls out his sword and focuses his/her chakra through it then levitates and spins it in front of him, the user then form ox-ram-tiger hand seals and then grabs the sword while the blade points towards the ground, focusing his chakra through the sword, the use will then release a strong wave of vortex of water at his target, the vortex of water has tiny water blades in it, allowing it to cut up the target, if the target is caught in the water vortex.(due to the spinning of the sword that’s how the vortex is created, and it being a blade also make the tiny water blades in it)

- The water vortex is 5meters wide and can reach up to 25meters long.

Time Wizard's Staff

Description: The Time Wizard's Staff is a 2 meter long staff found years ago by the user. The handle is a light blue with a gold spike at the bottom and at the top is a small red, blue and gold clock. The strange material that forged the staff ages ago is indestructible, has shown no signs of rust or decay and appears to be some kind of non-magnetic metallic alloy as Magnetic ninja have attempted to magnetize it and failed. Despite its strange coloring and simple design the staff posses a unique power, when held in a proper wielder's hand the staff is able to be used as a medium for a powerful Genjutsu, the hands of the clock spin and when they stop any enemies that the user inserts his chakra into is induced into an illusion where time rapidly speeds up around them and their bodies age 100 years in a matter of seconds. After years of using the weapon the user was able to control his flow of chakra through the weapon to be able to cast his own genjutsu through the staff as well not only the staff's unique illusion, however at the cost of spending extra energy to cast the same illusions he would normally be able to perform with hand seals. When casting other Genjutsu the face of the clock flashes red and blue.
If a person who has not been accepted by the staff touches it they will be placed in an S rank illusion where their entire body ages rapidly and their body dissolves into dust in a matter of seconds rendering them unconscious, even if it's chakra is initially rejected it will continue to pour chakra into the enemy body until either the illusion sets in or the constant flow of foreign chakra destroys all of the tenketsu in their arm.

-Can only use the Time Genjutsu once per battle. Genjutsu is A rank, lasts 3 turns and counts as one of the user's jutsu use.
-Can't cast any Genjutsu for 2 turns after using Time Genjutsu
-Time Genjutsu reduces the enemy's taijutsu ability to C ranks and cuts their hand seal and running speeds in half.
-Other Genjutsu used through this weapon costs an additional 20 chakra to use but maintains the same rank of power.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Sun Wukong Hebereke ) - Summoning Technique: Wukong the Drunk

One of the 5 great Monkey warriors that serve under Monkey King Enma, Wukong is 2 meters tall, wears a sake-stained white shirt and a blue sleeveless Haori over it with his name written on the back and white pants. Under his clothing Wukong's body is covered in brown fur. Wukong carries a jug of Sake and his black steel Bo with him at all times.
Wukong is a close combat expert with speed that matches Enma however he lacks the same raw strength as Enma due to his lack of training as he is more often then not, drunk. Due to his near constant state of intoxication he has become a natural in the drunken monkey style as well as being very proficient with his Bo.
Twice per battle Wukong is able to infuse his Bo with chakra and strike an attack or enemy with it, discharging the chakra into the target and causing great damage from a blunt chakra discharge that shatters Earth techniques up to A rank and cause bone shattering damage to a human body.
His speed is comparable to a Sage Ranked Taijutsu master and his strength is easily comparable to that of the 4th Raikage without his Lightning Armor, Wukong is capable of using Taijutsu techniques, mostly those from Strong Fist and not taking damage from Ninjutsu and Taijutsu attacks C-Rank and below.
-Requires monkey contract.
-Chakra strike counts as a move and can only be used twice per battle.
-Can only be summoned once and lasts 4 turns

Description:
One of the 5 great Monkey warriors that serve under Monkey King Enma, Chen is 2 meters tall, wears black and green armor similar to a samurai including the helmet (without a face mask) and a green haori over it with his name written on the back. Chen also wields a black steel Sasumata in one or both hands with great skill. Under his armor his body is covered in brown fur. Chen is the Monkey warrior with the greatest Defense next to Monkey King Enma's indestructible staff form, being able to use Earth Release to harden his body to the levels of steel which gives him a B rank defense while active. His special training has given him equal strength to that of even Monkey King Enma however at a loss of his speed. His speed is comparable to a Sannin Ranked Taijutsu master but his strength is easily comparable to that of Hashirama with chakra enhanced strength.
Chen is capable of using Taijutsu techniques, mostly those from Strong Fist and is immune to taking damage from Ninjutsu and Taijutsu attacks C-Rank and below (B rank and below while in his hardened state). Like Enma, Chen is able to transform into a specialized weapon in the form of a black bodysuit that covers the user's limbs up to the ankles/wrists and their torso up to the neck, in this form his defensive powers surpass their previous levels and can defend from up to A rank attacks to the user's body within reason.

