(Fūinjutsu: Nanzen Koki o Tenpu) Sealing Technique: Many Thousand Exhalations of the Heavenly Father

Description: The user performs two handseals and does a simple gesture. At the sign of the gesture, two great sealing arrays will appear, one ten meters above the opponent, extending to mid range around the area it’s made, and one below the opponent, which extends short range around the area it’s made on. The arrays can, alternatively, emanate an eerie glow and hum immediately upon activation. As the arrays appear, beams, seemingly made of light, will extend from both arrays with great speed and connect, giving the structure a cage-like appearance, but not affecting the target or user in anyway. The lower array will, as the beams connect, immediately lock anything above it in suspended animation, making a great kanji for ‘halt’ appear in the middle of itself. The top one will, as the beams connect, fire a great hurricane of weapons towards the area beneath it, covering a wide range very quickly. The hurricane itself will consist of thousands of weapons of all shapes, sizes and origins.
-The target stays paralyzed for one (1) turn.
-Can only be used twice (2) per battle.
-The user cannot use B-ranked and above Fūinjutsu during the next turn.

(Fūinjutsu: Tanren no Moudan) Sealing Technique: The Forging of a Hasty Conclusion

Description: The user claps his hands together, causing numerous seals to appear on his/her body, all of whom are linked to two main-seals on both of the users’ palms. The numerous seals all act as converters and conveyors for chakra. Tanren no Moudan is essentially the creation of temporary weapons and armor, all created from different types of elemental or raw chakra. Like the Water Walking Exercise, the user of this technique will emit ever-changing streams of chakra from different points on their bodies, using extremely basic shape-manipulation to alter the chakra into the needed form. The seals will then, at a mental command from the user, convert the raw chakra into any accessible type of elemental chakra. Using this simple trick, elemental weapons and armor can be accessed at a moment’s notice. Of course, the technique has its limitations. Every piece of elemental armor or weaponry is B-ranked in terms of strength, while raw chakra equipment is C-ranked in strength. Any product of this technique takes one of the three moves allowed per turn to create, but every piece of equipment is created extremely quickly because of the simple concept and the assistance of the seals. The seals allow the elemental equipment to exist while the user performs other techniques, since he/she merely needs to maintain the chakra-flow to uphold the equipments existence.
-One cannot use any Ninjutsu related to whatever element is used to create equipment with this technique, with the exception of constructions made of raw chakra.
-One can create multiple pieces of equipment using multiple elements, but the same restrictions apply to the new elements.
-After creating a piece of equipment, one must wait two (2) consecutive turns before creating another piece using the same element.
-With the exception of anything Fūinjutsu-related, this technique is classified as a general skill, since it is simply an advanced form of the Water Walking Exercise.

(Amebuyou: Shin'youshuu) Rain Dancing: Collection of Mythology

Description: The user smears blood over his hands and forms a single handseal. At the sign of the handseal, the user extends energy outwards and infuses all existing sources of rain with chakra. This technique does not affect an opponent’s technique. Shin'youshuu allows the user to use simple gestures to form creatures and shapes out of the rain itself. By using short and precise gestures to knead the chakra in the rain, the user is able to slightly increase the size of the individual raindrops and make them light up because of the chakra inside them. As such, this technique does not shape moving creatures, it merely sets up a frame that moves from raindrop to raindrop to create the illusion of movement. While this method is just as efficient as actually creating the creatures, it is infinitely many times simpler. Since no actual creature is created, the shapes of Shin'youshuu cannot be used to ram into the target. Instead, the chakra inside the raindrops simply turns unstable in nature, causing shockwaves of rain and chakra to hit the target, and everything in his near vicinity, when detonated.

When performed with added chakra this has the power to break ribs and send the opponent flying 10 meters away. A master of this technique can make a total of 3 strikes before the opponent is sent back. One strike carries the force and impact of a punch from Tsunade.

