it's quite a mess for me now. maybe I'm too tired... however you CAN'T make certain elements totally unaffected just because you are surrounded by chakra. the walls only contains your chakra and you are inside them, so any lightning technique that hits even the smallest parts of the wall may be lethal to you. Hozuki members are especially weak against lightning techniques.

(Suiton: Mizu Heya Giman) - Water Room Deception
Type: Supplementary, Defensive
Rank: S
Range: Short/Mid

Description: The user performs the Rat → Tiger → Dog handseals and slam one of his hands on the ground. Then he channels water chakra in the existing water source under him and his opponent and create a perfectly squared room from it, covering the two people. As the room is made, the user then uses the Hydrification Technique to merge with the room's walls and travel inside it freely. Then if the user wishes, he could materialize fully or partially to attack. While merged with the walls, the user is unaffected by most physical attacks such as spikes, hits, cuts, etc. But large scaled attacks that destroys the walls may cause damage to the user and/or force him to cancel his technique(s).

Notes and Restrictions:
- Can only be uses twice per battle.
- Because the room's walls contains the user's chakra, doujutsu users will not be able to spot the user easily or until he is materializing
- Can not use S-rank or higher Suiton techniques in the next turn.
- Must be a member of the Hozuki clan to use
- Can only be taught by EdwardSama

Description: The user performs the Boar → Dog →Dragon handseals and concentrate their chakra in their two hands. They slam their hands on the water source, summoning two walls to come up in the left and the right of the target. The walls would be up to 15 feet tall and 15 feet wide. Each wall would count as A-ranks each, meaning that it can only be destroyed by the same way A-rank techniques are destroyed. The user can control how far the two walls are apart from the target. After the two walls made of water are in place, the user will use their chakra that was used to make the wall to make small bullets to attack the opponent. Each wall will produce up to 500 bullets each , however all 1,000 will not hit because of the size of the target. The wall will collapse after one turn because all the water used for the wall would have been used away with the bullets.

Notes and Restrictions:
- Can only be used twice per battle
- No S-rank suiton techniques in the next turn.
- Each wall counts as an A-rank suiton; meaning if one tries to destroy one of the walls, it would need to be a technique capable of destroying an S-rank
- If one wall is destroyed, the other walls bullets will only deal half the damage.
- The bullets are NOT capable of piercing like normal bullets, the damage dealt by the attacking bullets would be one like a punching feeling, but a lot more 'punches'. Like someone being repeatedely punched everywhere
- Can only be taught by EdwardSama
- Requires the target to be standing on a fairly large water source.
- This technique can be used underwater but -10 damage will be reduced because the water would slow down the speed of the bullets

(Doton: Ka Mure) - Earth Release: Mosquito Swarm

Description: The user performs a single hand seal and send his chakra in the earth. Then he creates several little mosquitos from that earth, what he can use for attack. These mosquitos are as big as the nails on the hands and look like the male mosquitos except their mouth, what was replaced with a long and thin needle made from earth. The mosquitos are using this needle to attack the opponent, but due to their small size they only deal moderate damage. However to make up for the less damage, just like with normal needles, the user can direct the mosquitos to attack certain points on the opponent with a pinpoint accuracy. With that he can deal damage that can be lethal to the opponent. To increase the usefulness of this tech, every mosquito is extremely light so that they can fly using their wings or walk on the ground or solid surfaces if needed. When flying, they have the speed of a flying needle (thrown needle), but on ground they are slow. Each mosquito can be controlled individually or in swarms depending on the number and the user's intentions.
- only a maximum of 30 mosquitos can be made and remain on the battlefield at a time
- each mosquito can remain on the battlefield for 3 turns
- if a mosquito hits it's target, it will stick to it until get destroyed or get a new command