-Transformation counts as a move.

The user will use his chakra and hand gestures to move inert elements around him. Basically, the user is able to move any manifestation of the basic five elements as long as they don't have chakra above B-Rank in them. This means that the user can move water, earth, air, lightning or fire as long as it not part of an active technique A-rank or above. He cannot produce more of the element or alter is basic properties or form nor can he affect active techniques A-Rank and above. However, while it may seem like a simple technique with little practical use, it gives the user a great variety of supplementary uses and applications. He gains a multitude of defensive applications of all elements and also the ability to produce simple yet versatile attacks.
Note: Can only be used on the aforementioned manifestations of the basic 5 elements

Ninpou Hijutsu: Mazu Tsumibito | Hidden Ninja Art: The First Sinner

Description:
The user will use hand gestures to infuse a patch of solid earth or rock with a given elemental chakra. Upon doing so, the material will fragment and rise into the form of a protector, with the fragments of its body connected to each other by a raw form of the element used. The material used is nothing but a vessel for the chakra infused in it and makes up the body of the guardian and its main form. The various clumps of the material will be engraved in several kanji markings, reminiscent of a fuuinjutsu technique, that will serve as the chakra's path way. The clumps will then be lifted, seamlessly held together in the raw humanoid form of the guardian by the chakra used. Depending on the chakra used, the guardian will have different attributes and abilities, but will always be about the same size, namely, twice as big as a normal human. The guardian floats above ground (between 10 and 20 cms) and lacks real lower limbs but does have rudimentary hands and facial features, carved upon the rock that makes up his head. The guardian can use techniques the user knows of its elemental chakra up to S-Rank without handseals (his rudimentary hands are used to substitute the handseals with simple hand gestures). The guardian cannot speak but its chakra link with the user allows a hidden form of instant communication between the user and the guardian. The guardian is a sentient entity, capable of acting on its own but, due to its elemental composition, cannot be mentally or sensorily manipulated. Likewise, if the user loses conscious or the ability to sustain the guardian, it will collapse on the ground.

Kaminari Tsumibito (Thunder Sinner): This guardian is produced using lightning chakra to infuse the rocks. Capable of using lightning techniques, it passively numbs and zaps (harmlessly) any enemy nearby due to the lightning chakra that keeps the clumps together. Once per battle, the user can either detonate the Tsumibito, producing an S-Rank lightning blast, short range in radius or make the Tsumibito collapse upon itself, attracting any small metal object the enemy may possess or that happens to be in the battle field, up to mid range upon itself (kunais, shurikens, senbons, etc).

Kazan Tsumibito (Volcano Sinner): This guardian is produced using fire chakra to infuse the rocks. Capable of using fire techniques, it burns any enemy on contact and is immune to basic weapons (shuriken, kunais, etc) which simply melt upon contact with it. Once per battle the user can detonate the Tsumibito producing an S-Rank Fire blast, mid range in radius, that will scatter countless molten earth debris.

Arashi Tsumibito (Storm Sinner): This guardian is produced using wind chakra to infuse the rocks. Capable of using wind techniques, it has the unique ability to fly. Its flight abilities are strong enough to carry the user while easily out maneuvering most flying summons of his size. Due to the aura of wind that surrounds him and enables flight, its completely immune to Lightning techniques but very vulnerable to Fire techniques. Once per battle the user can make the Tsumibito collapse upon itself, effectively creating a miniature S-Rank "wind hole", sucking anything short-range from its center into it and crushing/shredding it in the process.

Jishin Tsumibito (Earthquake Sinner): This guardian is produced using earth chakra to infuse the rocks. Capable of using earth techniques, it has the unique ability to reform if hit by any technique apart from Lightning or Lava, while being immune to Water techniques. Once per battle the user can make the Tsumibito merge with the earth, negating its use by both the user and any enemy for 3 turns.

Umi Tsumibito (Sea Sinner): This guardian is produced using water chakra to infuse the rocks. Capable of using water techniques without the need for a water source, its completely immune to Fire or otherwise, high temperature related Techniques. Once per battle the user can siphon any and every heat or fire from the battle field on to the Tsumibito, negating it completely.

Note: Usable 3 times per match, with each Tsumibito being used only once per match.
Note: Each Tsumibito can only be sustained for 5 turns.
Note: The ultimate ability of each Tsumibito results in its destruction.
Note: The user cannot mold techniques above A-Rank of the element he used for the Tsumibito on the same turn.