Description: The user while in "Movement of water" Will charge at the opponent, send a quick, yet strong uppercut to their chin with their knee. When they do this, they also bend their knee back so that it sends the opponent into the air behind them. The opponent is sent into the air by 7 meters and to a distance of 10 meters behind them. The user, after sending the opponent behind them will quickly do a series of 4 back flips in the direction of the opponent. On the 4th, they will push off of their hands, going into the air above the opponent while the opponent is in the air, about to start coming down and will slam their feet into the opponents stomach and neck, slamming the opponent to the ground with the user still standing on the opponent. This can kill the opponent if completed successfully.

Note: Must be in "Movement of water"

±± Declined ±± Try to visualize it. You think this makes sense and is possible and useful in battle? As a good Taijutsu user, i must say it isn't. Besides, the references to meters and such...there is no way you can know the distance you can send an opponent. It varies with the momentum you can gather, his weight, his defense, your counter, etc.

Description: The user when in the air will do a front flip, tucking their body in so that their knees are at their heads, spinning their body with a fast rotation and few turns, spinning in the air very breifly. They will end their spinning by thrusting their upper body forward, using the built up momentum from the spin and the thrust, thrusting their body weight forward all in one quick motion, they will launch themselves through the air, doing quick yet small dashes through the air. This can allow the user to keep themselves in the air for a short period of time if they repeat this technique and aid with Arial combo's. For example, this could be used after knocking the opponent into the air horizontally to then dash at the opponent while in the air, knocking them higher into the air.

Note: Must know Jeet Kune do.
Note: The speed of the dash is equal to the ninjas "base" run speed.

Description: the user, while holding their blade upside down and charges Hyouton chakra into the blade so that it is covered with ice and into the ground as well, and then the user will make a slashing motion when the target is in position. When doing this, a large ice circle 10 feet in diameter around both opponent and user when they are close together) forms under the target via the hyouton chakra that was sent into the ground, which freezes everything that touches it. The circle not only freezes the ground, (preventing the target from using the earth below them to escape) but everything within the circle's influence including anything above it up in the air, creating an extending pillar of light that then freezes all within in the circle. Shortly after being frozen, the victim then shatters along with the ice. Because the user is inside of the circle with the target having been in extremely close range of each other, a small ice pillar immediately rise from the ice circle and push the user out of range. This technique happens extremely quickly, making it very hard to avoid.

One attacks from behind the opponent, one attacks from the front, and the other two from the left and right partially coming out of the ground to grab the leg of the opponent keeping them held in place. The Yetis latch onto the opponent like a tongue thats stuck on a pole in the winter and crush them into the ground and to their death. The user is capable of using this technique on up to two opponents, 2 yeti, one to grab a leg and the other to appear at either the front or back of the opponents and try to drag them downwards.

(Genjutsu: Kuro no Sōgi) - Illusion Technique: Black Funeral

Description: The user forms the Rat handseal causing the target to be placed in an illusion where the target's shadow expands to form a circle and many black dark hands emerge from it and grab him to immobilize his body and drag him down into the circle. Inside, he is suspended in a sea of darkness where he is unable to breathe and will eventually pass out.

(Kuchiyose: kaangaru) Summoning: Kangaroo
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30

Description: The user draws blood and smears the blood onto his summoning Scroll. He maintains chakra flow and some amount of pressure onto the blood. Bruce then appears from a puff of smoke. Bruce is a 7ft tall Australian Kangaroo. The Kangaroo Summoning summons the Wallamaloo Kanagroo family members. The father of the family, Bruce, is the boss. He has a son named Joey who also participates in the contract.
The family is known for their speed and agility, and manueverability. They do not know ninjutsu. They have limited taijutsu techniques, such as Rearing Kick, and Boxing Jabs. The idea of this summon is if taking on an oppenent who is faster or a terrain avantage.
Able to jump great distances, and store ninjatools in their pouch, they make for great support animals.

Notes:
-Can speak English
-Can only be summoned for 4-turns
-Can be the only be summoned by Vexxen Hikari.

Description and Background:
Kangaroo's are marsupials, that can be from 3ft to 10 ft tall. They have strong hind quarters, allowing them to jump up to 20 ft in the air. They can also hop up to speeds of 70 km/h. They can rock back onto their strong tails, and even stand or lean on them and balance on them. They also have pouches that they can store or hold items, tools, people etc.

