Resubmission; Lessened its size so the amount of water used is lesser, I also decreased its speed (took out the cutting off limbs which may have made it overpowered.)

Description: With the use of three hand seals, the user can summon forth a large vortex of water around the enemy and the user, or around the enemy only. The vortex of water is circular, with a maximum diameter of 15 meters and a minimum diameter of five meters therefore, the target must be within mid-range. It reaches the height of twenty meters and spins at a dangerously fast speed, such that physical contact with the spinning vortex would be capable of cutting off limbs. It is hollow inside and serves as a water source and to keep the enemy inside. Once the "vortex" of water is created, the user, with the use of shape manipulation, will shape hundreds of basketball-sized goldfishes with pressurized 1 foot horns. They attack from all directions, except the direction the user is standing on if he was to create the vortex around him to avoid the technique from backfiring. They jump out of the wall/vortex of spinning water as if it was a river and jump out to attempt to impale the target(s). The goldfishes jumping from the walls have a long-reach, therefore, they are able to jump from one side of the vortex and land on the other one and continuously jump back and forth to repeatedly attack the enemy. Releasing it in the same turn is generally only used if, A) The technique was successful, or B) The enemy was able to properly defend from it, or completely destroy it. If, for whatever reason, the user chooses to release the technique, the enemy will take in no damage unless they've been pierced by goldfishes, in which case, they will take the S-rank damage

Declined. While a lot clearer, I still find it a bit too much in power. Tone it down a bit (description wise, not restriction wise). Getting such an enormous amount of water to continuously spin (up to the point it cuts off limbs) and create such a high amount of fishies while controlling all of it together is too much for S-rank.

Description: The user will slam his hands on the ground after a succession of two hand seals, Ram - Snake, and send his chakra to a desired location within mid-range. As a result, a figure made of chakra, taking the form of a scarecrow of about three meters, is materialized in the battlefield. It is colored in dark and very ominous colors, while not as sharp and therefore, having a "hazy" effect in its appearance. It, upon materialization, releases an omnidirectional blast of chakra that reaches mid-range from its location and casts a D-ranked illusion on any targets within short range from it. The illusion accompanied with the technique is more of a thematic element, adding visuals like crows, fog, darkness, etc. which work together to enhance the frightening image of the scarecrow. After it is summoned, it can attack in either two different ways. One is a simple omnidirectional burst of chakra. The first application is achieved by performing a hand seal and re-shaping the original scarecrow into hundreds and hundreds of mini-crows , compressed and pressurized allowing it to have piercing capabilities. It bursts into the crows omnidirectionally, therefore, if the user is within range, he will be affected as well. The alternative application is through a single hand seal, and instead of an omnidirectional burst of crows, the crows would all be aimed towards one person as projectiles. Maintaining the hand seal would give the user the ability to have the crows seemingly follow a target, or multiple targets, but he would be unable to perform other techniques whilst the hand seal is maintained.

Note: The crows from either applications can only reach mid-range from the source, in this case, the scarecrow. How far the burst of crows expands out to depends on the user, so long as it is within the maximum mid-range from the source.

Description: The user will slam his hands on the ground to create a dome of flames around him, acting as a defensive and offensive mechanism. It is first created to have the user as the center, with a five meter radius (the size of it is adjustable; so long as it does not exceed a ten meter radius and does not go under three meter radius. The height of it is of course proportional to the diameter, with the shape of a dome). The flames that the dome is composed of is compressed and fairly thin, such that anyone inside can vaguely see the image of anyone outside, and vise versa. Defensively, any material passing through the walls of the dome is destroyed and reduced to mere ashes (in accordance with elemental strengths and weaknesses) and any body attempting to pass through the walls making physical contact with the flames will sustain massive injuries to the limb that touched the intense heat (4th degree burns). Alternatively, and offensively, the user can perform hand motions from within the dome to create shaped constructs from the dome, and to have them attack as a projectile. They carry the same heat intensity as the dome they originated from. To help imagine this, the dome would compress and gather into a single structure that is created through simple hand motions, and is also sent out as a projectile through simply hand motions. The structures that are created must stay within logic; for example, one could create multiple spears of compressed flames and release them as projectiles, however, it would be impossible to compress the entire dome into a penny-sized ball to attack. The maximum height of the structure created is approximately the size of the original dome, and by separating them into multiple attacks, the power would be divided accordingly.

(Katon/Doton: Gibil to Girra no adobento) - Fire/Earth Release: Advent of Gibil and Girra

Description: Advent of Gibil and Girra is a technique where user will firstly release doton chakra within their vicinity as to take a shape of two skulls with an opening at the lowest point of it. These two skulls would be approximetely the size of human heads and their properties would actually be the one of adhesive mud. As soon as the skulls have been formed, user will release katon chakra where they are placed, making it arise from the ground taking shape of two spirits, with two hands, levitating through the battlefield and filling in the previously made skulls. These spirits would be formed of solid fire chakra, being capable of withstanding the weight of mud that would act as a protector from other techniques, however at all times they will have intangible layer of fire flowing through them. Both Gibil and Girra are capable of going to mid range from the user before dispersing however they can only be made in vicinity to the user, aka short range. Each turn they are active, user will only be capable of performing techniques of fire release and his chakra would be drained by five points. They can stay on the battlefield up to three turns and can be made only twice per battle, however never in consequent turns. Now both Gibil and Girra have their specific traits. Gibil, is mostly known for his solidity. He is capable of extending different parts of his body as to form different solid form of fire that will aid him in battle and that he is capable of relasing which will upon impact form explosion, albeit they can only reach short range. It could be swords, shields and similar. Their size can vary as well as the rank, going up to B rank. However in the case where the extension has been destroyed, the rank from which it was will also effect the rank of the spirit itself. The main attack of Gibil however is to actually condense itself into the mud skull which represents its base after which it will propel towards the target. Because of the highly condensed fire within the mud, upon impact with a solid object it will explode forming a maelstorm. Girra on the other hand, is different from Gibil. Its main property is the one of light. Because of the brightness of its fire, upon its forming, it will blind opponent for few moments as he needs to get used to to its illumination. It is less solid than Gibil, and its main use is to actually send projectiles of fire towards the target. Projectiles size at its peak can be 3 meters in diameter and their shape varies depending on Girra's feeling which are reflected upon them. Projectiles can be of either C or D rank, and it can only release up to 4 projectiles of C rank before dispersing completely. Both Gibil and Girra can in case of danger actually condense themselfs into skulls which represent the base of them as to defend from attacks coming their way. Their reforming however would drain user of the technique by ten chakra points.