(Kekkai: Yajuu Kouchi Hou) - Barrier: Beast Confinement Method

Description: The user will perform a row of six hand seals, creating a parallelepiped barrier all around him and the area up to mid range. To the naked eye, the barrier seems to be cubical, however, that is only because half of it is above the ground, being the other half beneath it.
This barrier is used to trap the user and the opponent and confine them to a determined area, conditioning the opponent and giving the user an advantage, in the way that his opponent can't get away easily. This is a self regenerative barrier, meaning it is constantly ''feeding'' on the user's chakra to keep it functioning correctly, meaning in the case a wall is destroyed, it will immediately regenerate itself (+20 chakra each time this happens). Due to this, in order for an effective escape, the opponent must destroy at least three walls at once, which is not an easy task, since each wall must get hit by at least an S-rank technique, however, may this happen, the wall will be completely destroyed, with no chance of being repaired. One other way to destroy a wall is to hit it with a single A-rank technique, with enough piercing power, which can cause enough pressure on a single point of the wall.

(Genjutsu: Kage no jiko o ukeire) Illusionary Arts: Embracing The Shadow Self

Description: The user will open his palm towards the opponent. The opponent's vision will become life a negative (seeing everything in a blue perspective, with wight eyes and hair). Then, he will realize all the parts of his personality he has been denying, all the parts of himself he has locked away, from fear or from shame, in other words, his shadow (which, in psychology, is the term to describe a person's hidden desires). This will paralyze the target for the rest of the turn. If however the opponent has not been defeated by the end of the turn, his speed and strength will go one rank higher, due to the deep focus he will obtain from the realization, for the next 2 turns. If used on shinobi 2 ranks or lower of the user, they will faint by the end of the turn.
-Cannot use more than once on the same target, as after their realizations, they will have no more "shadow personality" (for the rest of the battle), and will be immune to this genjutsu.
-Can be used on self, by performing a face-palm.
-The target must see the palm of the user to start the genjutsu. If however he does not, the genjutsu will be casted uncompleted, and the target will still get the negative vision effect, which will affect his ability to react, and will confuse him for one turn. During this turn, his reflexes and ability to respond will be diminished.

Description: With this genjutsu, the user will send chakra to his opponent's body, which will amplify the pain the user feels at the moment he uses the genjutsu, and make the user feel twice that pain. In the opponent's perspective, he will see red lighting emerging from his body, which will stimulate all of his pain receptors. However, this genjutsu has a major drawback: At the moment casted, the user must feel a zenith of pain. This can be done by stabbing himself on a nerve, or by receiving an opponent's attack. The pain from the jutsu will overwhelm the opponent, and will drive him crazy by the end of the next turn, unless dispelled.
-The opponent must be up to 2 meters from the user
-Cannot use unless in great pain.

Description: Although it's name suggests otherwise, this weapon is actually a Sai. The metal's properties resonate when genjutsu chankra is focused on it, and will make any genjutsu channeled from it one rank higher. Short range genjutsu can also be focused to the metal, and will be released to the enemy upon contact with the sai.
-To strengthen the rank of a genjutsu, the weapon must have direct contact with the user.
-To summon it, the user will make the half tiger hand seal with his left hand, wile he will have a trident tatoo on his right hand. The Sai will appear in his right hand.
-Summoning the Sai counts as a move of the 3 moves per turn.

Description: Cepheus is a unique Kusarigama that was crafted by a legendary weapons smith in Amegakure during Hanzo the Salamander's reign. The forger created the weapon as a gift to Hanzo as a symbol of respect and obedience. It was created using a rare and powerful metallic alloy known only to this legendary weapons smith. The sharpness of the sickle is unrivaled and the metal is incredibly strong rendering the weapon indestructible. The most unique feature of the kusarigama is that rather than having a single weight and chain attached to the sickle, it has five chains each with a spiked weight at the end. These weights represent the five stars of the Cepheus constellation which is named after the Greek King Cepheus. By creating this weapon for Hanzo to represent the constellation the weapons smith was showing his recognition of Hanzo as his King. At the beginning of the chains near the handle of the sickle are specialized chain links that are circular rather than ovular. These are made to fit onto the fingers of the wielder's hand. The rings allow each chain and weight to be manipulated by a single finger letting the wielder manipulate all five weights at the same time and independent of each other. The level of difficulty in using the weapon is high and requires someone experienced in kusarigama-jutsu to wield effectively. The sickle portion is fairly large and well crafted, but not much different in style or size than the sickle seen on Hanzo's standard kusarigama. A final feature of the weapon was that the weapons smith imbued it with chakra from the Great White Salamander, Talaya. Description: Considered to be the creator of Amegakure's rain style, Talaya is one of the most powerful salamanders known. She is considered a matriarch by other salamanders and is one of the three great salamander warriors along with Kasei and Ibuse. Her calm and cooling nature has made her one of the few beings capable of controlling Kasei's temper. She is a benevolent white salamander of similar size to Ibuse and has an elemental affinity for water. Talaya's body constantly channels water chakra into the sky causing a constant rain storm in a large area around her that covers the battlefield. She is able to use all the rain techniques up to S-rank and has one unique S-ranked attack in which she causes the rain over the opponent to take the form of a giant salamander which crashes down on the target with its mouth open, swallowing them in a torrent of rain water. This can be used twice per battle and counts towards the three move set. Like Ibuse, and other salamanders, she is capable of tunneling through the ground.