Abilities:
1: Kangaroo's can travel up to 70km/h over short distances. this makes them very quick at moving out of trajectories or out of sight/range. They can also bounce or hop up large boulder/ surfaces with easy, allowing them to scale objects easily
2: Their strong hind quarters and sturdy pouch allow them to carry tools, or even people (permitting that the summon is bigger than the ninja) to move them about the battlefield.
3: A kangaroo's can be very agressive, and powerful fighters as seen in the video below

When the user is holding the Sun scythe he can add his katon chakra into the blade cover the scythe in fire and causing the sword's range to be increased by 3 more feet. The user can use both swords at once but can only put one chakra nature in one sword at once.

Note: Only one nature chakra can be used if user is holding both scythes.

Kuroi is a Giant Panda that's slightly larger than the normal Giant Panda (about 3 meters high when standing up), but differs in his color: he's mainly black with the exception of two white circles around his eyes, his white tail and paws as well as the Kanji for Equilibrium visible on his forehead fur also in white. He can exhale a hot, dense, concentrated A-Rank short to long range fire stream from his mouth once per turn (counts as one of the users 3 moves) and is immune to fire up to B-Rank. He's a strong taijutsu warrior that can fight and move upright in his hind legs like a human, with strength that rivals a well trained med ninja at his best but has the average speed of a normal ninja. He has quite a shy demeanor for such a big, menacing body. If his sister Shiroi is in play, they both receive a +10 damage bonus, but their stay in the battle field is reduced to 3 turns.

The user spreads blood through his summoning tattoo and makes the required hand seals and claps his hands. From a portal in the ground, a large rusty metal box completely engraved in Kanji spells rises, all tied up in chains, floating only a few inches from the ground: The Grave of Maria. The chains then release and retract, letting the box open and dispel and reveal Maria. Maria is a human size humanoid female panda with a very delicate and fragile look to her although having her body all tied up in rusty chains which are also engraved with kanji spells. The user must expend chakra to keep the chains restricting her and keep her controlled through the kanji spells. She has a demented, mad and slightly psychotic look on her face that is completely in tune with her own mad personality. The moment the box opens, Maria's chakra spills into the battlefield creating both fear and unease amongst all enemies, unleashing the effect of an S-Rank Killing Intent (Sakki). Maria's special ability is a wicked S-Rank Genjutsu that's inherent to her and that she can use at will. Through this Genjutsu she can alter the enemys perception of the battlefield and his surroundings much like a stronger version of (Genjutsu: Kokohin) - Illusion Technique: False surrounding. This Genjutsu enables her to manipulate what the enemy can see, hear, smell or feel to create false "visions" of the environment/battlefield and other illusions. When she activates her Genjutsu her eyes glow in white and a small high pinched evil giggle is heard through the battlefield.

Abilities and Restrictions:
-The genjutsu can only be used once per turn to a max of 2 times
-The genjutsu illusions can last as long as Maria is in play, unless dispelled

(Genjutsu: Mayakashi) - Illusionary Arts: Deception

Description: Mayakashi is a very tricky illusionary technique that requires precise elemental knowledge. Once the opponent has released a technique towards the user (Ex. Fire Style: Intelligent Hard Work) he will then yell out loud the elemental style that the opponent's technique is weak to and release the "technique" (Ex. In this case it would be Water Style to phase off against Fire Style). It's at this time where the opponent will be placed in an illusion where he sees the user release the elemental weakness to overpower his original attack. However in the illusion the opponent will see his own attack still overpower the user's "Technique" and continue forward, blasting the user away. Upon collision, the opponent will hear screams of pain from the user due to his "injured" state, leading the opponent to believe it is actually real. While in reality the user has either already blocked or defended against the incoming attack catching the opponent completely off guard. Nearing the end of the illusion the opponent will still hear and see the user laying on the ground crying out in pain for two turns, unless the illusion is dealt with.

Notes:
- Can only be once per battle
- The real technique the user will utilize to defend or block is not included with this genjutsu technique, it must be posted separately.
- The user has complete control over the technique the opponent will see used to counter his own.
- No genjutsu must have been used previous to this one in the start of the battle.

While in this form anything that comes in contact with the user freezes and air moisture around him lowers to a great extent and turns into an icy fog. He can use ice jutsu without handseals and the ice forms faster. Fire jutsu also has no effect on the user while in this form.

