Advanced Inuzuka Senses | Kōdona Inuzuka Kanchi

Description: This technique is an advanced form of the heightened Inuzuka senses, and it can only be performed by members of the Inuzuka clan whom have achieved full mastery of the clan techniques. This technique requires physical contact with the users ninken, and it’s based around the principle that Inuzuka clan members are able to mix and share their chakra with their ninken, and the other way around. The user focuses greatly on the bond he and his ninken shares and absorbs almost all its chakra, leaving it completely drained and unable to battle any further. The great presence of canine chakra in the users body, will greatly increase the users sense of smell and hearing to a level that is far more advanced than even the most experienced and talented Inuzuka clan members. This means that the user is able to hear the opponent’s heartbeat and smell the adrenaline coursing through his veins. Because of the massive animal presence in the users chakra network, the user inherits a small part of his ninkens “6th sense” (the sense that allows dogs to foresee storm, for example) which allows him to block out unnecessary sounds like explosions. The user is able to adjust his hearing and smell by controlling the chakra flow to his ears and nose.

-Lasts until deactivated.
-The users ninken cannot move or battle for the rest of the battle after this technique has been used.

~Declined~ I'll give it to you, this technique is well thought out. Only a few thing to tweet. Why is there 20 damage if it's an A-rank technique? You can take it off. Make it last for a fixed number of turns (4). Lower your abilities a bit, check the bold part. Please mention that you can't use your dog (or any dog) for the rest of the fight as a drawback. Lastly, make it S-rank.

Description: The user releases a massive amount of earth chakra into the ground below him and claps his hands together; this causes a gigantic humanoid behemoth to rise from the ground somewhere short range around the user. The behemoth looks like a traditional samurai and it is equipped with a large katana and a big round shield. The behemoth and the user are linked by a chakra bond and therefore the behemoth mimics all the users movements to perfection, it cannot move by itself. The behemoth is made from the strongest minerals and metals in the earth, and it is able to regenerate most non-lethal damage by absorbing the earth around it. The users chakra is constantly coursing through the behemoth and therefore it cannot be used as a base for earth techniques. To function properly the behemoth draws on a small amount of the users life force. Because of the chakra and life force running through the behemoth, it is able to manipulate and fire great amounts of earth with the strength of an S-ranked technique, this counts as one of the three techniques that can be used every turn. Because of the massive chakra drain the user won’t be able to use advanced earth techniques for a while.

I don't know if i'm missing something, but i don't see 20 damage anywhere on this technique. Please bold it so i can fix it. The damage is set to N/A on this technique.

Description: the user focuses earth chakra into his/her hands, and then slams them unto the ground, this creates a small earth wave, that’ll race against the target. When the wave is close to the opponent, (around short range) it builds up, (like when a wave comes close to shore) and becomes a 5 meter tall wave, which on the front side, looks like a crying face, with an open mouth. Inside the mouth there is a tongue, made of hard earth, that’ll try to grab the target, and pull it into the mouth. Inside the mouth there’s a lot of teeth made of stone, when the target is caught inside the mouth, the wave will sink into the earth and compress itself, crushing the target within it.

Changes bolded xd (but really, it's almost like a new technique. But instead of dropping the old and thereby disabling people whom i have allowed to use the old from using anything, i'm updating it into this.)

~Declined~ Follow proper template for Forbidden technique. Take out the part where he can manipulate the earth. Where are the physical restrictions related to any forbidden technique? All I see if that you won't be able to use a few jutsu in the coming turns, but no real physical drawback. Lots of work to do on this one.

The water will place it’s arms in front of the user, thereby shielding the user from harm. This is all done in one fluid motion.

-This is an advanced version of: (Suiton: Suishouha) - Water Style: Water Shock wave.

Make it clear that the water materialize around you and is then directed or used (like the original water shock wave). I will not accept it if it's created near your opponent.

Description: The user focuses chakra into his palms; this will cause the kanji for Seal to appear on the users left palm, and the kanji for Element to appear on the users right palm. This technique was created for the few situations where an enemy technique somehow prevents the usage of one or more elements. By clapping his hands together, the user seals the factors that prevents an element from being utilized, this works in the opponents favor too. The seal functions by sucking all the chakra out of the technique that prevents the element(s) from being utilized.
-The user cannot use any Fuuinjutsu the turn after this is used.
-Can only be taught by Zero Kelvin.
-Yes, this is a counter to the techniques I’ve seen that seals elements off for both combatants, I honestly think its utter running the RP, so here goes nothing.
-Cannot be used to escape the disadvantages of the users own techniques.

~Declined~ I really don't get how you perform this technique. You simply clap your hand and boom, your opponent's technique is over? Don't contact me over VMs/PMs, just resubmit with a clearer description.