Description: Axol is the oldest known salamander and one of the elders. He has a very unique appearance due to being a species of salamander called Axolotl. His size is very small compared to others reaching the length of an average man's forearm with a white body. Due to Axolotls usually living in aquatic environments they possess external gills that appear as feathery pink extensions from just behind their heads. While these are generally used to increase oxygen intake in water, Axol has developed the ability to sense chakra with them using them as antennae to pick up chakra signals. Once summoned he latches on to the summoner's back and communicates via speech.

Description: Cleopatra is one of the Goddesses of the Caracals. She is praised as one of the most beautiful and stunning caracals as well as one of the most deceitful and dangerous. In her domain within the Caracal Sanctuary she rules with an iron fist, charm, and deception. Upon being summoned, Cleopatra will appear as an averaged sized female caracal with jet black fur and emerald green eyes. If transformed into a human, Cleopatra appears as a fair skinned beautiful woman with straight silky black hair, garbed in a regal white dress, with green eyes and eye shadow, resembling that of the queen she's name after. In order to summon Cleopatra, the user must first draw blood and create the Tiger → Bird → Snake seals. The symbol of Cleopatra is her cobra diadem that is warped around her head upon being summoned.

Cleopatra possess a possess a unique collaboration technique that allows her to share her sensory abilities with her summoner. After being summoned, the shinobi summoner will make the tiger hand seal while Cleopatra transforms, taking the shape of the of a black Pharaoh's headdress with a golden snake charm around the forehead. Atop the user's head, Cleopatra uses her unique chakra transference technique, which will allow for her to share her powers of chakra sensory with her summoner. However, there is a sizable draw back for this technique. In order to borrow the powers of Cleopatrata, the summoner must pay tribute with his own chakra for as long as she remains passing chakra into him.
~Cleopatra being a Goddess is one of the stronger Caracal summons. Her chakra is half that of a Kage (700).
~When not using her special technique, Cleopatra can cast A-ranked genjutsu 3 times per battle.
~When combined with her summoner, Cleopatra cannot use any other techniques.
~For every turn combined with her summoner, the summoner pays tribute to Cleopatra with 15 of his own chakra.
~When Combined with Cleopatra, the summoner gains the ability to sense chakra.
~The summoner and Cleopatra can only stay united for a total of 5 turns, by which time Cleopatra will be disperse from the field completely. If she is not combined with the user, she remains on the field until she has exhausted 80% of her chakra capacity, by which time she will disperse from the field to rest.
~The collaboration technique can be dispersed at will before the 5 turns, however, once disconnected, the user summoner will feel drained and energy and weakened due to the effects of the chakra draining. The level of fatigue felt by the summoner is dependent on the time spent combined. They will feel more offset from a full usage of the technique than say one turn. However, this collaboration technique can only be used once per battle. As well, the user cannot use techniques above S-ranked or genjutsu above A-ranked after this technique for the same amount of time as they were converged with Cleopatra.

Description: The Smoking Mirror or Obsidian Mirror is a legendary item from Jaguar lore that was a personal item of the Jaguar God, Tezcatlipoca. It consists of a wooden handle that's roughly a foot long attached to an ovular golden frame. Inside the golden frame is a finely crafted black obsidian mirror. When chakra is applied to the mirror the golden frame appears to separate and the mirror floats between the two golden halves while emitting a dense black smoke. The ability to emit smoke allows the user to create smoke techniques through it, increasing their strength in the process. After the mirror is used for a technique it requires a turn to replenish itself. The user can also activate a special ability of the mirror in which it constantly produces a thick black smoke that fills the battlefield for four turns. Since the smoke is created through the user's chakra they're able to sense anything caught within the smoke. Other than its special smoke abilities, it can function as a sturdy war club, though other more standard weapons are better suited for direct physical combat.