Description:The Sealing Fist: Seal of the Wild Jungle is a dormant technique that consists of a giant seal that encompasses 3 main areas, all connected and intertwined into a massive high rank seal. The core of the seal is in the chest of the user which then branches out into both hands and connects to a secondary seal located in the forehead. Each part is connected and share the same core which is connected to the users chakra circulatory system directly. This connection is how the seal is fueled for the most part. The seal is consisted of 3 unlocks:

Unlock the Courage of a Bull: The first and most basic ability, though one of the most beneficial. When the user unlocks this part of the seal, the outside core of the seal fuels chakra through the branches to power the user's speed and physical power. The user gains a boost in speed and strength, becoming physically able to do incredible physical feets, like creating small craters upon the impact of falling kicks or punches, and gaining the speed similar to that of Sage Taijutsu Specialist. His reflexes are enough to keep up with his speed and adapt his movement to it. This unlock can dispel genjutsu up to B-Rank upon activation. Not only that, but when used by Jyuuken users, they will have a much more chakra at their disposal, making it far easier and faster to perform the signature Hyuuga moves, as well as exerting more chakra due to the rush of chakra.
Restrictions and Abilities:
Note: Can be used 1 time per battle and lasts 3 turns
Note: Activation costs as 1 jutsu
Note: When this is active and the user uses Jyuuken techniques, the techniques will cost 20 more chakra, but will do +10 damage
Note: Strong Fist gets +10 damage due to the drastic increase in strength.
Note: While the seal is active the user is left unable to use Wind and Lightning techniques and KG based on them.

Unlock the Pride of the Puma: The second one of the three unlocks, created in such a fashion that it can be used offensively as well as defensively. The user activates the branches of the seal alone, and when he does so, the chakra releases over his body, sending it to his hands and feet. These will start to burn dark purple, much like Orochimaru’s fingertips when he restricted the chakra flow of Naruto. Next to that, the Kanji for “repel” will appear on every foot and palm of the user. The user can then use taijutsu moves and stances (both from strong fist style as well as other styles) to fend of Ninjutsu techniques (elemental or not) up to A-Rank (within reason, as one needs to take consideration of the size of the technique). The chakra unlocked on the branch seals will repel incoming techniques and projectiles, regardless of nature or characteristics. This enables the user to defend himself from almost anything but, if used to attack an enemy with Taijutsu, it will cause the punches and kicks of the user to deal +20 damage as they will repel the enemy with tremendous might.
Restrictions and Abilities:
Note: Can be used 2 times per battle and lasts 2 turns each time
Note: Activation costs as 1 jutsu
Note: Taijutsu techniques will get the repel function which boosts damage to +20

Unlock the Determination of the Hippopotamus: The third of the three unlocks, consists of the core of the seal itself and takes use of all the branches of the seal. This is the most defensive unlock of the three. Upon unlocking this, the core of the seal opens completely and the Kanji for "Gateway" is formed in the Left Palm and the kanji for "Blessing" is formed on the Right Palm. This unlock makes the seal work as a pathway for foreign chakra, capable of absorbing chakra through the Gateway and returning it through the Blessing. It can, in alternative, reroute that chakra into itself, sealing it in the core. In reality, this unlock enables the user to absorb up to F-Rank techniques while converting the chakra into a raw version of what was absorbed (absorbing a fire jutsu produces a raw fire stream, absorbing water produces a raw water jet, etc etc) with little shape manipulation but the same strength. If the user decides to seal that chakra in the core, he can double the duration of one of the other two unlocks.
Restrictions and Abilities:
Note: Can only be used 2 times per battle.
Note: Absorbing, Releasing and Sealing the absorbed chakra all counts a technique, meaning that this unlock always costs 2 moves.
Note: In the turn its active, the user can't mold chakra above A-Rank.

Note: When used to seal away chakra with one other unlock, it doubles the duration of that unlock.

