I can't remember the last time I submitted a custom >_> but i got inspired by Elfman and well...

Bubun Henge no Jutsu - Partial Transformation Technique
Rank: A

Description: This technique relies on the same principles of the Henge no Jutsu but instead of transforming the users whole body, it transforms a specific part. This technique is regarded as a more advanced version of its variation due to it requiring better charka control and concentration that is needed to fully utilise it; however, it still retains the traits of the original transformation technique as it is still dispelled if the user takes physical damage. Once this technique is in use, the transformed part of the users body gains the characteristics of what it has formed into, like a claw of an animal or tail of a snake for example. As touched on earlier, this technique requires more concentration of chakra and because of this, the partial transformation can only be active for three turns and cannot be used more than twice per period of a fight.

So this basically has no effect other than giving the appearance of extra limb or whatever ya wish to partial transform ?

Fuuinjutsu: Gisei no heirōringu (Sealing Technique: Halo the Ring of Sacrifice)

Description: This seal is a usually a tattoo on the users chest, it acts as a conductor for chakra but can only be activated with immense amounts of energy. To activate the ring, the user has to sacrifice a limb, (only a big limb such as an arm or a leg can be used) the limb is sacrificed by focusing all life chakra and energy from the limb into the seal, by doing this the ring will begin to glow, and fire a gigantic forbidden ranked ray of pure chakra towards the target.
Note: Requires no handseals.
Note: Can only be used twice per match, if used a third time the user will die.
Note: Using the seals effect counts as one of the three techniques allowed per move.

Description: This seal is a tattoo on the users body, it acts as a gathering point and converter for chakra, the seal has the ability to create an extra personality within the user. By feeding on the users chakra and sub consciousness, this seal can create a primitive consciousness within the user, this extra personality, is able to use the five senses, although it cannot control them, meaning that the user still controls his/her body, but the extra personality sees hears and feels what the user does. The seal has the ability to convert chakra, so the extra personality has its own chakra signature. If the user is under extreme pressure, the extra personality will take control over the user and deal with the situation. The extra personality pretty much works like a bijuu, but without the extreme amounts of chakra.
Note: Cannot be used in battle, must be pre-made.
Note: Can only be used by ZeroG.

Fuuinjutsu: Tenki shīru (Sealing Technique: Weather Seal)

Description: This seal allows the user to change the weather. The user focuses elemental chakra into the seal to activate it, the seal will then convert the raw elemental chakra into small molecules which will then be released into the sky, and this will cause an almost instant weather change. Depending on the amount of chakra used the weather will be more extreme.
Fire = Sunny
Water = Rainy
Wind = Windy
Lightning = Stormy
Note: Each element can only be used once.
Note: The elements can be mixed if the user is able to utilize that element.
Note: Can only be used by ZeroG.

Description: Ninja Body Technique's is a term used to describe the fighting style used by the Fourth Raikage. A combination of ninjutsu and taijutsu, the Raikage uses nintaijutsu by first surrounding himself with his Lightning Release Armour. This augments the strength of his physical attacks, making them more deadly. His speed and reflexes are also increased. It is unknown if there are other examples of nintaijutsu.
Note: Can only be used by -Fakeness
Note: If the user finishes the Technique the user won't be able to use Taijutsu and Ninjutsu for 3 Turns.

Name: Lariat Mode: ラリアット

Description: The user charges at his opponent, striking them with a Lariat move, coated in chakra. A successful strike can blow away a target's entire chest with a direct hit. The attack is rather straightforward, but very quick and powerful. A lariat is when an attacking Shinobi runs towards an opponent, wraps his arm around their upper chest and neck and then forces them to the ground. This move is similar to a clothesline, the difference being that in a clothesline the users arm is kept straight to the side of the user during the move, while in the lariat the user strikes their opponent with his arm while coated in chakra the whole time. The user can Give Leg Lariat's, Arm Lariat's which are all Coated in chakra which give's a huge fatal damage. The eyes of the user become's Black and the User gain's 50% Chakra. The Muscle's get Larger and bigger and give's the user a huge Speed amount.
Note: Only usable for 5 turns.
Note: No Taijutsu for the next 3 turns.