✦ Declined, this would be an Earth/Fire combination jutsu so it would require two jutsu slots in formation. Also, -5 chakra per turn is too little for this, make it -10. These abilities of Gibil ( both ranged ability and maelstorm ability ) need to cost a jutsu per turn, same as Girra's projectile base ability. Not sure about the reforming if they retract into their skulls, it should cost another usage but without costing two jutsu slots per turn that time, since it's already formed. Besides that, I like this, nice jutsu. ✦

Gibil would actually prematurely detonate in case where wind based attack is coming his way which would actually just add onto fire because of oxygen feading the flames, making it envelop it before descending towards them (the person who used wind attack). Girra on the other hand, is different from Gibil. Its main property is the one of light. Because of the brightness of its fire, upon its forming, it will blind opponent for few moments as he needs to get used to to its illumination. It is less solid than Gibil, and its main use is to actually send projectiles of fire towards the target. Projectiles size at its peak can be 3 meters in diameter and their shape varies depending on Girra's feeling which are reflected upon them. Projectiles can be of either C or D rank, and it can only release up to 4 projectiles of C rank before dispersing completely. (Etlingera no keisei) – The Formation of Etlingera

Description: Through the rapid conversion and release of chakra the user will release numerous sheets of paper from their body. These sheets of paper are purposed in such a way that they are highly versatile allowing the user, through shape manipulation, to create numerous forms such as kunai, swords, walls, pillars, and wave like formations of paper. The paper can maintain their form and shape for longer periods of time than normal by continually feeding chakra into it. Should the user desire they can use explosive tags instead of regular paper allowing for an increase of +20 damage through the explosive power of the paper tags. User can also mix up flash bomb which are in paper form, similar to how explosive tags look. They can either be detonated with a performance with a seal or on impact with a solid object.

Note: If there is paper on the battlefield already dispersed user can use it as to create formations. However, the size of the source has to be proportioned to the creation that user wants to make.

(Katon: Hōhei Sanpu Shotto) - Fire Release: Artillery Scatter Shot

Description: This fire technique has two phases. First phase: The user will weave the dog and boar hand seals and exhale, repeatedly, up to eight, baseball sized fire bullets into the sky on a vertical slant towards their opponent or in between the user and their opponent. These pellets will come down fiercely and hit either the opponent or the terrain. Once set, the second phase is ready to take place.

Second phase: The user will weave a hand seal and choose one to two of the fireballs to burst into a flame frenzy (whether on the opponent, in the air or on the terrain). These fireballs have a blast/burn radius of one meter. The fireballs are also capable of melting solid techniques such as earth techniques or steel techniques. However it does not spread, increase or decrease it's capabilities and acts as if it has landed on the ground but instead, on the solid technique.

Note: Choosing to make the fireball(s) explode take up one technique.
Note: Once the initial technique/phase is placed, the user may choose to ignite one to two fireballs at any given time, whether it be in the air, on the current terrain, or on the opponent.
Note: The user may only choose two fireballs to explode per turn and each explosion costs 5 chakra.

(Suiton: Tenshi no Matsuge) - Water Release: Angel's Lashes

Description: The user weaves a hand seal and raises their dominant hand, expelling four very fine and thin strings of water from their palm and into the sky. Once the strings of water reach a certain rang (close, medium, or long range), the connection from the user's hand and the technique is severed and the rest of the strings are used to form the rest of the technique in the sky. The strings of water meet up with the lingering ends in the sky and form four, very small but extremely lethal buzz saws made of water. These saws are easily capable of cutting through A rank and under earth techniques, and B rank and under steel techniques. With the use of another hand seal, the saws come straight down and cut anything on their way down. The speed of which the saws come down are nearly instant.

Note: Can only be used thrice per battle
Note: Once the technique has been stated and set up, the user may choose when the buzz saws come down but when this occurs, it takes up a technique, so in the same turn, you may only use two other jutsu.

declined. First off all: nearly instant? I doubt it. Second of all: how are these formed? Are they highly pressured water beams? If they are just thin streams of water, gravity will cause them to fall down. If they aren't, the pressure will cause them to splat against each other when the touch each other and then cause the saws to fall down (which might have been your point, but the description was quite unclear on that). If that is the case however, the blades would fall down randomly, making the chance to hit an opponent as big as the chance to hit you. Adding your notes on to that: you can't control gravity.

Arashi Zensen - Stormfront

Damage: +10 to Suiton and Fuuton techniques
Description: Arashi is a folding fan, similar in shape to that of Temari's fan but entirely different in terms of usage, techniques and looks. Arashi is a fan that was crafted by the first of five Sages of the Sea and passed down through the generations of the Sages of the Sea. Therefor, the fan landed in the hands of the current Sage of the Sea, Moxxi, who was given a title from a close friend. The title was "Sage of the Beautiful Blue". The fan has an iridescent shade and is pitch black in color and has a pitch black trim that depending on what angle you're looking at it from, changes to a sea green. When opened, the fan shows five, bright blue emblems that almost looks like they are glowing. Symbols for things such as "Storms", "Life", "Tides", "Destruction" and "Wrath". Each symbol etched onto the fan by an owner. Wrath was the symbol made by Moxxi. Although the two last symbols are completely contradicting the first three, the symbols only upheld that of which the sage in possession of the fan stood for. Although Moxxi didn't display just her emblem, but all five of them, making her a very unique wielder of Arashi.

Abilties:

1: Arashi Zensen has the capability to enhance the damage and destructive power of suiton and fuuton techniques by 10 when the user uses the mentioned elements (suiton and fuuton) in unison with Arashi Zensen, but when done, it also takes 20 more chakra points on top of however much chakra the original technique(s) takes up.

2: Because of the chakra and force it can dish out because of the way it is made, it is able to push wind and water techniques that are short range, to mid range, and mid range techniques, to long range.

3: Using two hands, the user is able to channel suiton and fuuton chakra into Arashi Zensen and fan Arashi up and down, quickly producing an artificial "tsunami". More specifically: big waves of water and a windy environment. This technique is capable of altering an entire environment to a sea-like state. It costs 30 chakra to do so, takes up two technique slots and cannot be used before the user performs any other technique in that turn.

4: Like most fans made for combat, Arashi has the basic capability of blocking/deflecting certain ninja tools such as kunai, shuriken, senbon, etc. and is also sturdy enough to be used against an opponent with a sword when folded. However, it can get broken and be unusable for the duration of a battle (not an event) if hit with an A rank technique or above directly.

5: One of Arashi Zensen's other abilities is the ability to create artificial clouds of wind and able to rearrange or move already existing clouds. Swinging Arashi towards the sky, the user of Arashi can create up to five artificial clouds of wind costing 4 chakra each. These artificial clouds can be used for techniques that need clouds for a technique to be performed. After using an artificial cloud for a technique, the cloud disperses and is no longer usable. The user is able to create only five clouds during a battle. Whether it be five at one time or separated throughout the battle, once five clouds have been created, no more clouds may be created after the fifth cloud. Creating clouds, whether it be one or five, only takes up one technique slot out of the usual three. To rearrange or disperse existing clouds, it costs 10 chakra and takes up a technique slot.

6: The user of Arashi Zensen is able to summon an animal with it with the stroke of blood on the fan itself. With this, the user may swing Arashi whichever way, and have the summon blown by wind to a certain location or ride a gigantic wave to a certain location.