Description: While the desert sands surrounding Sunagakure provide Gaara with a limitless supply of sand, not every battlefield provides him this luxury. Seeking to prepare himself for a sand-less terrain, Gaara created a new gourd which would act as his own portable desert. To do this he created a gourd not unlike the one in which he normally carried. It was similar in size, color and shape, but differed in one important way. Three seals were painted on to the gourd, one on each of the sides save for the side facing Gaara's back. These seals read "Sahara", "Namib" and "Atacama". When activated they glow red and release sand into the gourd providing Gaara with an endless supply. Only one of these seals can be activated at a time, but the sand summoned forth from each seal carries unique characteristics:

Atacama - The sand from Atacama is rumored to be the driest sand in the world. The sand is infused with earth chakra which acts as a double edged sword. It prevents the sand from becoming wet, but at the same time it increases its vulnerability to lightning. This gives it a double strength against water techniques, but a double weakness against lightning.

Sahara - The sands from the Sahara are larger in grain size than typical deserts. This gives sand techniques used when wielding this sand a much stronger punch as well as giving defensive techniques more durability. Sand techniques used with this source gain a +10 damage boost, but due to the size of the sand grains its also heavier and slower making techniques move half as fast (when used with Shield of Sand, the speed the sand can keep up with is halved, though it can defend against A-rank taijutsu techniques).

Namib - This sand was taken from what is said to be the oldest desert in the world. As such, time has worn this sand down to very fine particles making it light and easy to manipulate. This allows the sand to move faster at twice its normal speed making it even more difficult to avoid, though the fine grain of the sand makes it more capable of soaking up water and becoming weighed down (when used with Shield of Sand, the speed the sand can keep up with is doubled).

In order to alternate between seals, Gaara must first deactivate any currently active seal. When this is done, the sand that had been released by the previous seal is drawn back into Gaara's gourd and sealed away, preventing him from mixing the sands of the different sources.

Since the sand is solid compared to rain which is liquid, this can be quite the distraction to those not accustomed to it. But its true purpose lies in the user's ability to use this sand as a starting point for their sand techniques, given the range is correct. When the rain storm ends the battlefield is covered in a five inch layer of sand.

Description: The user preforms the standard summoning technique and calls forth Tankumo of the Tanuki. His stands taller than most Tanuki, almost a head taller than an average man and is generally pleasant and care-free. Like most Tanuki he has quite the stomach, but he keeps it hidden underneath a red kimono that's held by a yellow sash. Tankumo carries a small gourd of saki and wears an abnormally large and broad leaf on his head in place of a rice hat. This leaf doubles as a folding fan which he uses to create wind techniques in battle. He has a unique transformation technique in which he turns his body into a larger version of his leaf which the user can wield as a folding fan.
-Can use wind up to A-rank.
-All techniques count as a move in the user's turn.

Ok, new cycle of 7 days where you can submit 3 techniques. The cycle ends on the 11th of April.


Now, I will put these reminds as directly as I can:

-Just because we don't post a marker doesn't mean that you can post techniques. We might be busy or we might be doing it on purpose to buy some time to check the tread.

-This brings me to the new issue: summons. Use the search button on this thread and the archived one to see if someone has submitted your contract. The amount of invalid and senseless submissions is truly stupid. Its a waste of your time and ours.

-Don't rip of techniques. One thing is a similar technique and that is normal when there are 4 years of customs approved already. Another is a completely identical submission. If the issue is kept, punishments will be issued.

Also, on the 11th of April, the thread will be closed for checking. I didn't close it right now because I want to give everyone a chance to not only edit their submissions if they need to but also to post up to 3 more.

The user will make a single hand seal locking them within a Genjutsu. A torrent of leaves covers up the users body giving him a moment to leave the scene so that the Genjutsu is not ruined. Following that a fake of the user appears, and places his fingers through the head of the opponent. When it seems the user has reached the brain the target watches everything turn pitch black, simulating unconsciousness. A moment later the target will find themselves strapped down onto an operating table while the user operates on their body. The user feels the stimulus of pain from medical procedures without any sort of numbing before hand.