Crooked arm lariat

The crooked arm lariat is performed when an attacking user runs towards an opponent with the arm bent upward at the elbow 60–90 degrees and wraps his arm around their head forcing them to the ground Coated with chakra causing a Blow into the ground making the opponent unconscious.

Flying lariat

The attacking user first uses the ropes to build up speed. When speed is built the attacking wrestler uses the speed to leap forward and wrap his/or her arm around the opponent's neck, causing the power of the force to knock down the opponent Coated with Chakra which make's the opponent hard to breath.

Lariat takedown

The User runs towards his opponent, wraps his arm around their upper chest and neck of the opponent, and swings his legs forward, using his momentum to pull the opponent down with him to the mat, on to their upper back. This move is also called a running neckbreaker or bulldog lariat all coated in Chakra if the technique is successful the opponent could break his neck.

Leg lariat

Also referred to as a jumping leg lariat or a running calf kick this attack is seen when an attacking user runs towards an opponent, jumps and wraps his leg around the opponent's head/neck knocking the opponent to the ground while the user is Coated in Chakra.

This custom Jutsu stuff seemed interesting, so I thought I'd give it a shot.

Ninpou: Yuketsu no Jutsu (Ninja Art: Blood Transfusion Technique)
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short-range
Chakra Cost: 25
Damage Points: -
Description: This is a more offensive style medical ninjutsu. The user of this jutsu transfers the blood from him/herself and implants it to an ally to give them strength for battle. This jutsu can also be used in an opposite form, by using it on an enemy to transfer their blood to yourself and weakening the opposing person. The opponents' strength is then drained for 2-3 turns.
Note: Requires an open wound (biting thumb, similar to kuchiyose is an example).
Note: Medical ninjutsu cannot be used to heal any loss of one's own from this jutsu.


Declined, read rules and you would know ya need be over 50 posts then get to Special jonin level before your allowed B rank but not only that no medical jutsu

Description: These Gauntlets were given to the strongest samurai in the Emperors army. They were forged from mithril (They cover from the users hand up to their elbows) and were said to have been tempered by the blood of the Emperor himself. Being forged from this substance and tempered with the blood of "God" incarnate (Emperors were considered Gods) they are virtually indestructible and increased the physical strength of the user.

The gauntlets were said to have been able to extend the will of the Emperor to all things allowing the user to manipulate things out of their reach (as the will of the Emperor has no bounds). This in reality was that the gauntlets could channel the users chakra and convert them into "leashes" (hands of chakra which could extend great distances), this allows the user to grab things out of reach (Weapons). Unfortunately these leashes could not latch onto living things as the chakra of that organism would reject the users chakra and thus the leashes would have no effect on them.

-Leashes can only grab onto inanimate objects (not ones that are personal objects to someone as they are tainted by the chakra of that person and thus will not latch on) and only one leash from each hand.
-Indestructible, but cannot destroy everything
Note: This is the same concept as samurai sabre's chakra manipulation.

Yontoryu Modo | Four Swords Style Mode

Description: This mode is where the user wields four blades and uses them to perform attacks and techniques. Normally this mode would be impossible for a normal human to use. Miyamoto and Hattori created this mode as they were able to inhabit each others body and move freely, because of their special KG [Souma No Kou]. This allowed them to wield four blades at once (each one holds a blade in each hand and the inside body's arms can come out anywhere on the dominant body, thus adding versatility and surprise), and create a new style.

Once activated the users will draw their respective swords (thus wielding four in total), and sync their body and mind together thus allowing them to fight efficiently and would stop them from getting in the way of each other and working in harmony. The downside to this is that both bodies must stay synced in order to use the style.

-Must be a Samurai and a Souma No Kou user.
-Proficient users can sync in a second.
-Allows the user to use the "Yontoryu" techniques.

Description: This Technique can be performed with two or four swords depending on the capabilities of the user. The user charges his swords with chakra and holds them in an 'X' formation in front of him. The user can hold the blades in different ways for different effects:

-Holding the blades with the sharp side towards the opponent will allow the user to send a devastating crescent of chakra at ones foes (by swinging the blades outwards while charged with chakra, which can easily cut through rock and to an extent normal steel (up to B rank with two blades, A rank with four blades).