Description: The user first uses the snake hand seal and then Gathering chakra in his mouth, the user will spray a thick mist that is concentrated in a small area giving it more volumne of water in a single area instead of spreading over a vaster area outward that will cover the area. This technique isnt performed like the Hidden mist technique in that it comes from a single direction being released from the user but has the potential if unchallanged to spread out over a area to become more like the hidden mist technique The mist is laced with Water-natured chakra, allowing it to soak up most Fire-natured attacks. It has shown to be vulnerable to Lightning-natured attacks, turning the entire area where it engulfs into a natural conductor. This technique can be used in conjunction with the Fire Release: Vibrant Show of Flame Technique to create a scolding wave of water that scorches the area due to their being enough concentration of water to cause a boiling effect.
Note: Can only be used 3 times per match

Description: The earth is caused to rise up at least 10 feet and a steep sloped mound is made with the shinobi performing this jutsu at its peak. The mound soaks up water like a sponge making this an effective jutsu to perform when fighting any water using shinobi. The use of this technique is to counter a water elemental jutsu, but it is capable of only absorbing a single jutsu in its useage and the user cannot use it to absorb any further water elemental ninjutsu.
Note: Can only absorb one technique per useage of the technique and can only be used 3 times with two turns before being used again.

He has an affinity for Lightning Element and Earth Element and can use the techniques up to what the user know's. He is capable of slamming his hammer onto the ground to activate the earth elemental techniques. He is capable of using the Killing Intent ninjutsu by simply inducing it by a roar. He is also the largest Red Panda summoning and due to his size he can travel across terrain quite quickly. He has thick fur that prevents him from being harmed by C rank and below Ice ninjutsu. He also has good hearing and a kean sense of smell allowing him to find hidden targets even when his field of vision is blocked.

He uses Fire elemental techniques up to the users rank, but he is more a taijutsu and kenjutsu user and can use the techniques that the user knows and due to his great physical strength he can increase the attacks by +10 damage. Due to being a expect sword user he is capable of performing the silent killing technique with his sword which is a Odachi. Along with his natural gifts of hearing and smell which allows him to listen for the movement of the enemy and smell them out which aides in the silent killing technique useage when unable to see the target.
Note: Can only be summoned twice and must wait two turns before re-summoning.
Note: Can only remain on the field for 5 turns.

Description:The user sends fuuton chakra into the air on any of the previous turns(must mention) and in any other turns after that when the opponent opens his mouth to perform a jutsu or talk,the user does a single handseal and the fuuton chakra channeled into the air around the opponent will rush in making a bubble of wind(the opponent is unaware of this when the ball forms and the wind ball forms instantly as the user does the handseal coz the opponent might have already inhaled the air that the user fused his chakra with).And right after the air bubble is formed(this air bubble doesn't restrict the opponent's mouth to spew out jutsu's(not yet) and so right after forming the air bubble,in the next turn the user does two handseals making the air bubble expand instantly blowing up the opponents head.
Note:
  • can only be used once per battle
  • must have wind element mastery
  • must channel fuuton chakra into the air on one of the previous turns
  • user cannot use any fuuton jutsu after making the wind ball and till the wind ball explodes
  • after using the jutsu the user can only use A-rank and below fuuton jutsu's
  • can only be used by igneel
  • jutsu is a 3 staged one and so right after forming the air bubble,by the next turn the user should do the 2 handseals to expand the bubble or the bubble pops in the opponents mouth dealing no damage what so ever

Description: after the 5 required handsigns, the user can transform parts or all of his/her body into the wind and appears as a shimmer when caught by the light. In this state the user can freely move in the wind at high-speeds and can only be hit by katon jutsu B rank and above. In this state the user can attack by sharpening the wind parts of his body and using it as a type of sword or harden the limb and use it as a hammer of sorts. Whilst in this state the user cannot use any jutsu other than an maximum of C rank in Fuuton style.
Note: can only use this jutsu Three time per battle.

The basilisks are related to the lizard species. They are omnivorous and eat fruits and plants as well as small creatures such as insects, fishes, birds and snakes. The basilisks are very fast runners and this enables them to possess the remarkable ability to "walk" on water. They are also excellent swimmers and climbers, can stay underwater for up to 30 minutes, burrow into sand, and their outstanding camouflage allows them to remain undetected when they remain still.

In the Narutoverse, all the abilities of the basilisks are enhanced and also, their natural ability to "walk" on water is partly due to their excellent chakra control. They are able to speak human language and have their own kingdom.

The basilisks are related to the lizard species. They are omnivorous and eat fruits and plants as well as small creatures such as insects, fishes, birds and snakes. The basilisks are very fast runners and this enables them to possess the remarkable ability to "walk" on water. They are also excellent swimmers and climbers, can stay underwater for up to 30 minutes, burrow into sand, and their outstanding camouflage allows them to remain undetected when they remain still.

