Description: You, concentrate your chakra into your hands and then release a wave of fire. Once, you're done you make flying birds (10) out of the wave of fire and direct them to at your opponent. When, it hits your opponent they start exploding. And, turning you're opponent to dust.
But, on the other side this jutsu can be canceled by a stronger water jutsu.
.Note: The User Can Only Use This Jutsu Three Times A Battle.

Note: This is not a C.E as nexus declined someone who made Oil into a C.E. as oil is used with toads. Thus because toad users can use oil (shown with Jiraiya) I am submitting oil jutsu.

This technique is based on Neji's use of a chakra-sphere-aura against Kidomaru. The sphere provided no protection, but once Kidomaru's arrow was inside of the field he could use condensed sections of chakra to push it. This technique is expanding on that ability.

(Hakke Heika no Teisoku) Eight Trigrams Blades of Law

Damage: 100 (60 to self at the end of the technique because of the stress on the body that controlling a large mass of chakra coming from all of your tenketsu causes.)
Description: The user will begin by taking a basic stance with one foot leading the other, while both hands are in a similar positon, with the non-dominant hand and foot leading. Following this, the user will pull their non-dominant leg back while curling it, simultaneiously bringing their arms up as well, ending with their dominant arm in a curve that leaves the hand elevated and next to the users head, while the non-dominant hand is at the level of the thigh, upside down. The user envisions the Eight Trigrams on the ground beneath them as the stance is made.The user then quickly focuses chakra out of all of their tenketsu, quickly forming a half-sphere aura/mass of chakra, the radius of which extends to the middle of mid-range, using the Eight Trigrams symbol as a basis of where to form the half-sphere on. The user proceeds to manipulate sections of the interior of sphere into condensed blades of chakra which are invisible to the normal eye and can be manipulated to slash at the opponent with arm and hand movements.
Note: The aura/mass half-sphere offers no protection from any form of attack. Anything can pass in and out of the half-sphere with ease.
Note: The half-sphere can not move from the spot where it is first created.
Note: May only be used once per battle.
Note: It is necessary for the user to make hand and arm movements when manipulating the blades, as it is the only way the user can direct them.
Note: This technique lasts as long as two moves and therefore counts as two of the user's three moves per turn.
Note: The user can only perform two techniques on their next turn.

King can also use Suiton (water Jutsus) without handsigns is known to have very fast movements to where is hard for a normal oppent to see him.. King can also use any elemental jutsu that the user pocesses as long as it doesnt require handsigns

Fuu skin is Black in Red in color and Fuu also stands at (3 feet long and 3 feet tall) Fuu can use a few genjutsu but only going up too mid C ranked Genjutsus Fuu's speed is about Mid Fast but Fuu isnt slow in any means Fuu's main jutsu is one he created himself he makes a black pool of water appear underneath him at it moves him to which ever spot he wants but Fuu can only use this when he's in extreme danger

*Note:Fuu Can only be used by Itachi Uchiha unless tought to the other user
*Note:Can be summoned once and lasts for 4 turns
Declined, limit the elemental abilities it can use and this would require a water source to be able to use, if not like the filler episode where the pirahna and shark require a moving body of water

It has a movable handle allowing it to switch from a traditional sword to a double-headed sword; the handle was designed to fit on either side of the blade. However, the greatest advantage of this sword is allowing its user to perform wind techniques with the use of only a single handseal.

He can also weild a flaming sword or a fire whip. For these 2 fire weapons to be created the user needs to perform one handseal. This earth deamon has 3 abilities.
1. The Balrog can use up A rank fire (not including A ranks)
2. The Balrog can control a fire whip or a flaming sword.
3. The Balrogs body is as hard as A rank earth
These beast is able to walk and move, but not able to fly even though it has wings. Once the body of the Balrog is destoryed the fire will extinguish shortly after.

Note: Useable 3 times per battle
Note: Can't use genjutsu in the same turn as this jutsu

(Sennin hando) - Sage hand

Description: The user will gather their sage chakra into their hand and then, go to slap their opponent. This is no ordinary slap, as it is used when you expect the opponent to block. As you slap them, you release the sage chakra out of your palm sending a narutal energy wave blast out of you hand, traveling infront of you at high speeds. If the opponent doesn't dodge this, the energy is released onto the targets face hitting them harder than tsunade hits. This blast can blast back anything of A rank or below.