-Holding the blades with the blunt side towards the opponent allows the user to "rip apart"/deflect ninjutsu (by swinging the blades outwards at the point of impact), the chakra will be blunt (so it won't just cut through the technique but it will pull the technique outwards with the swords and chakra) and will pull the ninjutsu apart with the swords thus deflecting the technique to around them, but won't harm the opponent (up to A rank with two blades, S rank for four blades).

-Must be a Samurai to use.
-Twice per battle.
-Must wait two turns before using this technique again.
-To use four blades one must have learned the "Yontoryu Mode".

Description: A technique in which the user slashes an opponent at such a fast pace that it appears that they didn't attack at all (in fact, to the casual observer it would look like the user simply walked past the victim). Only when a certain amount of time has passed, which is approximate to the time the user walks ten feet away, or three steps ('''verses''', as the name suggests), does their opponent only realize the attack. It seems to employ elements of ''iai'' (instant sword-draw-and-resheath) since it is generally initiated (though not always) with the user moving towards the intended target(s) with a naked blade and walks past them before sheathing it back. It is usually at this point that the victims start manifesting and feeling the effects of this high-speed attack. The actual attack itself however, is never seen clearly due to the speed implemented. The technique is highly versatile, since with it, the user can slash multiple targets at once and if they so wish, the damage they inflict can be as fatal or as incapacitating as they like
-Must be a Samurai to use.
-Only twice per battle.
-The user can use this attack while running past or walking past the opponent.
-Restricted to three targets at one time.

Though this leaves the user vulnerable to fire attacks if the opponent can see the user. This can also be used in avoiding attacks. The user can reform at any point. Description: The user will have a special tattoo seal on their chest that is shown in the image below. This is a special seal similar to that of tsunades seal on her forehead. Before battle the user will sit and meditate gathering natural energy which will then be concentrated into the seal on the users chest. This seal can store enough natural energy to enter sage mode for 3 turns after it is activated, but due to the complexity of the seal, once the seal is released, it takes 1 turn before the user can effectively enter sage mode. This natural energy can also be used for other special modes, but then it takes 2 turns to manipulate the chakra before entering the mode.

Description: The user will perform a series of hand seals and slam their hands to the ground to summon hope and will, if they have the special sage tatoos they can summon them this way too. These two are also known as uncle and aunt as will is Pa's brother. These two are also masters of the sage arts, though not as great as ma and pa. These 2 also have the special unique power to fuse with a master of sage mode, to help them keep the flow of natural energy. Though they arent as skilled or to ma and pa's level. When they fuse with the sage master, one must focus on gathering sage chakra at all time, or the balance of energy will cause the sage to turn to stone. Though the other is free to attack.

Description: This technique is based on the use of frog katanas and requires the mastery of sage mode and the ability to gather natural energy. After performing 2 hand seals the user will gather a small amount of natural energy and there wind chakra together. They will then focus there chakra in to their hand and thrust there palm forward is a swift, fast motion. This releases a huge wave of slicing wind with the great force of natural energy, sent at the opponent at immense speeds in the shape of a man sized hand. This intense force has the power to blast the target back while slicing them, but is very hard to control.

The wielder (me) himself sais that he is using one for fast speed attacks and another one for strength based attacks. Despite their appearance, they are not heavier than the usual katanas.

Doton| Ruinous Seal - the seal spreads out and glows for 3 seconds just under mid-range creating a glyph, which after the seals create a nigh inescapable barrier. Which, then masses of earth get uplifted and thrown violently around at the opponent.

Fuuton| Fleeting Seal - the seal spreads out and glows for 3 seconds just under mid-range creating a glyph, which afterwards creates a vacuum of slicing wind, cutting the opponent numerous times.

Suiton| Diffusional Seal -the seal spreads out and glows for 3 seconds just under mid-range creating a glyph, afterwards large water balls exit from the edges of the glyph and crash into the opponent sending them into the air, which then a torrent of rapidly spinning water traps the opponent in a bubble of water and slams them back down into the ground dealing the finishing blow.

The water chakra will be send to the blood veins to increase the blood flow with a large amount, it’ll also be used to keep the user body temperature at normal even when he’s in extreme situations.

The user avoids almost all regular fatigue and exhaustion.
Boost of speed similar to Lee without weights.
Boost of strength similar to Sakura’s strength.
Increased perception and quicker analyzing skills.
Will cause a severe headache when the effect wears off.