Declined: First of all this is borderline DNR. The only reason i'm not doing it is because I assume you put a lot of work into it.
So: you're just stacking thing after thing. 6 abilities?
First one is basically a rip-off of the nb swords. pushing away wind and water techs due to sheer force of the weapon... just no. You're not getting a free way to just push away everything coming in your way. Creating a tsunami is meh. Pretty generic. No rank on it either, so hardly any counterplay there (abilities don't take the rank of your CW. Specify it!). Nr 4 is the usual, Nr 5 is a nice one, when combined with rain. Nr 6 has been used in so many other CWS before so leave that out. Also: no damage booster on elements with a CW.

Description and Background: The barracuda is a ray-finned fish known for its large size and fearsome appearance. Its body is long, fairly compressed, and covered with small, smooth scales. The barracuda is a fish of the genus Sphyraena, the only genus in the family Sphyraenidae, and is found in tropical and subtropical oceans worldwide ranging from the Eastern border of the ocean of Kirigakure to the ocean of Amegakure. Although barracudas vary in size, most barracuda summons are as big as a modern shark that is an adult. Barracudas can be summoned accompanied with a body of enough water to fill an entire field. Barracudas have basic abilities such as great swimming speeds that are slightly faster than that of a shinobi's swimming speed, can chomp down on enemies and objects with their strong jaws and many sharp teeth. Because of the barracudas' natural upbringing in water, they typically have an affinity to water techniques, but this doesn't limit them to water techniques.

Declined. An entire field of water... Really? You're not going to fill an entire field of water to get your summoning inside all together in the contract. You can use an existing pool of water (if it is stationary, not just a jutsu) or create it maximally up to mid range from you. And even that is a lot, for only a contract.

Description: This fire technique has two phases. First phase: The user will weave the dog and boar hand seals and exhale chakra into the air whilst molding the chakra into fire. It creates a heatwave that excites the molecules in the sky long range from the user, so much so that the air bursts aflame into a great fireball that further moves into the sky. Then, with another hand seal, the user may split the fireball into up to 8 baseball sized projectiles, in any geometrical shape, which the user guides towards any location needed, dropping to the floor with the power of several paper tags each. This fireball may be divided over the course of two turns, instead of dropping all 8 on the same turn. It doesn't cost additional chakra but it does require you to spend one move in the following turn. The user of this technique may make the fireball drop and explode as a whole or as individual fireballs, and any combination of the two. The big fireball is A rank, each division lowers the rank ( 2 B rank, 4 C rank, 8 D rank ).

Note: Choosing to make the fireball(s) drop and explode takes up one technique, regardless of how many are dropped, throughout the turn.

Description: Arashi Zensen is a folding fan, similar in shape to that of Temari's fan but entirely different in terms of usage, techniques and looks. Arashi is a fan that was crafted by the first of five Sages of the Sea and passed down through the generations of the Sages of the Sea. Therefor, the fan landed in the hands of the current Sage of the Sea, Moxxi, who was given a title from a close friend. The title was "Sage of the Beautiful Blue". The fan has a dark blue shade and is pitch black in color and has a pitch black trim that depending on what angle you're looking at it from, changes to an extremely bright blue. When opened, the fan shows five, bright blue emblems that almost look like they are glowing. Symbols for things such as "Storms", "Life", "Tides", "Destruction" and "Wrath". Each symbol etched onto the fan by an owner. Wrath was the symbol made by Moxxi. Although the last two symbols are completely contradicting the first three, the symbols only upheld that of which the sage in possession of the fan stood for. Although Moxxi didn't display just her emblem, but all five of them, making her a very unique wielder of this weapon. On top of all of this, she hated the fan's original name and renamed it in favor of the Gallo-Roman water goddess, deeming it as Acionna no Kiba, also known as the Fang of Acionna.

Abilties:

1: Because of the chakra and force it can dish out because of the way it is made, it is able to push the wind and water techniques the wielder performs with it that are short range, to mid range, and mid range techniques, to long range.

2: Using two hands, the user is able to channel suiton and fuuton chakra into the Fang of Acionna and fan it up and down, quickly producing an artificial "tsunami". More specifically: big waves of water, which are A rank and go up to mid range and creates a windy environment. This technique is capable of altering an entire environment to a sea-like state. It costs 30 chakra to create the initial wave and 10 more chakra to change the terrain. Changing the terrain takes up two technique slots and cannot be used before the user performs any other technique in that turn. The initial A rank wave, shall the user use it by itself (and not in unison with the second wave for the environment change), can manifest several giant spikes capable of impaling and severing an opponent.

3: Like most fans made for combat, the Fang of Acionna has the basic capability of blocking/deflecting certain ninja tools such as kunai, shuriken, senbon, etc. and is also sturdy enough to be used against an opponent with a sword when folded. However, it can get broken and be unusable for the duration of a battle (not an event) if hit with an A rank technique or above directly.

4: The Fang of Acionna also has the ability to create artificial clouds of wind and able to rearrange or move already existing clouds. Swinging the fan towards the sky, the user of the fan can create up to five artificial clouds of wind costing 4 chakra each. These artificial clouds can be used for techniques that need clouds for a technique to be performed. After using an artificial cloud for a technique, the cloud disperses and is no longer usable. The user is able to create only five clouds during a battle. Whether it be five at one time or separated throughout the battle, once five clouds have been created, no more clouds may be created after the fifth cloud. Creating clouds, whether it be one or five, only takes up one technique slot out of the usual three. To rearrange or disperse existing clouds, it costs 10 chakra and takes up a technique slot.

5: By swinging the Fang of Acionna downward with both hands, the user may create a close range shield/gust of wind able to deflect ninja tools and send B rank and below fire techniques back at the opponent at one rank lower than the original technique. This also serves as an insulator shield to nullify B rank and below lightning techniques. This "parry", regardless of what it is being used for, may only be used twice per battle and costs 20 chakra to perform.

✦ Declined, first off 5 abilities in a weapon? Let's tackle each ability individually. The first extends the range of jutsu is a no; some techniques have short ranges for reasons, chakra is a big part of it. The second ability is a dual element ability, channeling both wind and water through the fan to release a tsunami from it and to say that it is capable of altering the field and is only 10 chakra to do is foolish, as you're basically saying it's like a C rank jutsu to cover the field, the ENTIRE field at that. The third says that it can deflect weak ninja tools and things, but then says it will break when hit by an A rank jutsu or higher, which basically means it can tank B ranks and lower as well, giving it defense against most jutsu. The fourth ability is essentially several wind based war fan jutsu, some canon already. The fifth is ridiculous; for one, the first half resembles a canon wind fan jutsu as well, not to mention it resembles Adachi Wind Wall CJ and is retarded to think it can counter B rank and below Fire as well as B rank and below lightning. That by itself contradicts the power of the wind jutsu because for it to counter B rank wind, it would need to be at least C rank wind, but for it to counter B rank fire, it would need to be A rank wind. ✦

Description: Weaving three hand seals, the users quickly emits chakra to a specific, pinpoint location and forms the chakra into heavy winds. Using these heavy winds to create a giant tornado, the tornado acts as a vacuum and sucks up any material in range of it therefor the user his/herself must be out of the range of the tornado. The suction has a long range reach, but is able to cover short-mid range area and whatever material the tornado sucks up gets shot back at the opponent in pieces and chunks of debris at one rank lower than the opponent's technique. This technique follows the basic elemental strengths and weaknesses and can also suck up material that is non-chakra infused.