Description: The user will make 3 hand seals and focus his water and wind chakra into the palms of his hands he will then slam his hands together in the ram seal and mix the chakra into one small cube of ice. The user will then throw the ice cube at whatever and will then make the tiger hand seal the ice cube will increase in size and become a giant ice cube but is hallow on the inside as soon as it comes in contact with the water the water will be absorbed by the ice cube into its inside and freeze the water making the insides no longer hallow but no filled with hard ice.
note: can only be used 3 times.
note: after absorbing water once it fill up entirely and is able to suck in any more.
note: can withstand up to A rank fire.
note: can absorb up to a rank water.
note: at any point the user can cancel the ice cube and it will melt into normal water as the jutsu would have been stopped.
note: ice cube stays on the field until destroyed or released.

~Declined~ I need you to elaborate on the bold part. How big a mass of water can you absorb? Does it need to make a very subtle contact to absorb all the water or only the water that makes direct contact with the ice? Also, re-read yourself, the whole definition is half clear.

Description: As Hyuuga members known for their formidable power of their KG, the byakugan, they are able to pin point the weaknesses of most solid techniques like if he is trapped in a dome. As once he was trapped in a doton technique, he looked through the shape and the distribution of chakra of the dome, and he pin pointed the farthest point away from the enemy is the most weakest spot on the technique, thus allowed him to break out with a simple double finger strike. By putting his hand side-by-side, channeling a required chakra level onto his finger, he'll pinpoint the weakest stop with his byakugan, on the chakra based technique. Once he had pin-pointed it, he'll thrust foward his fingers as it had made a really sharp blade/point. As the techniques had closed into short range, enabling him to slice the technique in pieces by striking the weakness point.

±± Declined ±± Why is this S-Rank? You finding the weakness shouldn't be a CJ in itself, its something passive and its not the same for every technique. Some techniques may not have such weakness and not be broken by something like this. The technique seen in the manga had that weakness, but nothing assures you that other techniques will have it. Also, this needs much work, polish and some correct description. How do you break an Elemental S-Rank technique with Raw chakra alone? This for me doesn't work out.

Description: As Hyuuga members known for their formidable power of their KG, the byakugan, they are able to pin point the weaknesses of liquid techniques. As we know, by making ones chakra flow like a liquid by manipulating the chakra to rapidly move around which immitates the initial speed of the molecules that allows water to flow so freely. As one has vision which enables them to see even on a molecular way, hyuugas are able to see the very compounds of the million water molecules, that the opponent has achieved to attach their chakra, known as H2O+Chakra. As hyuuga had exerted his chakra in a palm fashion, this chakra will act as a "divider" of this compound, having the very chakra be divided from the very element that the opponent is manipulating with his chakra. As the user's chakra had made this division of the compound happen, the very element of water and the opponent's chakra will remain. Because the enemy's chakra is different then the user's, both of them will act up, causing an explosion of chakra as to put it into simple terms, it will override, causing the chakra to become unbalanced. Because of the user's chakra had interacted with the law of compounds, the initial speed of the water molecules has been set off which was enabling the water to flow so freely. The two chakra acting up causes the very water to go abnormal, giving a "safehouse" for the explosion to happen, where to put it into simple terms, the technique will cancel.

To the checker: I re-worded the entire cj, specified it to be liquid based.

~Declined~ Many things I don't agree with in this CJ, both for real life reasons and Naruto world reasons. I'll cover a few of them. First of all, you don't get to see to a molecular level. In order to get a clear image of something as small as water molecules, you'd need an electron microscope. Granted, the Sharingan was shown seeing things as small as blood capillaries (which is absolutely ridiculous), but a water molecule is 282 pm (which is about 3*10^-10m). Secondly, you talk about the speed of your chakra that imitates the property of water (check the bold part). Speed is only slightly relevant when it comes to the fluidity of a liquid, what you're looking for is it's viscosity. At some speed, the viscosity of a fluid will diminish, but that's a whole other story. Next, you refer to H2O+chakra. I see what you're trying to refer to, but that's a no go. It's not something as simple as a linear equation, and I'm not trying to complicate it, but the element being manipulated by the ninja is one with the chakra acting upon it. How would this technique of yours react with water that was materialized from thin air? This is a gray zone that has been debated for years; does the chakra remain present in an element once the jutsu is done? I'm not about to take sides here so I'll make this simple and re-route this debate to another rule your technique is breaking, pushing the chakra out of your opponent's element with yours. You can't infuse chakra in an element already infused with chakra (unless it's yours). I really don't get where you got the idea that it would create a reaction/explosion, but that's just bold to me (second bold part). All in all, you refer to non-existent rules which you claim to be known by all (all the underlined part), and over-extend the abilities of the Byakugan. This is a no go for me.