Manji Sutairu ātsu | Manji Style Arts
Type: Kenjutsu-Taijutsu-KenTaijutsu.
Background: The Manji are a clan devoted to helping the poor, by stealing from the rich with the use of stealth. After successful attempts from the Manji, the rich decided to get other ninja and fighters to protect their funds. To counter this, the Manji devoted their efforts into mastering Taijutsu and Kenjutsu. Sometimes after mastering those aspects, the rich could still find ninja that were capable of defending against the Manji, until the Manji combined their attack styles into a Ken-Taijutsu that has yet to be defeated. Some special styles the Manji Mayfly, where a Manji Style Arts' user sticks his sword tip in the ground and uses his hands and feet to stay on the hilt, except when the legs are needed to move while on the sword.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The abilities of the Manji Style Arts are simple. Due to many ninja knowing regular Taijutsu / Kenjutsu and it's weakness, the Manji created a whole new style of Taijutsu and Kenjutsu, and some attacks are even a blend known as KenTaijutsu. The inner working is really the same as any other Kenjutsu or Taijutsu, but when blended, the user must be one with his blade and hand, and fighting for a good that some do not have the luxury of having.

(Manji Ken Muchi) - Manji Sword Whip
Type: Offensive

Description: The user takes his left hand and grabs his opponent by their hair, shirt, or shoulder. In the user's right hand, a sword will be held, with the butt of the sword at the opponent's face and the tip of the sword pointed in the air. The user then gains momentum by getting on one foot and leaning away from the opponent with the butt of the sword getting farther away, then accelerates tremendously while bringing his right hand down smashing the butt of the sword in the opponents face, causing broken teeth, broken nose, and bruised face.

Additional effects and Restrictions: When Taijutsu and Kenjutsu are mastered, all Manji Style Arts' techniques get a +10 damage bonus.
When mastering the Manji Style Arts', the user's speed and strength are doubled.
Cannot use the Manji Style Arts' if you are not fighting for the good of your village or your alliance.

He uses a large amount of water from the water source and shapes it into an enormous orb of water on top of the user. The user will hold up their two hands to hold up the orb of water, because chakra alone cannot levitate the orb on top of the user due to the pressure and the large amount of water. The user will then continue and use shape manipulation to shape two dragons (the size of the orb) coming out from the left and right of the orb. This dragon has the tails attached to the orbs itself. The two dragons can spit out a large torrent of water from their mouths and flap their wings to throw senbon shaped water tendrils. The water orb is a few feet larger then the orb that the four sensory ninjas created in the war HQ, and the two dragons made are about the size of the orb of water they created in the war HQ (in the anime)

Notes and Restrictions:
- The water torrent created from the dragon's mouth is A-ranks
- The water tendrils created from the wings are B-ranks
- Can only be used once per battle
- Cannot use any water techniques up to S-ranks in the next 2 turns
- Handsigns are slower after the technique is created for 1 turn, because of the strain and pressure placed on the two hands from holding it up.

Only read the restrictions and my comment is this; F-rank and only physical draw back is slower hand seals? F-ranks will always do damage to the user, hence why the are Forbidden jutsu.

Ohh.. :T_T: any ideas on F ranks? Oh and I forgot to add that the dragons fly to the opponents left and right and completely crush them, also they can regenerate as long as they are connected to the orb lol. So maybe.. they're hands get crushed? U_U wait that would suck.. Idk :T_T:

Why do you want an F-rank custom? If it is spammable, you will not be able to get it approved or it will be revoked.

If you want to make a strong custom answer these things; What do I want it to do? and; Can I do it will a cannon jutsu?

My CFS idea is one related to the Super Saiyan transformation which increased strength, speed, sight, and durability. Saiyan eyes are also somewhat like the sharingan, as they can view speedy movements undetectable by the normal eye. Saiyans also increase in power when they face death and live, I wanna incorporate that as well (like if they are healed after being close to no life left). I am also wondering if I should make up some techs exclusive to the CFS

From what I can see, I know I need to create limits as far as how long it last, chakra costs and all. I just am clueless how to go about it. I am open to suggestions of any kind so I get a better idea how to word this, and hopefully not get a DNR

unfortunately I don't have much clue about this Super Saiyan Transformation since I only watched Dragon Ball when I was about 12-14... but I more or less get what you want. tho the problem: a transformation itself is not a cfs. it is a custom clan ability at max, so you first need to find out a close combat style first. also eye techniques are strictly forbidden, so it is a no go to copy sharingan.