Note: Useable twice
Note: Must be in sage/hawk mode

Description: Blaziken is a guardian of the Queen Storm Skyress. Blaziken Is so far the only Buzzard with a different and smaller mass. It would seem that he is similar to a humanoid type animal and is much smaller than the other buzzards. Its wings aren't fully developed so it cant fly but by pushing against the wind, his speed increases to that of Skyry. Blaziken is a combat specialst and a great user of fire so she can use all fire based attacks and Taijutsu besides forbidden .

*Can only stay on the field for 3 turns*
*Can be forced back if hit by 80 points of damage and in this case cant be summoned again*
*can only be taught by Taiketsu Namikaze to those with Buzzard contract*

Description: The user will gather his fire chakra and infuse his own chakra, spewing a stream of intense fire. If wraping them in fire fails, the user can simply attack them with that stream as the intense flame will still burn. Like its mother jutsu, if the opponent doesn't escape in two turns, the oxygen will burn up and he/she will die.

When infused with wind or lightning natured chakra, they can easily pierce through stone. The knuckles damage and effect can also be maximized if the person has a better control of their chakra. If used for taijutsu related techniques these knuckles can be very deadly. Since these knuckles are worn like a glove the user has no problem performing hand signs. Because of the metal they are made from, the knuckles can be used to deflect incoming kunais or shurikens with ease.

Description: To enter Wolverine Mode the user must stand on top of the head of any wolverine and enter in a meditating state. The wolverine will then start transfering his chakra to the user, while he gathers the chakra and slowly attains characteristic and special ablities that Wolverines have.
The user's sense of smell and hearing are enhenced, so now he can track the opponent and can hear the slightest sounds made by him.
The strenght of the user also is increase to a level that can be compared to A's and so does his speed increase (1lvl). The user's canine teeth grow, the nails take a claw-like appareance and the body can fight freely in cold weather. Also, since every Wolverine has an elemental affinity the user can perform jutsus with at least 3 hand seals for the respective affinity of the Wolverine use to enter Wolverine Mode. But of course all this ''boosts'' have a drawback, the user's eye sight is completely useless if fighting at night and Lightning jutsus that emit light apply 10, default Damage Points, no matter if they make contact with the user. After Wolverine Mode is worn of, the user will be completely exhausted because of the drastic changes in his body had to bared.
Note: A turn has to pass before completely enter Wolverine Mode.
Note: The user can't perform any jutsus while trying to abtain Wolverine Mode, only clones.
Note. Clones can't use Wolverine Mode, but they wil appear in Wolverine Mode if used while the user is in it.
Note: The Wolverine used to attain Wolverine Mode will automaticly dissapear.

Also, since every Wolverine has an elemental affinity the user can perform jutsus with at least 3 hand seals for the respective affinity of the Wolverine use to enter Wolverine Mode. But of course all this ''boosts'' have a drawback, the user's eye sight is completely useless if fighting at night and Lightning jutsus that emit light apply 10, default Damage Points, no matter if they make contact with the user. After Wolverine Mode is worn of, the user will be completely exhausted because of the drastic changes in his body had to bared.
Note: A turn has to pass before completely enter Wolverine Mode.
Note: The user can't perform any jutsus while trying to abtain Wolverine Mode, only clones.
Note. Clones can't use Wolverine Mode, but they wil appear in Wolverine Mode if used while the user is in it.
Note: The Wolverine used to attain Wolverine Mode will automaticly dissapear.

Description: After performing a single handseal the user will blow from his mouth a very small wind gust at the opponent. The wind will enter through the opponent mouth and nose and it flows through the pharynx, past the glottis and into the larynx and trachea, ending in the lungs. However since is very rare that an opponent opens his/her mouth the user must ''open'' the opponent's mouth by other neccesary means. After 1 opponents turns passes the opponent's muscles of the chest and abdomen aids the airflow to move down when the opponent inhales, and then up when exhales, causing the opponent to have hiccups and limits the user to use jutsus that are blown directly from the opponent's gut or mouth since the opponents haves hiccups the jutsus will get stuck in the mouth or trachea and damage them greatly, but jutsus like the Fireball Jutsu who only need a little blow and the fire doesn't contact mouth or gut so the opponent is safe but the jutsu will loose 05 Damage points since the hiccups will interrupt is performance.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: This jutsu's effect last for 3 turns.

Also i dont want to use them yet because i think im to weak maybe when i get to aleast sannin. If none of them get approve or some or something lol. I just want to keep them like reserve because i got a lot of ideas and thats it thank you. Oh and it seems i cant get curse mark but i when the time eventually happens ill use the demon things..
Techniques are similar to my Yin/Yang Chakra Gun if not just a more elaborated version of mine.