Once the print is made on the surface it stays there for a few turns acting like sort of a trip mine - if a jutsu passes by into short range of the print, it absorbs that said jutsu and becomes fuelled with even more chakra making it glow a light purple. The Print doesn't disappear just yet as it has one more use and that is when an enemy steps within short range of that Print it explodes into light blue flames, engulfing and severely burning anyone within five meters of it.

Description:
The user performs a series of 4 hand seals and slams his hands on the ground, which begins to rumble noticeably throughout the whole battlefield. From the earth at about 8 meters from the opponent Horses rode by men rise from the ground and charge towards the opponent or specified target, the men at the front of the charging horses have spears and will skewer specified target before trampling them with their large horses. The Men and horses behind the line of spears launch a volley of arrows rain down from above and then is followed by the brute force of the charge - the Volley of Arrows is A-Rank and so that means the Horses and Spears are that of A-Rank too. The Volley of arrows can be launched whenever the user wills it. Once the Horses have finished with their charge they will crumble to pieces of rock, arrows and spears will remain on the field.

The user can at any time make another hand seal and the horses and men will suddenly become a sticky mud that will cover anything near to them in the sticky stuff, binding it onto the earth. Because of the momentum gained from the charge, the sudden transition to mud will go forward a few meters like a wave and then cover the large area of ground as the large army of Horses stretched back 10 meters and is 15 meters wide. The Mud Source is that of A-Rank.

Whoa, whoa. Hold on here. Too many things going on at once. I totally get what the whole "Lord of the Rings" feel you're going with this, but the way it is now is just going to cause issues during fights. First things first, do these horses charge in one direction only and to a certain degree? You say they disappear after they charge, but what if the opponent chooses to relocate elsewhere? Do they simply stop at where their target originally was? Secondly, that mud part...I'm very hesitant about that. Eight meters from the opponent isn't enough space for momentum to build up and send ten to fifteen meters worth of mod surging at the opponent. Lastly, create an earthen horse for self? Uhhh, no.

Immediately after, two wings on each ankle is materialized, taking the form of winds, of course, which all together equals four mini-wings made of compressed winds. They are about the size of a hand, and they give the user the ability of flight by flapping its wings, as if it were normal wings. Mid-air, the user is capable of flying at normal base speeds, as well as maneuvering skillfully and with precision. The ability of flight can be used for various things, like avoiding attacks coming from below, or gain an aerial advantage. On the ground, the user gains a 2x movement speed from the wind chakra coated around their feet; they are essentially 'gliding' rather than running, which would provide them with fluid and faster movements on the ground. Whilst this technique is active, the user can only perform wind techniques.

Description: Through a single hand motion, the user will generate the wind currents around the target and create a seemingly harmless tornado of wind around the target(s). Anyone caught inside will be lifted above the ground, but will sustain no damage from the tornado itself. They will be spun viciously and very quickly, making it hard for them to focus on a target, as well as move around due to the powerful forces of the wind. The user can move the tornado around the battlefield, but wherever it is, it can only go up to mid-range of the user. Because of the rapid and powerful winds, any fire techniques used and applied onto the winds would receive a slight increase in damage and size due to the wind feeding the flame and seemingly 'merging' with the flame to create a wind-fire tornado combination. This, however, can only be used in conjunction with B rank or higher fire techniques, anything lower would simply extinguish the flame before it merges with the vortex.

Need a few clarifications. If you generate wind currents that are seemingly "harmless" around your current, how do they suddenly generate so much power that your victim is then violently spun around? I see the reasoning and motive behind this technique, the execution seems flawed, however.

Description: The user will position their dominant arm outward, along with their palm, while the opposite arm faced away from their back, with the palms facing the same direction. The user will gather a massive amount of fire chakra in their dominant arm, while releasing a light flame from their opposite hand, which would act as a support and prevent them from flying off once he/she releases the attack from the dominant hand. Once the light flame has been created, the users' dominant hand will glow a bright redish-yellowish and a massive blast of flames taking the form of phoenix with a fifty meter wingspan and a thirty meter body. The wings and beak of the phoenix is manipulated to be as compressed as possible, allowing the fire phoenix to have a certain degree of tangibility to those areas, which would allow for those areas to pierce through and deal damage from force as well as the usual damage inflicted from the heat. The flames are sent out as a stream rather than a projectile, and it is connected to the users' dominant hand through the phoenix's tail. Because of such a high intensity of flames concentrated in one hand, the users' dominant hand will sustain burning damage.

Essentially this with a few differences.

Erm...alright. So, the description is throwing me off a bit in terms of imagery, so I'll assume that you're doing what the guy (insert Hitman Reborn main character name that I forgot?) in the GIF is trying to do, but replacing the final action with a phoenix instead. Firstly, the size of the phoenix is simply unrealistic as of itself. Thirty meters? Yeah, sure, if you want fried human arm as well as exhausted chakra reserves. Also, given the nature of this technique, it just seems to be a massive "explode everything at once with over 9000 power" with not much creativity or thought put behind it. In fact, your drawbacks make it seem more like a F-Rank. Yeah...

Firstly, add a handseal or two before channeling chakra. And secondly, you need to clarify certain aspects of this technique. If it's active for so long while being able to summon ghost skeletons at any point and anywhere, this needs to be toned down severely, not to mention it goes up to long range and covers the entire battlefield. Clarify the usage of the skeletons and give it limitations - can they work offensively? If only defensively, there needs to be restrictions and emphasis on the rank and limitations of it.

Description: Slifer, the Sky Dragon is a powerful viper bound to the Snake contract. Slifer is red in color, with a black underbelly marked by grey stripes. Like all snakes, it lacks arms and legs. Slifer is peculiar for two striking features: a crest in its head and two mouths. The first, upper layer of its mouth is usually closed, only opening for Slifer's Katon. Slifer's lower mouth is filled with razor sharp teeth that are as strong as steel. Like all vipers, Slifer is venomous, capable of inserting the powerful venom into any living creature through biting it. Due to its powerful teeth, Slifer is capable of biting through almost any material, though stronger materials will render its teeth ineffective. From its upper mouth, Slifer has the ability to use any Katon jutsu up to S-rank so long as the technique is physically able to be launched from his mouth. Slifer's secondary ability is the ability to change size. Slifer can take a form measuring 10 feet, where it is as large as the average viper. Using chakra, Slifer can grow to the size of the largest summoning animals, measuring up to 70 meters long. Slifer can resist A-rank and below techniques, but successive A-rank techniques or S-rank and above will damage it too much, causing him to vanish. On the top of Slifer's head is a crest, in which up to three people can stand or sit in, allowing Slifer to be used for traveling purposes.