Description: Once the user is wielding Sumitsukigasa for the minimum of 2 turns, he may use the chakra of the sword for his own advantage. As we know, the sword sucks 10 chakra every turn, but it leaves excess chakra behind. When the user wishes after the 2 turns, he may harness this chakra and the chakra absorbed within that turn onto his own advantages, adding the power into one of his techniques. Once this system has been broken, the sword becomes unbalanced in the same turn when this chakra has been harnessed. Because of the unbalance of the sword, user will receive -10 health damage in the same turn, as it tries to suck it back at once what has once left in the next turn. User suffers -30 chakra loss in the next turn. As the sword has sucked back an enormous amount of chakra ( meaning the 30 chakra), activating itself again, a furious wind will surround it, leaving the area in a really windy environment for the next 2 turns within short range. This means that no raiton attacks of S-rank can be made which could harm the user potentially in the next turn, nor the user may perform any raiton techniques. No C-ranked attacks could potentially hurt the user within short range, because of the furious winds. It takes a turn to have the sword to become balanced once again. In the 2nd turn from the activation of this technique, this technique may be used once again, and the sword too.
Note:
~Can be used 3x
~Only Sannin or higher may use this.
~This release will count as 15+ damage to any ninjutsu except for doton,sution,raiton attacks.
~The +15 damage will only count towards one of the jutsu, the user wishes.

~Declined~ OP. You're basically boosting your attack while stopping all C-rank and bellow and all S-rank and bellow Raiton for 2 turns with 1 mediocre drawback, -30 damages. Unless you're being crippled for the rest of the match this drawback means nothing. The restrictions are completely off, especially the bold one. Make it a 1 time per match only. Also the part about it being " short range only" is just a loophole since this wind is all around you and will therefore block attacks that reach withing short range of you. Change that.

Description: Once the user has spread his doton chakra around the field under the opponent, earth will rise up all around him, creating an encirclement wall around the opponent. As the wall is rising around the opponent, in the same time, the ground is lowering underneath the user, as the earth's source coming from underneath the opponent, creating a crater as the ground had lowered underneath the opponent. As the ground is lowering underneath the enemy and the walls are rising around the enemy, this causes a C-ranked tremor, throwing off the enemy, and reaching the groundwater. As Soon as this process has been over, multiple spikes will erupt from the walls in a fast manner from all around, impaling the enemy with these flying spikes. The user has to mention as how high will this wall be, and how deep will this crater be from ground level. The user has to state as how far would these walls be from the opponent in radius, whether it be mid or short range.

Description: The user begins by sitting out a large sum or pressurized water towards an enemy. This water is not ordinary, and takes on a higher viscosity than ordinary water, making it much harder to escape through conventional means. It is also partially comprised of a flammable oil (Like Water Released Clouds) As the water comes towards the the enemy, it will then take on the form of an anaconda that quickly constricts an enemy, wrapping its entire body around the limbs, leaving the afflicted person unable to properly move or escape, or even form handseals. Once effectively constricted, the anaconda will not stop there, but will continue to squeeze until the built up pressure begins breaking bones and rupturing organs. Because the oily properties of the water, it can also be ignited through other means.

Description:After having previously encased an opponent using Candle Lock, the user creates a massive birthday cake-shaped Mud arrangement with a pillar on top of the lower "floors" of the cake, then makes a spinning half-dome on top of that. The cake rises from underneath the trapped enemy, which takes on the appearance of a cake with a candle on top of it-the candle being the enemy trapped within the candle. Using Katon chakra, the user will ignite the candles causing them seriously burn the opponent. As the Mud burns, not only is it doing severe burning damage to anyone trapped within the candles, but the Mud begins to burn itself, slowly encasing an enemy as the candle burns. Afterwards, the mud will harden around the encased opponent, mummifying them.