Description: The user channels water chakra all throughout their body, forcefully expelling an incredibly thick and dense almost liquid like mist which traverses outwards to short range in the form of a 360 degree blast. The user then continues to perform two handseals, releasing their wind chakra into their surroundings and utilizing it to take hold of the surrounding mist. The mist begins to swirl inwards, becoming thinner and thinner as it does so, while multiple feral hand like claws begin to form from the now compact mist. The claws are comprised of dense translucent white wind; with highly compressed water vapor at its core. While the claws source of origin is the user, who now has a thick yet rather small (around a meter in diameter) armour like revolving mist wrapped around their mid and lower section, from which the claws originate. This revolving mist is capable of granting the user pseudo flight, although the flight is much more like levitation, as it grants rather slow aerial maneuverability, a rank lower than what the user is capable of running at to be precise. The area short range around the user remains to be covered in mist, albeit an exceptionally thin one which only slightly lowers visibility rather than completely reducing it. At the users discretion the tendril like claws can race forth at fairly high speeds, snaking towards their target. The claws can be used for attack or defense, being capable of grabbing physical objects or can even be used to lasso onto objects due to their highly compressed nature, which makes them almost solid like. The extending arms of the claws are relatively sharp, and can be used to slice through rocks and the like. The tips of the claws also possess a rather acute piercing power. A maximum of eight claws can be created, all of varying sizes. However the maximum combined size cannot exceed that of two 'Water Dragon Bullet Technique'.

Description: The user performs two handseals, placing the opponent under a genjutsu. In the genjutsu pressure is applied to the spots that are most likely to induce gargalesis, tickle spots. At first the pressure starts out as a incredibly light and cold touch, however the sometimes rhythmic and sometimes erratic strokes begin to grow firmer and firmer, evolving into gentle caresses, and before long morphing into heavy strokes. The once cold touch also begins to grow warmer and warmer while the frequency of the strokes increases. As the opponent is tickled they might begin to involuntarily twitch, perhaps even laugh. However after but a few blissful moments the pleasurable yet distracting tickling turns into rather painful scratching. The opponents skin feels raw as the now sandpaper like pressure ravages their body, the previously warm touch grows to become searing hot, scorching the users skin; and painting them an awful shade of red. The relentless frequency granting no time for relief. The scratching soon begins to reach its dreadful crescendo, the enemies clothes becoming bloodstained as their flesh starts to melt and peel. Molten melting fat weeping along the users skin, eroding into the flesh, further adding to the abhorrent wounds. Broken skin quickly develops into large chunks of meat, fat and muscle that slowly and painfully oozes away. Leaving the opponent a bloody mess.

Description: A particularly quick technique. The user snaps their fingers, channeling their katon chakra through their hands, manipulating it so as to release spark like flames outwards from their clicked fingers. Immediately after having release the flames, the user releases their lightning chakra, coating the sparks of fire in bolts of lightning. The lightning being released with such haste that it may seem that the two elements were released in conjunction. The spark of fire and lightning races forth at high speeds, having a flaming core comprised of a mass of dense fire chakra and a electric exterior made of similarly dense lightning chakra. The size of the spark can vary, ranging from a rope like size down to a thread like size which can be used for pinpoint accuracy. The spark follows an extremely predictable set route, traveling in straight lines or basic arcs, albeit in a rather jagged manner. Upon reaching its target, the spark explodes into a mayhem of blazing flames surrounded by raging lightning. The flames incinerating all that's caught in its path while the lightning ravages, electrocutes and tears through the opposition. The size of the explosion is controlled by the user, it can be limited to be exceptionally small, although still extremely powerful, or can be made to consume an area of a 5 meter radius. Although originally only one spark is created, this spark can be manipulated to branch outwards into up to three sparks, which can be used to strike different areas, or the same area in quick succession. Of course the size and power of the explosion is divided among the three sparks, although not always equally.

This is too powerful, too fast and too undefined in what it really is. A spark? A spark doesn't have the properties (in size, shape, etc) that you describe in the technique. I think something was lost in translation.

Description: Also known as the Final Dark Technique,this technique is unique in ever way,this technique accually has levels depending on how far the user would like to take it. The user must first absorb and store at least Three techniques with Inhaling Maw before this jutsu can be started. Once at least three charges are stored,the user will raise both of his hands into the air and start gathering the dark chakra into a condenced ball,the balls size is rougly 10 metres squared when fully built. Once the ball is done the user with throw the ball at the opponent,when it impacts the ground it will continue into the earth until it is completely submerged and then will explode,blowing the earth and every around and inside it to pieces. This is where the technique changes,If the user decides to he can continue to absorb Techniques with Inhaling Maw,if the user stores up 5 charges of dark chakra this techniques turns into a forbidden,using the same concept the user will raise both hands and create another condensed ball,except this balls size is drastically larger,the forbidden ranked Ball is 40 metres squares and has a purple hue around the outside,once it is fully built the user will once again throw the ball,but the effects differ,due to the size and ammount of chakra in this technique the explosion is much larger,once the ball has left the user it will travel at only 2 metres per second meaning its a slow moving technique,if the ball come into contact with earth it will explode(earth techniques as well),this explosion annilates an area of over 100 metres and leaves a deep 20 metres crater in the earth from where it landed,due to the size of the explosion the user will be hit by the after math of the technique dealing enough damage to make the user suffer form lack of movement and drained chakra.