Sanyu's Sakurifaisu / Sanyu's Sacrifice

Description: After a valiant effort at protecting her child during a clash between clans in the Water Country, Sanyu Hozuki of Ganmi bloodline, died after failing to use the hydrofication technique successfully, something that only the elite of the clan could do. Although the technique failed, it was strong enough to protect her child. Sanyu's body stayed in a hydrofication liquid-slime state, unable to turn back, nor function normally. Knowing the great potential their son had as a swordsmen, Sanyu's husband, Kiomono took it upon himself to forge a large blade with his wife's hydrofication remains within the core of the blade. The blade was crafted out of a very rare alloy that could not conduct electricity. The blade's core was created out of the finest of crystals, allowing the liquid-slime to be displayed with great clarity through the entirety of the sword. The sword itself was eight inches wide, consisting of a single sided bladed edge. The sword's blade was five feet in length, having the bandage covered handle being one foot, making the overall length of the sword six feet. The end of the handle consisted of something very similar to a kunai's ring, however this one being shaped in the form of a small rectangle, enough to fit two fingers comfortably. A small chain of six inches in length was attached to the rectangular ring, something that could be used to handle the blade in various ways. At the end of the chain laid a small crest with the symbol of Water, displaying their origins. After the blade's completion, it was stored away for five years and given as a present on Ryogetsu's 17th birthday. It was then that something miraculous began to happen. The crystalline container holding his mother's essence began to glow a bright heavenly blue as it slowly drained chakra from the wielder, her son. It was then that Ryogetsu could sense his mother through the blade itself, it's as if they were once again connected through their bonds. After countless and endless sessions to refine his swordsmanship, Ryogetsu began to unlock the abilities that his mother bestowed upon him.

Abilities:

- By constantly feeding -10 chakra per turn, the sword is able to produce a mist of water vapor in a short range radius around the user. Just like the Hidden Mist technique, this mist can vary in terms of thickness, being able to manipulate it at will with the influx of chakra released, although it will always remain at -10 no matter how thick or thin the mist is. The mist is infused with both the user's chakra as well as his mother's, causing for sensor and Dōjutsu users to be confused through the mix in chakra signatures.

- Although chakra is infused within the mist, it does not bestow any sensing capabilities and the user will be affected by it's thickness, being unable to see through it. The same could be said for the enemies, being unable to see the user through the mist surrounding him.

- The user is able to manipulate the mist at will, creating small weapons made of concentrated vapor, aka water. Due to the mist's properties, the water constructs can not be made too big, having the limit of up to an average sized bear if the entire mist is concentrated. The constructs can range from hands of water, to other limbs around the mist to aid the user, or even projectiles like senbon, kunais, shurikens etc. This technique is equivalent to B rank and the user will be restricted to using only water release up to C rank while the manipulation is in place. If projectiles are released, they are able to travel up to mid range, however their strength would be lowered to that of a C rank, and so would it's chakra usage. (Chakra points corresponding to B and C ranks.)

- Three times per battle, the user is able to release their mist outwards and wrap around a technique B-Rank or below. By using the special properties of the Hidden Mist Village's Chakra draining techniques, the user will be able to use their mist to completely drain the chakra from opposing techniques, either dispersing them or causing them to stop. Logic is to be applied when facing things such as projectiles and such as they would simply continue without chakra inside of them.

Notes:
- Only two limbs can be created with a single usage of the ability, and if so their power would be divided equally.
- The elemental weaknesses and strengths apply to the draining ability of the mist.
- If the drain is used, the mist can not be reformed for two turns after usage.
- All technique count as official techniques except the activation of the maternal mist.

Also, your history basically says that you have a Hozuki sealed in a sword. I cant approve that without you being a Hozuki, not Gamni with Hozuki parentage. I'm also not a big fan of chakra draining jutsu either, though the last part you write is similar to one of Kiri's Village CJ. ✦

Declined. The range bothers me. If you can do it on a jutsu up to mid range, it means you can just stop redirect a jutsu that an opponent uses at mid range. If you can use it once it comes int close range of you, I would see it making more sense.

Description: The user will stomp the ground with his dominant foot sending a surge of Doton chakra through it, this will cause segmented chunks of earth to jut up from the ground in a 30 foot radius of the user, ten to be exact each about the size of 4x4m cube with 5 on the user's left and 5 on the user's right. In a fluid motion the user will then span each fingers of each hand while stretching his arms outward in an X shape (right over left) before himself. All this while keeping track of all ten boulders simultaneously through the use of his Doton chakra still embedded in them. A thin string of super resilient web will shoot from each of his ten fingers through the use of his chakra which is closely linked to the spider contract, these web strings will attach to the boulders with their adhesive tips allowing a fundamental level of control. The user will then undo the X pattern his hands had created by yanking the respective arm to its rightful position while pulling the rocks which are now connected via strings. This will cause the rocks to come flying towards each other- and the opponent at such an alarming rate they could be mistaken for earthen bullets. As they collide, the amount of energy being released is enough to crush blade and bone alike making it a very lethal technique capable of affecting multiple targets.

It's technically two techniques in one. Also, I understand vaguely where you're coming from with this, but I'm having a hard time understanding how ten strings attached to rocks can all be caused to move in one directional and meet in one place. That's not how gravity works, and not especially with so many objects at once.

It can push through many objects like tree's, pieces of earth blocking the path, etc. When the layer expands from the skin into the orb, it is capable of pushing away objects that may be burying the user like fallen rocks or trees. It can also be used to strike somebody, dealing blunt force damage capable of damaging bones by making it collide into them at running speed.The orb can thrust in any direction however requires constant focus and the user cannot use any other jutsu while the sphere is in use. The orb is a light green colour and easy to look through.

The outfit is made of a special, water-proof material which produces neither sound nor friction, allowing for silent footsteps and the ability to move without generating noticeable disturbances. The pigmentation of the attire is a light blue, specifically the colour of mist. This makes the wearer even harder to see while surrounded by mist or while inside of a water source. The clothes also mask the user's scent and partially conceal chakra emission (in a similar manner to the chakra suppression technique), making it harder for sensory ninja to discern or pinpoint the exact location of the user. The real special ability of this outfit is exhibited only when the cloak comes into contact with substantial amounts of moisture (e.g. rain, mist, submerging one's self in water). This will result in both the cloak and the wearer becoming invisible (Similar to Hiding in Camouflage) as long as contact with the source of moisture is maintained. However, this invisibility will not be initiated due to naturally occurring air moisture.