±± Both Declined ±± First one lacks restictions, however both lack something: candle? I know what you are trying to mimic (One Piece) but this lacks some sort of explanation. I don't see mud acting as you are saying it acts and as you are deducing it does. Also, lets not forget Mud is a CE and, although you can create mud techniques with Earth Release, the second one is much more advanced. I might approve these but you need to work a bit more on explaining the concept.

The mud then encases their body completely, spreading over their limbs. Then manipulating the consistency of the Mud, it hardens around the captured opponent leaving them immobilized and unable to weave handseals, or run away. This makes it different in concept to Swamp of the Underworld.

Because this dome is heavily fortified with the users own chakra, when a source of foreign chakra comes into contact with, or enters the space, the user will be able to “feel” their presence as they enter. It is the same with incoming chakra based techniques of a foreign source; the user will be able to feel them coming, even from behind. This technique is designed to give the user a level of precognition when fighting. The user can feel anything and everything moving through the spherical area as long as it holds foreign chakra.

The Philippine Eagles are from an island called Rusukaina. It is a harsh island that has forty eight seasons with the season changing weekly.

General Description:
The Philippine Eagles or the Monkey-eating Eagles have brown and white-coloured plumage, and a shaggy crest, and generally measure from 10 to 40 ft in length and weighs 180 to 220 lbs.

Summon General Abilities:
Having been accustomed to the constant season change at Rusukaina, the Philippine Eagles have developed the ability to fly and fight in any kind of weather.
Each Eagle has their own affinity towards an Element

Summoning:
Anyone who has signed this contract will be able to summon a certain size of a Philippine Eagle according to the amount of chakra they use.
The Summoner can be summoned by the summoning animal to train in Rusukaina

Description: Engetsu made of titanium making its structure very strong. It is a very sharp and smoothe cutting blade. Engetsu was said to be made in the mountains of Vandonadrain, where the monks made it in lava. The wielder also has the ability to focus their futon chakra in Engetsu and make a swirly pattern of wind around it. This allows the user to slash cleanly through alot of solid objects depending on how strong that object is. This ability only last for 3 turns as after those turns, the sword goes back to normal. With Engetsu, the weilder can use up to A-rank jutsus with it.

Note-can only be used by ~Jellal.F~
Note- when using Engetsu ability(swirly wind around it), it counts as a turn and this can only be used 2 times in battle.

The cage is made of metal and has scraps on each wall for four people, one for each wall. When the cage is summoned their is a little smoke but not a lot. The cage is summoned, the wall behind the opponent throws the scraps out and wraps around the opponent immediatly and draws the opponent to the wall and hangs there. Now this is where the user does whatever he/she likes to get the opponent to surrender or to kill the opponent. The scraps are made of rubber and metal.

The chains retrace into the chair and wraps around the opponent scraping him/her to the chair. The opponent then sees a clone of the user beside them. The clone holds a giant(the size Franken Stein from Soul Eater has in his head) screw in his hand. The clone starts to push the screw in the opponent's head. In reality, the opponent is bleeding from their mouth because of the pain and recieves fifteen damage.
-Only used twice per battle and only every two turns
-No other genjutsu used in the same turn and following turn


±± Declined ±± You can't make your opponent bleed without physically doing something to him. Its an illusion. It may cause mental stress, mental pain, it may fool his body into breathing faster or passing out, but it can't make him bleed in reality. That requires something that would physically harm him.

±± Declined ±± Much better. Now, it will help if you put in the description if its a sword, a dagger, a kunai, etc. Its a blade but many bladed weapons exist. Also, the 3 blade part...take it out. You have one weapon, that you can teach to others (in this case, if you are a sensei) and they can summon it during battle to use it. 2 ranks in kenjutsu is too much. I will allow a +10 damage boost to kenjutsu, not more. Look at the two bolded part. I can slice through anything with ease...how so? Imagine i make an S-Rank pillar of rock...can the sword cut through it? can the sword cut through another sword? Look at the bolded restriction. If we are fighting agaisnt eachother and i touch the sword? I'm dead? It should be "Only those who master it can wield it" and not "touch it"