Description:After first absorbing a technique with inhaling maw,the user will spread chakra to both palms of his hand,he will then manipulate the chakra causing to long blades of dark chakra to emerge from each hand,at the end of each blade is a long cord of dark chakra which connects both blades so that bottom square can teansmit chakra to the opposite hand so that the hand without the symbol doesnt lose its chakra,with this act the chakra is constantly recycled meaning this technique lasts as long as the user has it activated or until they are broken. Being made up of Dark Release chakra they can cut through A rank fire wind and lightning techniques without weakening, if they strike an S rank technique they will break down and vanish. Due to their chakra nature these blades are extremely sharpe and can cut through human flesh with ease,if the opponent gets struck by these blade it will not only leave a cut,but it will also leave a burn that fester over time. If these blades come into C rank or below wind fire and lightning based attacks they can accually absorb it,fixing themselves of any damage they have attained,this cannot be done wiht higher level techniques as they would get overloaded and break from the ammount of chakra. They blades cannot be broken by normal steel like katana's and kunai,the user may also add vibrating raiton chakra to these blades to increase their cutting power,but this can only be done in short bursts and cannot be maintained,otherwise the overdose of raiton chakra would essentially break the blades. The blades size is 1.3 metres each. Also each blade can be extended by 1m by taking the chakra from the other blade and moulding it into one blade this giving it the length of the other blade added onto its original size,the use can inturn turn one of the blades into a 2.3m blade while the other blade is a mere 30cm in length

Description: A Hooded pitohui hums a moderately slow tune which instantly puts anyone who hears it except the summoner and other pitohui summons, into a malicious illusion where large feathers grow all over the body of the opponent causing great pain as instead of normal thin hair occupying the sweat pores, they are critically expanded and strained with the growth of the large feathers from each of the pores making blood to ooze out painfully from the pores. This restricts the opponent movement and also the opponent may collapse from mental stress is he doesn't release the illusion in 2 turns.

Description: A Special taijutsu where through rigorous physical body training the user is able to build up energy and concentrate it into the muscles/Ligament/Tendons around any ball and socket joint of his body, then he tighten them up and shrinks them temporarily. This in turn leaves no space for the containment of the ball joint in the socket thereby causing a slight displacement of the ball from the socket meaning, this dislocates the ball from its initial position through a very short distance causing grievious pain to the user. This is a defensive measure to break out of genjutsu and paralysing jutsus. However, the pain is a sharp and short one meant to instantly break one out of a hold and only last for a few seconds. The user then corrects the situation by once again expanding the muscle into its original position giving room for the ball to lock itself back into its initial position. However, due to the excessive pain this technique causes, its useage is limited.

Pitohui Kuchyose: Arwin - Pitohui Summoning: Arwin

Description: The user smears blood on their palm, makes the neccesary handseals then presses their palm on the ground or clap both hands together to summon Arwin in a cloud of white smoke.
Arwin is a large Hooded Pitohui(as large as Sasuke's hawk), elegant and beautiful but she still remains one of the most foulest among her specie. She is fast and has fluid and excellent manouvreability in mid-air and is able to navigate through dense clouds and fogy condition. She is with inteligence and she is as smart as Minato being able to access every battle situation with ease and come up with a counter very quickly. She can communicate with her summoner through Pitohuian Language which only the summoner or any body who signed the contract can understand.
Abilities:
-Arwin even as she is of moderate size compared to other hooded Pitohuis, posseses a very high content of neurotoxin in which a single scratch from her claws, beak, tail and wings would cause brief localized paralysis.
-She secretes odours to which anyone apart from the summoner that gets into short range of her would begin to feel tingling sensation all over themselves which is quite distracting and somewhat painful.
-She is able to mold chakra and she is good at it where she can use "Suiton" techniques upto A-ranks. This, she can spew directly from her mouth or form by flapping her wings.(she needs no water source as she can produce a voluminous water from her mouth, except in extreme cases where a very large water source is needed)
-She can also use Pitohui Arts, A set of arts that are taught to every capable pitohuis in the training mangroves of Modakeke by the elder sage of the Hooded pitohuis "Majele". (Pitohui arts would be submited separately)

NOTE
++Can only be summoned once
++Lasts 4 turns for each time summoned
++Can only be summoned when there are not more than one other hooded pitohui summoned.