Description:
A blade of the finest quality forged by Castiel and named for its raw chakra stealing abilities. It is exquisite in both form and use, a dual edged blade that mimicked the shape of a roaring flame, a hilt of obsidian, and a long chain hidden within the hilt which would only respond to his chakra. This blade was developed to steal the raw chakra from opponent with every connecting attack, and store them within, making it a “living” but not sentient blade. He crafted it of Crusentu, a metal darker than night and near indestructible. Due to its large size it is worn on Castiel's back and when swung it can deal both slashing damage and blunt bashing damage. With each swing that connects with the opponent chakra is taken and absorbed by the sword. Once raw chakra has been absorbed into the blade it may be used to produce beam of energy that can cut through steel and fly off the blade with each slash, increase the cutting power of the blade, or provide Castiel with chakra. Within the hilt of Sakugen is a chain that can be used to extend the range of the swings and enables Sakugen to be used as a projectile weapon that may be retrieved. The chain has a limit of extending to a distance of twenty meters, and is able to retract at a speed of half a second per meter, meaning it takes ten seconds to retract Sakugen after the chain has been extended to the maximum length which creates a large window from an opponent to counterattack.

The sheath belonging to it is lacquered red. Because of its unusually long blade, Getsushō is noted to be difficult to handle, something which is further enhanced due to the hardness of its blade also making it heavier than a normal katana; as such, much training and physical strength are necessary to wield it properly in battle. Getsushō's hardness, however, makes for strong blows and a similarly strong defence, rarely, if ever bending from blocking techniques and even able to absorb the force of an enemy's attack, which can be redirected back at the enemy in the form of a tornado-like blast.

Hiken no Kaze: Issen Hōshutsu/Wind of the Fire Sword: Flash Burst - Utilizing both the fire and wind stemming from her special form of chakra flow, Nathan releases the chakra at the tip of Getsushō's blade as a crescent-shaped projectile at an intended target, appearing like a orange glowing shock wave. It is, however, also possible to release the chakra as thin, barely noticeable waves with precise timing (track-able by normal eyes but with slight difficulty, doujutsu/sensory will be able to see it perfectly), allowing Nathan to increase his cutting range dramatically to cut multi-story opponents such as large summonings with ease.

Shottogan Inpakuto | Shotgun Impact - Another one of Getsushō's primary strength is when the blade comes into contact with his opponent, the user can focus their own chakra into his blade and release it. The result is equivalent to the effect of a shotgun blast, ripping apart the nearby flesh. A brief burst of fire also comes from the blade while the jutsu is executed, making the user look as if they had fired a shotgun. This ability is equal to that of a B-rank technique. This ability can be used without the need of transforming into Wind of the Fire Sword form.

Hiken no Kaze: Mōka Tsujikaze | Wind of the Fire Sword: Roaring Flame Whirlwind - It uses the fire chakra stored inside Getsushō to release a trail of flames around the blade, which then enhances with wind chakra for attacks. In its most basic form, the user just slashes in the direction of the desired target, resulting in the creation of intense flame waves that follow the trajectory of the previous swing. The user can also completely surround an area with the flames, forming something small like simple walls to trap enemies, or even a massive twister which draws opponents in with its winds to burn them to death; the user can also utilizes this ability defensively, engulfing the immediate area around themselves in such fire. This ability is equal to that of an A-rank technique.

Hiken no Kaze: Subeta Honoo Kuuki | Wind of the Fire Sword: Sword of Flame & of Air - Using the fire chakra stored within Getsushō the user releases it, and while that is happening the user also channels wind chakra into it, the chakras wraps around the sword in a spiral pattern. While the chakras are on the sword, the chakras move at high speeds around the blade. This is the source of the Wind of the Fire Sword: Sword of Flame & of Air power. The user would then preform a powerful stab while simultaneously releasing all of the chakra at once. If an opponent is hit by it, the foe will receive major damage while being launched off their feet. This ability is equal to that of an B-rank technique.

Toothless creates this supplementary saliva by dividing the bad types of bacteria from the good ones, so he doesn't harm the user. Toothless’s final ability is one that allows him to change the colour of his black feathers to anything he wishes allowing him a potent camouflage which takes advantage of his surroundings. This is incredibly versatile and makes it so anyone outside of short range of Toothless makes it impossible to see him without the use of dojutsu or sensory.

✦ Declied, yeah 50 types of bacteria is too much. Also be sure to review Lili's CC to make sure this bacteria and such of the saliva doesnt collide with any of her stuff. Also, healing is something that is limited mostly to medical arts, even if minor in it's application. I dont generally approve healing abilities (didnt notice this last time) though in this case, its minor enough to approve. Also, the part about needing an external source to break it is basically saying that if it hits the target, they arent able to break it as their defense would be internal, as it would come from them likely. It would require a third party jutsu to break it, which is too much, given the wording. Also, even if he changes his feathers, through movement, he will cause a ripple like effect that would easily be noticeable should one look or pay attention. ✦

Anything that has contact with the ground affected by the jutsu will be flung into the air. The ground within the radius is then made to ascend upwards many meters as a result creating a large mesa (unstable wave-like protrusions of earth). Once the mesa is created, the user will execute one more handseal which will cause the landmass to rupture into countless amounts of debris, nonetheless still holding its shape, using immense chakra reserves to cause the numerous amount of rocks to collide down back to the gruond. Thus causing a decimated landscape which will be irreparable. The destructive force is enough to knock down otherwise built or summoned structures of equal rank.

Due to the immense heat of the boots, they grant the user a couple of advantages in combat. First and foremost, the boots increase the user's leg taijutsu attacks, simply due to the heat when the opponent gets kicked. The boots could also ignite air based attacks, giving them additional power because the wind would be lit. Another cool perk of the boots is that if the user steps on a muddy surface, the mud would harden near instantly where they wouldn't sink, due to the boot's heat. Lastly, if the user kicks at the opponent, embers from the boots would branch off and go towards the opponent. If the opponent were to be hit with this technique, the embers would light their clothes on fire and eventually burn them to a crisp. This ability has a maximum range of five meters, or can hit anything up to short range within reason.

Declined. +10 maximum, and the wind jutsus won't help you. The wind would ignite the fire out of your control, and hit you on body. I already find it questionable that you would not be hurt by the fire in the first place, but it is possible due to your chakra being in it. The thing is, once you stop channeling chakra into it, the fire becomes regular fire, and it would hurt you. In a close quarter fight, this doesn't matter, but once you release the fire to counter an opponent with an element technique, it does. Also: this wouldn't have a range of five meter, but only short range as in CQC. State that in the notes as well.

✦ Declined, very certain this has been done before, boots of fire to walk on lava or mud. Izuna or Bisha or someone did it, I cant recall who though. Anyway, extended use of this should still cause injury, even if minimal 1st degree burns. Besides that, No S rank and higher Fire after this ends, not forbidden. ✦

The chakra serves to supplement chakra that’s molded for basic elemental techniques. At any desired moment, whether in the same turn or sometime later in a fight, the user can unleash this reserve, inputting it into already molded chakra for a jutsu, doubling the damage output of the technique. It does not change any other properties of the jutsu such as its speed or performance.