you can, however make it so that you possess more strength and better reaction time than average, but I'm not sure exactly what is ok and what is not. it's not allowed to gain certain boosts from a cfs. =/

being healed is a no go either, you need medical training for that, but if you just fool your body by certain means, it may be ok.

so what you need to do:
- create a close combat style for this cfs, most probably taijutsu/nintaijutsu
- find out what kind of abilities do you want, increased strength/power and better reaction time
- find out how you want to incorporate it with your transformation
- make a basic description and post it again so we can help

what I think could work:

you use your chakra to slightly transform certain parts of your body and boost them with certain things. like you transform your legs and make your kicks even stronger and make you to run faster. or transform your arms to gain more strength. or transform your chest/upper body to gain better resistance against incoming attacks.

to be honest I was already thinking about a cfs that makes my body extremely resistant to attacks and gives me better life force, but it may be too close to custom clans.

Type: Offensive
Rank: Forbidden

Chakra: 50
Damage: 90
Description: The user will perform the hand seals: Snake → Dragon → Rat and send out four compressed and pressurized bolts of lightning in the sky, positioning it to be shaped like a square, one bolt of lightning on each side. After this technique is performed, it will stay in the air for four whole turns until the lightning chakra has been pressurized enough. After four turns, the lightning bolts will send out one bolt of lightning each, resulting in four bolts of lightning. The four bolts of lightning will combine together to create a large bolt of lightning above the target, where it will strike down and cause severe damage. The 1st lightning bolt will be positioned behind left side of the user, the 2nd will be positioned on the right side of the user, the 3rd will be positioned in the left side of the target, and the 4th will be positioned on the right side of the target. The lightning bolts will be positioned in such a way that a simple "moving to long-range" Will not be able to avoid it, because of how separated the lightning bolts are. The first bolt will be aimed in the users left arm (if destroyed), the second bolt will be aimed at the users right arm (if destroyed), the third bolt will be aimed at the users right leg (if destroyed), and the 4th bold will be aimed at the users left leg (if destroyed). So, once the target destroys the outer layer of the lightning bolts, the actual lightning bolt stored inside will attack and aim for one of those areas (depending on what lightning bolt is destroyed). It travels at a normal rate, giving the opponent time to defend after they destroy it. However, if all four of these bolts join together after four turns, even the toughest defenses will be destroyed.

Notes and Restrictions:
- The user will have four turns to destroy the lightning bolts. Each lightning bolt is equivalent to B-rank lightning techniques, so they will be able to destroy the lightning bolts with any offensive technique technique B-rank or higher (Fire, Water, and Lightning), C-rank or higher in wind technique, and A-rank or higher earth technique.
- Once one lightning bolt has been broken, they will send out the lightning chakra stored inside to zap the user, resulting in 25 damage and paralysation on the body part zapped.
- Can only be used once per battle
- Cannot use any lightning techniques for the next (2) turns.
- Only way for the target to defend against this technique is destroying the lightning bolts
- If four lightning bolts are joined together, defenses including susano'o (not PS), garaa's sand, and Hyuga's rotation will not be enough to protect the opponent. If three lightning bolts join together, it will be equivalent to an S-rank lightning technique. If two lightning bolts join together, it will be equivalent to an A-rank lightning technique. If one lightning bolt is released, like said above, it will be equivalent to a B-rank technique.
- One = 25 damage
Two = 50 damage
Three = 75 damage
All four = 90 damage.

its like laxus's thunderdome, but only 4. thoughts?

Thanks alot Frozen :win: In between my insanely busy rl, I will try to do this and post again for feedback. I like what your saying as far as "transforming" a certain body part instead of a full blown transformation. A full blown SS transformation would probably have to resemble a Bijuu transformation so I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that's a no go

I'm researching now for my chosen CW, a weapon often referred to as manriki gusari.

Kusari-fundo, (鎖分銅), is a hand held weapon used in feudal Japan consisting of a length of chain (kusari) with a weight (fundo) connected to each end of the chain. Various sizes and shapes of chain and weight were used as there was no set rule on the construction of these weapons. Other popular names are manrikigusari meaning ten thousand power chain[1]or just manriki.