Second Ring | Ring of Lightning

When activating the second ring, the user loses his ability to manipulate lightning chakra for the rest of the battle; instead all the lightning chakra will be used to temporary improve his body. The lightning chakra will help impulses and signals reach the brain faster, and will release small impulses into the muscles to make them work faster. The chakra will also numb the users nerves to a certain degree.
This will result in:
High resistance to pain.
Boost of speed similar to the 2nd gate.
Boost of strength similar to Tsunade at her best.
Increased reaction time.
The user will feel a sting of pain when this ring is activated and when it ends. The user will only be able to use A-ranked Ninjutsu and below when this ring is activated.

Third Ring | Ring of Wind
When activating the third ring, the user loses his ability to manipulate wind chakra for the rest of the battle; instead all the wind chakra will be used to temporary improve his body. The wind chakra will help increase the oxygen level of the blood with a great amount, and to help the user control his breathing, the wind will also increase the users overall “flow” in his body.
This will result in:
Boost of speed similar to the 3rd gate.
Boost of strength similar to the 2nd gate.
Another boost in the users perception and reaction time.
This ring will put a severe strain on the users muscles when activated, the user will experience great pain when the effect of the ring wears off. The user can only use C-ranked Ninjutsu and below when this ring is activated.

Fourth Ring | Ring of Earth
When activating the fourth ring, the user loses his ability to manipulate earth chakra for the rest of the battle; instead all the earth chakra will be used to temporary improve his body. All the earth chakra will be used to further enhance the strength and speed of the user by reinforcing the already existing enhancements.
This will result in:
Boost of speed similar to the 4th gate.
Boost of strength similar to the 3rd gate.
The users muscles and organs will be throughout damaged when this ring is activated, he will experience immense pain when the effect of the rings wear off. The user can only perform D-ranked Ninjutsu and below when this ring is activated.

Fifth Ring | Ring of Fire
When activating the fifth ring, the user loses his ability to manipulate fire chakra for the rest of the battle; instead all the fire chakra will be used to temporary improve his body. Most of the fire chakra will be used to smoothen the users muscles, but some of it will be concentrated into the users brain to forcibly make it release all the adrenaline available in the brain.
This will result in:
Boost of speed similar to the 5th gate.
Boost of strength similar to the 4th gate.
A chakra coat that reduces the damage hostile techniques inflicts on the user by 20 (only if it hits of course)
The user will experience extreme pain when this ring is activated. The user will not be able to perform any techniques (with the exception of Taijutsu)

Restrictions:
• No Genjutsu can be used while any of these rings are active and 2 turns after.
• No Summons can be used the first turn of the 1st 2nd and 3rd ring and none at all when the 4th or 5th is activated.
• It’s possible to jump directly to a ring but the user will still suffer the others disadvantages (example: If you jump directly to the ring of wind you won’t be able to use water lightning or wind.)
• Activating a ring counts as one of the three moves allowed per turn.
• The 1st ring can last for 5 turns. The 2nd and 3rd can last for 4 turns. The 4th and 5th can last for 3 turns.
• Each ring can only be activated once, and it’s not possible to activate a weaker ring than the user is currently in.
• When the 2nd ring ends, the user won’t be able to use Forbidden ranked techniques for the following two turns.
• When the 3rd ring ends, the user won’t be able to use S-ranked and above techniques for the following turn and no forbidden ranked techniques for the following two turns.
• When the 4th ring ends, the user will receive 20 damage because of the energy usage, and won’t be able to use A-ranked and above techniques for the following turn, no S-ranked techniques for the following two turns, and no forbidden ranked techniques for the following three turns.
• When the 5th ring ends, the user will collapse due to energy exhaustion and won’t be able to move for the rest of the battle.
• Nothing can suppress the pain caused by this technique.
• No modes can be activated during and after the effects of the 4th and 5th ring.
• Ninjutsu can only be utilized once per turn when the 4th or 3rd ring is active and only twice when the 2nd or 1st is active.

Yougama is the most capable lava user on Myobokuzan Mountain, and is able to use all lava techniques up to S-rank, because of his great knowledge of lava he is completely unaffected by C-ranked lava techniques and below.