✦ Declined, while I like the idea behind this, it doesn't work out like this for a few reasons; The most notable reason is that added chakra =/= added damage. Now, that's generally how we do it when creating jutsu that perform damage boosts, understandably, but it doesnt always work like this. Examples are jutsu that increase chakra flow into jutsu but dont necessarily increase damage. Some jutsus cause the opponent to release extra chakra with their attacks but still dont increase the damage as well. In addition to this, I couldnt allow x2 damage as well as that could have some rather exploitable outcomes (i.e. jutsu like S ranks that do 120 damage being doubled). I cant approve this lol ✦

Description:Ikiru at the age of 12 traveling through the woods, as he leap to breach to breach the slipped and landed heavily onto the ground which knocked him out. Thus awaking from this fall, he noticed a black like metal for the rock stood right in front beside him which prevented him from seeing the whole rod laid away from him. Though as he had fallen he wondered if his mission was over than his injures which he couldn’t recall in his fall. “Whoa, I really did fall” as he tried to reach for it, a pile of bones engulfed it as he was not shocked of it and as he saw it wasn’t a rod or a be metal as he took hold of it as he had pulled the bones away from in eagerness, “hmm” wondering how a metal could be quite light and not even rust had enliven onto it. Standing up and stretching, he noticed a note as he reached to open it and he read; “‘…I’m enslaved onto this black path of zoetic, pass onto ram, row into serpent, and hide unlike a dragon, cipher is like I die…’” as he stood there in the moment decoding the meaning, “hmm, Uchiha rod of Cipher to Zoetic Ikiru picks the item and heads off onto his mission as his duty required of him.
Abilities:
The sword has a seal implanted into it as it isn’t required for the user to unlock it (while locked and drawn results in 50 chakra drained per battle & none of the effects applied); Ram->Serpent->Dragon as the moment this is pact is accomplished, the black-blade Katana requires the user’s blood onto it. Thus when the user has accomplished this task, he/she is to repeat the hand seals required before backwards. When that task is finished the sealed katana will transform into black Scythe which we will grant the user the ability extend from mid to long range at a cost of A-rank jutsu max. While as metal, this Scythe is quite light. The user of this Scythe has the ability to manipulate the shape and size of the blade on the Scythe to fit their needs. Given it’s demanding of chakra, the user can deposit up to 100 of his/her chakra into the Scythe.
Notice & Restrictions:
-User cannot use any of the abilities of the Scythe when it’s sealed.
-Notice-if different blood is applied during the ritual the user wielding the Scythe will not access the abilities
-The user can keep Scythe in any desired state, but once revered to the original state, the user will have to perform the unsealing ritual.
-Once the Scythe returned to its original state (katana) all collected chakra is released thus starting again from zero.
-If the katana is used when it’s not sealed the release of the Scythe will be cost-less.

Description: The user forms two quick handseals and concentrates a large amount of chakra in the ground anywhere in range. With a simple motion of his hand, he will raise a huge boulder (size of Giant Chouji) from the ground that would levitate with his command. The user can use this boulder to attack and/or defend against the opponent's techniques. The area from where the boulder was created, will leave a giant creater behind. Anytime he wishes, the user can close his fist and make the boulder explode, violently with high pressure, that would destroy everything (according to elemental interactions) within mid-range from the boulder. The boulder would turn into small and long spikes, when it blasts, to impale the opponent and pierce through his body. The boulder can be swung around with the user's hand movements, in all directions and it would move with the speed as fast as a ninja can run.

The moment the opponent is near, the chakra would emerge from the ground to shape itself in the form of two huge hounds made of fire (Size of Pein's Dogs). These hounds will pounce on the opponent and bite off his flesh withv their huge sharp teeth, cause huge burns and unmeasurable pain.
Note:
The hounds stay active for 2 turns after they emerge.
The chakra stays in the ground for 3 turns.

Declined: change the size of the dogs. 2 dogs of the Animal path's dog size is too much. :) Change it to regular lions or something like that. If you would have based your jutsu on the mud wolves tech, you would see they aren't huge either.

Additionally, the rod can be channeled with the user's elemental chakra to give it certain properties.
Fire: By channeling his fire chakra, the user can coat the rod in fire. It causes additional damage by giving burn marks at the area of contact.
Lightning: By channeling his lightning chakra, the user can coat the rod in lightning. It causes additional damage by paralysing the limb at the area of contact and/or breaking through Earth defenses of appropriate rank.
Wind: By channeling his wind chakra, the user can coat the rod in wind. It causes additional damage by providing additional cutting ability to the rod. It can be used to fight against lightening swords.
The beauty of this rod is that chakra can be channeled into this rod remotely, and hence giving the user a wide range of options to use it creatively. Also, the needles launched when the rod is being coated with elemental chakra, will have the elemental properties to them.

Declined: most of it is ok, but 5 times using the needles is too much as you're giving it an elemental coating, and the needles need to be visible when fired and 2 inch in the heat of battle is little. Next to that, shooting the needles should cost mana (or coating them), not channeling the chakra into the staff. Take out the reference of the first world war, this is the narutoverse.

Description: When a person touches something really hot, the temperature receptors in the skin sense the high temperature and sends nerve impulses via sensory neurons to the spinal chord and then to the motor neurons. The motor neuron will then send a message to the muscles in the arm telling them to contract so that the hand can untouch the object. This is a quick reflex system deployed by the human body and the muscles involuntarily perform the action. This particular genjutsu is based on the very same concept. By channeling chakra into the opponent's brain, the user can cause the opponent to feel similar effects in his body which would make the opponent to perform the respective involunatry reflexive reactions for it. For example, the target may suddenly feel his sword to be hot and pull his arm back while opening his palm to release the blade. Another example would be that the opponent would feel a sharp pain at the back of his elbow, more like an insect bite or a sting with a needle/senbon which would force him to push his elbow forward. The pain felt due the illusion does not cause any mental damage to the target. The pain can however last for a millisecond to more than few seconds and will depend on the user how he wants to manipulate the genjutsu. The justu does not limit the user by just giving him the ability to cause minor pain. The core ability of this jutsu relies on the fact that it can force the opponents to perform certain small reactions. Hence, creating irritation in the target's eye, forcing him to rub his eye etc. is also possible.

Declined. Overall it's ok, but the last part where you state that it can force an opponent to perform a certain small reaction, is a no go. You can create an illusion which causes a reaction (=indirect) but you can't force an action (=direct). What if an opponent is very hardy, and has undergone rigorous training and can withstand most pain. This illusion might not work then, for example. Get the difference? Take that part out (I would do it myself, but I'm unsure if you still want the jutsu then).