The founder of the Masaki ryū Masaki Tarodayu Dannoshin Toshiyoshi (1689-1776) is said to have developed a version of the kusari-fundo while serving Lord Toda as a bloodless weapon that could be used to defend the grounds of Edo castle.

Typically the length of the forged chain could vary from around 12 inches up to 48 inches. The chain could have many different shapes including round, elliptical, and egg shaped. The thickness of the chain also varied. Usually the first link of chain attached to the weight was round and often larger and thicker than the rest of the links of the chain.[3]

The weight attached to each end of the chain could have many different sizes and shapes, the weights were usually exactly matched in size and shape but on some of the related chain and weight weapons the weights could be completely different from each other, with one weight being much longer than the other like a handle on one end or one weight could be round while the other weight could be rectangular. Weight shapes include round, hexagon, rectangle. The weight could be fairly light or quite heavy with the typical weight being from 56.25 grams to 112.5 grams.

There's also variations of it that have a blade at 1 end. Might have to add that too

Totem of the Bird
Type: Attack/Defense/Supplementary (Weapon)
Rank: S-rank

Description: This weapon is a fusion of a sword and a totem made long ago. The totem is a falcon made from wood, iron and several other materials, while the sword is made from wood and metal only. This sword was shaped with the intention to hold the totem on top of it like a bird stand. The handguard was removed and replaced at the very end of the tip so the falcon can stand on it, while the hilt and the sheath was replaced with a thicker one. Thanks to these while the sword is sheathed, it looks like a staff that has a stave on top of it. The sword is fixed to the sheath with a small spiral inside to keep the opponent pull it out, so to unsheath it, the user has to twist the hilt a bit. The balde itself however isn't anything special. It is almost as long as the sheath, thin and straight, similar to a rapier but longer and has an edge on both sides.

The other and most important part of the weapon is the totem. This totem is a falcon made from different materials and has it's own consciousness. It can move on it's own and fly using it's wings, but mostly act on command from the user or when it's owner is in danger. When using the falcon, the user can use it as a medium to perform wind based or genjutsu techniques. To use wind techniques, the user only has to channel his wind chakra into the bird and using it's wings perform the technique. However when using genjutsu, the user not only channels his chakra into the bird, but also change the activation procedure of the techniques. The bird can't perform acts as a human, so when used to cast genjutsu, it instead uses it's sound the activate the gen. The falcon also stores the user's chakra inside it and use it to protect the user.

Kusari-fundo, (鎖分銅), is a hand held weapon used in feudal Japan consisting of a length of chain (kusari) with a weight (fundo) connected to each end of the chain. Various sizes and shapes of chain and weight were used as there was no set rule on the construction of these weapons.A formidable weapon from Japan's fuedal era (Edo period). The founder of the Masaki ryū Masaki Tarodayu Dannoshin Toshiyoshi (1689-1776) is said to have developed a version of the kusari-fundo while serving Lord Toda as a bloodless weapon that could be used to defend the grounds of Edo castle.
The chain (kusari)
Typically the length of the forged chain could vary from around 12 inches up to 48 inches. The chain could have many different shapes including round, elliptical, and egg shaped. The thickness of the chain also varied. Usually the first link of chain attached to the weight was round and often larger and thicker than the rest of the links of the chain.
The weight (fundo)
The weight attached to each end of the chain could have many different sizes and shapes, the weights were usually exactly matched in size and shape but on some of the related chain and weight weapons the weights could be completely different from each other, with one weight being much longer than the other like a handle on one end or one weight could be round while the other weight could be rectangular. Weight shapes include round, hexagon, rectangle. The weight could be fairly light or quite heavy with the typical weight being from 56.25 grams to 112.5 grams.

Vegeta's version of this weapon has extra chain hidden inside of the right handle which Vegeta can release by applying pressure to the handle, allowing it to extend to mid range. There is also a small blade hidden in left handle that Vegeta can release giving the weapon the appearance of Kusarigara (chain and sickle)

By infusing the weapon with chakra, Vegeta can also use this weapon as a restraining device by hurling it towards his opponent, wrapping them up and cancelling out minor attacks. Also making it harder for the opponent to dodge the next attack (within reason).

*chakra binding can only be used 3 times per match
*Can only be wielded/taught by ~Vegeta~