In the Narutoverse, all the abilities of the basilisks are enhanced and also, their natural ability to "walk" on water is partly due to their excellent chakra control. They are able to speak human language and have their own kingdom.

When the user channels his chakra into TSJ a thin layer of Dark blue purple/blue coats the blade,it starts glowing in the elements corresponding color and allows the user to use its element effect. Each element has its own effect which, together with chakra infusion, counts as one of three moves per turn.


Zaiki l Guilt
Zaiki was infused with Zoro's regrets and sorrow, giving this blade the infinity of Water.Its recognized by the blue slash hanging of the Hilt.With this sword he is able to perform a slash of infused Water that can launch at the enemy and soak them while pushing them back. While using this sword the suer gains a boost of 5 to all suiton attacks and decreases the handseals needed by 1.

Kutsuu l Pain
Kutsuu was infused with Zoro's pain and suffering,Giving this blade the infinity of Lightning.Its recognized by the yellow slash hanging off the hilt.With this sword the user is able the channel his chakra into the Blade allowing lgihtning sparks to fly of, with this he can let of a small lightning zap that will destroy most things at short range.While using this the suer gains a +5 boost to Raiton and handseals are reduced by 1.


Kirai l Hate
Kirai is Zoros final sword, its infused with his hate for the world.With this he takes the power from the other two swords and infuses them together allowing him to create Ranton.The Sword covers the whole blade in an ominous dark purple/blue glow. This sword is razor sharp and can cut through most normal objects, but its real special ability is its power to create a bolt of lazer from it blade.This bolt is a singular version of the move Laser circus and can soar through A-rank rock and water although has a weakness to wind.While equipping Kirai the user gains a +10 boost to Ranton and handseals are reduced by 2

A message to all

Recently, meself and the other mods have been getting VMs and PMs regarding many custom jutsu asking us to re-check them because you feel they were declined unfairly. I would like to re-iterate that the people checking the thread are all experienced Role Players who have had years of experience. All custom jutsu are reviewed and weighed equally, and we never decline a custom jutsu without a reason. We may choose to share this reason with you, but it is not manditory.

I find it disrespectful to go and ask one mod to check a set of customs after another has already declined them. That's like asking your mom if you can go to the party after your dad already said "no". Please respect the Mod's verdict, alter your jutsu, and re-submit.

She can fly at speeds that rival Rock Lee's movement without weights and her talons are enough to tear human flesh. She is relatively small compared to other condors she can carry 1 person on her back when flying, however this doesn't restrict her flying speeds which can still rival Rock Lee without weights. She can be summoned and active for 5 turns but no summon can be done the next turn.

Steal is steal, whether or not it's used in a D-rank or S-rank technique. Work on that part and make sure you don't underestimate Kaguya bones too. Description: Way to Dawn is the name of Riku's most highly favored sword. Riku constantly keeps it in his sheathe, having to often use it in battle, but if not already sheathed, he can call it to the field at any time (this requires no hand seals, so he can do it fluently and quickly in battle, but does require the above chakra amount). It's appearance is quite peculiar, most notably the wing on the inner part of it's blade. The main color of the blade is somewhere between a dark red and black, transitioning in colors from black to dark red from the blade edge to the blade's back respectively. One half of the blade's guard is compromised of what seems to be a demonic wing, whilst the other seems to be an angelic counterpart. Way to Dawn is of fair size for a blade, and Riku most often uses it with one hand, allowing for efficient and quick attacks. The blade's affinity, being that it's Riku's blade, belongs with ice-related techniques and jutsu. First, whenever the blade is in Riku's hand, he is capable of doing all ice jutsu with barely any handseals, but rather simply by swinging the blade or, in some cases such as the ice spike jutsu, stabbing it into the ground and three times per battle, the Riku can use this blade to increase any one of his ice-techniques ranks by one (obviously excluding forbidden-rank techniques). The sword can, at any time, be imbued with ice chakra that will increase it's durability and cutting power, though this, obviously, requires the user to use up more chakra. When the user does this, the blade will also become larger than normally and be covered in what seems to be a light blue coating, giving the sword extra reach, though still leaving it at the same weight and still allowing Riku to hold it the same way and still be balanced. The sword also has several other abilities (to be submitted as customs).
Note: When focusing ice chakra into the sword, the user will lose ten chakra points per turn.
Note: This blade can only be held by Riku. If anyone but Riku so much as touches its hilt, the blade will slowly encase them in ice while at the same time dropping their body's temperature exponentially. The ice will first begin to creep up their hands until it covers their entire body.