Description: This is one of the abilities that the practioners of Shadow Combat learn when they are introduced to the fighting style. A text book ability that it is, it involves using the user's shadow to shape manipulate it to form huge grey-black demonic hands that emerge from the user's body. The user channels his shadow chakra throught his body before releasing it from the sides of his body and back, to create huge arms that extends from the body. The arms are larger than normal human hands (twice their length) and are located two on the user's either sides and two on his back. They look more like a giant's arm. The arms being composed of shadow chakra, are made quite strong; in a sense that they have similar properties of strength like "Earth Spear Technique" enabling them an upper hand in close range combat. Using a technique to pierce or destroy the arms would be quite difficult. The hands are all webbed, allowing the user to swim in water at very high speeds. Normal human have a very slow swimming speed as their body is not specifically made for such activities. However with these additional webbed limbs, the user can easily compete the fastest mammals in water. Each hand can easily cover up the user's half body, protecting him against the opponent's techniques. Once the user grabs the opponent, he can form a handseal and cause multiple shadow spikes (up to 2 meters) to emerge from these hands that would pierce the opponent's skin, into his body and cause more harm (30 chakra, 60 damage, requires another move slot). These spikes are quite tangible and can bend according to the user's wishes.

The user will release his lightening chakra throughout his body in a full body surge to form polar charges around his body. Now by adjusting the polarities around his body, he can force a pull or push using the water molecules as reference. This also enables the user to gain flight by pushing him away from the water source. As this technique is based on the laws of attraction and repulsion of electric charges, the technique allows the user to move/push himself at the speed of a released lightening jutsu.

I don't think full on flight is going to work here, but something like hovering should work. That way if you're standing on a water source for example, you would be a couple of feet over the water and be able to glide through the air above it. You should also clarify the speed as lightning jutsu have a large variety in how fast they are. That comparison doesn't really tell us anything. I'd set it as twice running speed. And know that this wouldn't let you avoid all water techs, large/strong enough techs would be able to overpower the polarity and reach you.

However the difference here is that chakra channeled into the atmosphere remains as chakra (say more like a gas, but invisible to normal eyesight) and does not gain any elemental affinity. This chakra that the user channels into the atmosphere, has similar properties to that of these special papers used by Senseis; in a sense that they change their color when the opponent moulds chakra of a particular element. So for example when the opponent moulds his Lightning chakra, the opponent will have a yellowish shroud around him due to the user's chakra present all around him. When he moulds his Wind chakra, he will have a greenish shroud around him etc. For customs elements or KGs, the opponent will have a mixture of those colours. Declined. While this is a cool technique, I don't see how your chakra lingering around the opponent would react towards his and show what elemental affinity the attack will have. Also, how would this be useful? Only if you don't have direct sight of the opponent I would get it, but if you don't he must be hidden and I'm pretty sure the chakra in the atmosphere won't show either. The idea is cool, but the description makes no sense.

Description: It is a common knowledge that water is a huge collection of electric dipoles. By using polarities of charge, we can create an influence on it by making it move away or come near to the charge. Understanding this concept, lead to the development of this jutsu that would help the user to deflect the incoming water jutsus so as to avoid damage.
Attraction: The user concentrates a lot of raiton chakra in his body/ parts of the body. By manipulating his chakra, he concentrates a single polar charge around his body. This charge will force the electric dipoles in the water to align themselves and be attracted to the user's charge. This will help the user to attract water molecules from big sources of water, or from the mist or air in general and stick to his body. The amount of water that sticks to the body directly depends on the user's control and the amount of water present in the source.
Repulsion: Similar to attraction, the user will concentrate single polarity around his body. As and when a body of water comes closer to the user, he instantly changes the polarity so that the water is thrown away from the user's body. To deflect an incoming water of any rank, the user requires a polar charge of similar rank.
Combination: With precise chakra control, the user can constantly keep changing the polarity every millisecond to push and pull the molecules of water and in essence control the flow of water so as to meet his needs. This method requires the user to constantly feed in chakra as long as he controls the target water body by constantly changing the polarities, and so he cannot use anything except taijutsu during that phase.

This can technically help the user be better prepared in a battle. This technique is specially useful in the Ninja World to know if the target will attack or stay neutral. The user's chakra by itself causes no damage to the opponent whatsoever. The user's chakra always has a mental connection with the user. Meaning that, it will notify the user of the changes that happens mentally. However, "change" or "no change" is the only information that it shares (similar to binary). 1 indicating a change, and 0 indicating no change (the user obviously has his own methods). Which is why, it is necessary to have a visual of the opponent to get a detailed knowledge (the color change) of his chakra activity. The reason why this technique comes handy is because the user's chakra reacts instantly, providing him with the knowledge of the user's attack and thus allowing him to react faster.

Description: Elucidator is a sword colored jet black and silver. The sword was forged using an incredibly powerful steel which has always throughout history been incredibly rare. This steel has been found to be indestructible. The Elucidator has three spikes right above it's handle, one of them alone on a side of the blade and the other two together on the other. The Elucidator has been noted to be quite heavy, which has lead some of it's previous wielders to give up on using it. If the wielder is strong enough and has had enough practice with it though, it is very possible to swing this sword around using a single arm.

Abilities of Elucidator:
By channeling the user's doton chakra into Elucidator, a single object can be turned to stone by making contact with the sword. Entire swords and armor for example can be turned to stone instantly and if the user desires, have them crumble. This ability has been found to have a far less drastic effect on anything alive (excluding things like plants or things not classified as an Animals or unique summonings). If Elucidator after being charged with doton chakra makes contact with human skin, the maximum effected area is 4 centimeters by 4 centimeters by 4 centimeters in a perfect cube shape. Only places which have made contact with the sword can be effected by this, which means if the sword touched the opponent's right forearm, then their left knee cannot be effected. This ability can make solid or liquid objects of lower or equal rank turn to stone and/or crumble as well. This ability is B ranked.

Description: The user concentrates their doton chakra and stomps their foot on the ground. This causes a line of dust to rise, heading toward your opponent, traveling at a great speed. Once it reaches the target, the dust will erupt into a column of sorts, starting from directly beneath the target. Description: The user forms one hand seal and places a target under an illusion. While under this illusion, the target would see and hear a large wooden cross rise out of the ground behind them. As the horizontal piece passes their arm/shoulder height, they would see and feel barbed wire gripping them at their wrist, ankles, and forehead and attaching them to the cross, leaving them suspended. In reality, the target would have their movements restricted would be forced to hold both arms straight at the sides and their head back.

Description: The user forms a single hand seal in order to concentrate their Katon chakra. Using partial nature manipulation, the user converts their chakra into pure heat energy, which they then expel from every chakra release point on their body. This forms a blast of very intense heat, which can easily fatigue anyone caught in the blast radius. Because this is only a heat blast, no damage can be taken from this attack. As the heat blast travels, it will quickly cool, as it does not have a physical form to continue contain the energy. This means that the affected area is limited to short range only, although the heat can be felt up to mid range away.
Note: Fatigue causes 2 jutsu limit for the next 3 turns