This is a set up jutsu for another jutsu the user can make another this has been used.
-Only used twice per battle
-Must wait two turns to use again
-No other katana type jutsus can be used in the same turn as this jutsu
-The user can only use two jutsus in the same turn as this jutsu so one other jutsu can be used

How would katanas rain from the sky? If its a summoning technique, similar techniques exist. If its a Fuuinjutsu, Similar techniques exists. You cannot say something happens if you don't explain how. Thats inviting an easy decline and a possible DNR.

Description:An ability of the Omentric is that it can release steady and timed pulses of chakra out to mid-range, using it to sense objects and sources of chakra in the surrounding area by receiving information in much the same way Rain Tiger at Will work, relaying the information's gained directly into the senses of the wielder. These chakra pulses are not strong enough to effect anyone or anything they hit and cannot be seen without the assistance of a Doujutsu. The chakra pulses radiate outwards like the ripples of a pond and as such can be blocked by large obstructions, making it impossible to detect anything hidden behind said objects. This can be overcome by shooting a chakra infused arrow from the bow that can sense anything within a short range reach of it and can be fired out to long range. At any given time, three chakra sensing arrows can be active on the field and remain active where they are planted for three turns, these arrow inflict the same damage as any normal arrow meaning they are capable enough to pierce to human flesh to certain degree.
Notes:
- Chakra sensing from the Bow is a passive ability and remains active for as long as the user has chakra to sustain it,
- The chakra pulses from the arrows only detect objects within short-range of where they land/fly.
- The shooting of arrow count's as move.

Description: The user begins by either stomping the earth with his hand or leg, While stomping the ground the user releases his chakra into the ground which causes several average size debris of earth to rise from the earth, the debris rises up from all around the opponent even from his back side, this technique extends up-to mid range from opponent meaning the chunks of earth will rise from all directions with in mid range area of the opponent [he will be at the center], The user than goes on to weave a single hand seal and all the stones/chunks of earth start to converge onto the opponent and inflict great damage to him.

Description:The user either weaves 2 hand seal [Dog → Tiger] or looks directly into the eyes of his opponent to cast him under the genjutsu, this genjutsu takes effect by affecting the 2 of the basic 5 sense's of his opponent, the first being his sight and the other being his hearing, the moment the genjutsu comes into the play the opponent see's a blinding light has started to emerge from user's body much like (Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar) although it's intensity is not that great but the opponent as a stimulus reaction to that bright light either covers his eyes or closes them and if he does not do so he becomes temporarily blind due to the lightning itself [for a few seconds only], the moment his vision is no longer focused on the user the second part of the technique is initiated and as a result the opponent hears the sound of foot step's moving in a certain direction [the noise of foot step is completely normal], when the opponent open up his eyes again or regains his eye sight [which will not take more than few seconds] he see's his opponent [the user] standing at new position which is 5-6 meter away from the user's previous position [any direction], Now what ever action's which are performed by the user can be seen by the opponent as the user's hologram completely replicates the user's move but the trick here is that the opponent is unaware of the true origin of the technique, like if we throw a kunai towards him, for the opponent it is coming from 5 meter right to the user's original thrown kunai but in reality it is on 5 meter to the left of the image they are perceiving, This technique remains active for 3 turns per usage and while it is active it effect's both the sense of sight and hearing of the opponent and therefor all the sound which originate and the action which are being made are heard and seen from the new position of user [hologram], the other three senses are perfectly fine.

Note:
- No genjutsu in the same turn it is used.
- Can only be used 2 times with a cool down period of 2 turns between usage.
- If performed for the second time user will loose the ability to cast S rank and above genjutsu for 1 turn.
- Can only be taught by -Gitanshu-

Description: The twin blades of chaos are short blades with a rigged shape all around the blades, the blades has a skull shape by the hilt and has a reddish orange color. (See Image if the description isn't understandable.) The Blades have the ability to absorb fire techniques up to A-Rank and the technique absorbed by the blades is then usable to attack later in the battle, However only one technique can be absorbed at a time. The wielder of the chaos blades can also channel their fire chakra into the blades to add burning power to each slash.

Restriction;

- The twin blades can only be wielded by -Yashiro-
- The wielder of the chaos blades has to have mastery over the Fire Release Elemant and Kenjutsu.
- Once a technique is absorbed, it only stays within the blades for 3 turns, after that the technique absorbed isn't usable anymore.
- If chakra is channeled into the blades, it will only last for 3 turns and can only be used once per battle.