~Declined~ Check the bold part. Summon it with a special seal you need to touch, or with hand seals, but not out of thin air. Make it so it lowers your hand seals by 2-3 but change that part. Make it so it can only boost A-rank and lower by one rank.
Changes made ^^. I took out the reducing hand seals part completely considering that most ice techniques use like one seal anyway, but I did leave in the part about being able to swipe the blade or stab it into the ground since nothing was said about that. If there is a problem with that, I won't mind that being taken out if it means that this weapon gets approved.

Hyourinmaru – Ice Ring

Description: A sword that has been passed down through Yuki clan for ages. It was broken before, in the war where the Yuki Clan almost became extinct. The sword is said to be made out of the heart of a special meteor that fell in the village. The meteor was as cold as ice, and had all the properties of ice. The Yuki Clan took the meteor, and forged a sword out of the core of this heavenly rock. As the sword was formed, it gleamed heavily and continued to send out a soft blue light. The user of this sword gets a +15 damage point boost on every Ice Release jutsu used, as well as slowly freezing anything it comes in contact with. Of course not the wielder, considering it must be one of the Yuki Clan to wield this. The sword also comes with a most secret technique. It gives the user the ability to use send out a wave of ice from the tip of the sword. This wave can be used as a direct attack or shield). It also has the ability to let the user use any ice-release attack without any hand seals.
Note: The wave can only be used once (so the user has to choose for the offensive or defensive side)
Note: When using the wave, it has the attack power of an A-rank attack, and can only defend up to A-rank attack, except fire.
Note: The user can only use an ice attack without hand seals twice
Note: The user can only use attacks without hand seals when having the sword in his hands.
Note: Only one of the Yuki clan can wear this sword (especially Wesobi). If anyone else touches it, he/she gets frozen instantly.

~Declined~ OP. Work on all those abilities...this sword is almost stronger than the 7SM. Take out the part about it reducing all hand seals to zero for ice jutsu. Work on it, you stacked many abilities that could have been hard to approved if it was the only this sword possessed.

This female Raven has yellow and blue feathers, her feathers represent the elements she's able to use meaning she could use water and lightning. Great Killer Raven is able to use water up to s-rank without water source she is really powerful when it come's to water, she don't need a water source for water due to her training she has study water since a little raven and she was train by it for about three years. She's able to use lightning up to a-rank since she was born on Kumogakure she had great training. In order for this female raven to do jutsus with hand seals the user that summon her to the battle field need's to be on the raven back and do the hand seals for the raven. The peak of this raven is able to transform into a sword call 'Feathers' this sword is rarely use by the Raven. Great Killer Raven is the size of Gamabunta.

- The Great raven stay's on battlefield for five turns.
- The sword call Feathers goes away the next, turn and it can't be use again.
- Must sign the Rave contract.

The user first, will do the necessary hand seals and summon three ravens on battlefield each, of this raven is able to do only one element. The first, raven name is 'Light' the second, raven name is 'Dark' and the third, raven name is 'Sunset' each of their name has a meaning. Light is able to do earth jutsus up to b-rank only, when his on the ground, Dark is able to do taijutsu and is able to fight only at close range and Dark stand's up like a normal humans and fight with his strong wings and Sunset is able to fly at high speed on the sky though these three ravens are a team but they are hardly summon on battle they mostly summon on war. Light has only white feathers, Black has only back feathers and Sunlight has only yellow feathers. The size of these three summoning is the size of the known Gamabunta.

- These three summoning only last 3 turns on battlefield
- If Light uses one b-rank earth jutsu he can't use a b-rank earth jutsu again
- Must have sign the Ravens contract

~Declined~ Submit all of those individually and make them smaller. Only boss summon can be as big as Gamabunta.

This raven is an evil raven is has the personality of the known snake 'Manda' when this raven is summon to battle he get's really mad but at the same time he love's to fight and he get happy and start's to have fun. This raven feather are way different than normal ravens feather this raven feather are color Bazaar, this feathers are really rare and they have a meaning of being rare. This raven was born on Konohagakure and it has special abilities due to the feathers. This raven is able to do wind all the way up to s-rank and is also, able to trap people on his special genjutsu call 'Bazaar trap'. When Art release his genjutsu he first, has to put his wing up facing the opponent and by the second later, the opponent will be trap on the genjutsu on this genjutsu the opponent see a place where their was war and stuff alike such as his saddest moments on life for example, user one summon's Art to the battlefield as soon as Art is summon he use's his genjutsu and the opponent will get trap at it, when the opponent get's trap he will see many different wars and all his saddest moment on his whole life. While his trap on the genjutsu, the user is able to do what he wish to do with the opponent.

- The genjutsu don't need eye sight from the opponent to be activate
- The genjutsu is only usable twice per battle
- Art only can last, five rounds
- When Art use an s-rank wind element the Genjutsu limit lower's to only usable once per battle
