(Suiton: Seigen kyuutai no jutsu) - Water release: restricting orb of water jutsu.
Type: Supplementary/Defensive

Description: The user creates the Horse → Ram → Tiger, and moves their two hands in an upward motion to make the water rise up beneath the user and the opponent. The user must be at a short ranged to their opponent in order to perform this technique. By releasing their chakra into the water underneath the user and the opponent, the user is able to manipulate the water to rise up and cover him/herself along with his/her opponent. The opponent and the user will be unable to move because of the density and pressure of the water. By surrounding themselves with a thin shield of chakra before performing the technique, they are able to move freely around the water, though the opponent can do the same even when caught in the jutsu. In the water, you are able to use jutsus.

Note:
- Can only be used three times per battle
- Can only be taught by EdwardSama (me)
- Cannot use fire or thunder techniques when you're in the water, because you will end up hurting yourself as well




This is for a custom jutsu i'm trying to make, but dont have the time right now. i just made the gif, so i'll edit this post tomorrow or monday when i have time. >_>

now guys it's just an idea, so go easy on me... would it work as a cj?

it would be based on lightning what gathers iron powder from the ground and form it into a sword. the iron would move with high speed inside the sword what with the lightning in it would work like a chainsaw. then if the user wishes, he could use the lightning to change the shape of the sword and use it as a whip.

When the chakra is in the ground, the user uses this chakra to electroduce the iron sand found in the earth and once an enough amount is electroduced, raise and collect it above the ground, creating a sword from it. The sword is only made of this iron sand and lightning chakra, where the lightning chakra flutters/vibrates the iron sand grains inside the sword, making it work like a chainsaw. Due to this effect the sword can cut solid objects easily. Another advantage of this technique is that the iron sand can be manipulated as the user wishes as that has no solid form. If the user wishes, he can reshape the sword into a long, but thin whip, what he can control using his lightning chakra presented in the sword/whip.

Description: The user performs 2 hand seals and start to continually emit a high amount of lightning chakra from his whole body. Once the chakra is released, the user uses his chakra to electroduce (is that a word? lol) objects/areas in his vicinity. He then change the charge of his lightning chakra he emits and use the previously electroduced objects/areas to pull himself toward them. However while he is pulling himself, the user continually redirects his lightning chakra toward new objects/areas and start the process again, resulting in a continuous movement. When the lightning reaches an area/object/technique that has earth chakra in it, that chakra gets nullified and if that was an earth technique, it gets destroyed too. If the earth chakra in the targeted area/object is S-rank or higher, it gets destroyed/nullified but the technique stops too. The user while using this jutsu can raise himself in the air, making it possible to move around areas (like a swamp) where normally it wouldn't be possible. The lightning also surrounds the user which shocks everything that gets in contact with it.

Dance of the Butterfly
Type: Nintaijutsu

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
This style is based on the Butterfly Effect, where when a butterfly flaps his wing, it creates a hurricane on the other side of the World. The style uses the same concept and incorporates it with simple taijutsu and 3 basic elements. The principle of the style is to usesimple movements through elements from a safe distance. These elements are the earth, water and wind, but all of them has different usage, effects and needs different levels of knowledge.

To use this style, one has to look at the elements on a different way than he did before. The user not only have to keep in mind how these elements look, work and what effects they have, but also what they are made of on a much more basic level. This is necessary for the user to use the basics of the style. These basics are to create "waves" in these elements, that are not only not losing strength, but the opposite, they gain it. However it's still not enough, they still have to be fast and have an effect in real time or with a timed delay.

Once the user understands the basics of the styles, he can now use them with the elements. However as said above, these elements have different levels, usage and effects, which are the followings.

Earth:
The easiest and most basic element of the style. The user punches or stomps at the ground and use earth chakra at the same time. With his chakra, instead of simply directing it toward the targeted area and perform a technique, he also creates a "wave" that has an effect on the smallest grains of the earth. These grains when the user starts his technique, gets "hit" with the user's chakra what results in them being hit the grains next to them, what also hit the grains next to them and so forth. This results in a continuous "wave" of hits that travels toward the targeted area. This wave while moving, gathers the energy from these hits and gradually strengthen itself, resulting in a bigger and way stronger wave.

Water:
The second element of the style, which requires advanced knowledge. Since it has no solid form, it is harder to create a wave. The initial movement is the same, the user has to stomp or hit the water and release water chakra into it. However this thime he has to "hit" the water molecules inside the water what also starts a "wave". This wave also gathers the energy from the hits and the wave gradually get stronger, but since it has no solid form, the user has to possess a better chakra control and direct the wave more carefully. However since the water has no solid form, the user can use water based attacks faster than earth.

Wind:
The last and hardest element of the style, however the user has the most freedom in it. He can make a punch, kick, swing or just a little finger movement in the air to create the wave. He has to hit the wind particles with his chakra in the air and control it perfectly. Like with the previous elements, it gains strength as it travels and is the fastest from them all.

If the user can master this style, he can not only create these waves and direct them in certain directions, but also learns to time these attack. He will be able to launch attacks with immense speed at long distances, or slow them down extremely, creating an attack that has an effect way later. He will also be able to hide his attacks in the elements by controlling the wave and preventing the elements from "splashing", turning them into surprise attacks. That time the used elements won't have a noticable change in their form for the naked eye, just only the "gathered strength" travels, what only affects the used element evidently when is about to hit. Masters of the style will be able to strengthen his attacks in short range in order to have greater effects.

Those who learn the style, automatically go through some stages that determines his knowledge of the style.

Student:
Those in this stage learns how to create the basic effects and use the 3 elements starting with Earth. Those who are here are usually lower ranked or doesn't possess all the elements.

User:
Those in this stage possess all 3 elements, get to know how to use the basics and learn to time his attacks and change their speed. Those who are here mastered the 3 elements, has great chakra control and has appropriate knowledge of the style.

Master:
Those in this stage possess all 3 elements, knows the basics, learned to time their attacks, change their speed and can prevent "splashing" to use suprise attacks.

Creator:
Creator of the style, knows everything the other stages knows and can use his style in shorter range with greater/maximum effect.

This wind travels in every direction and during that, gathers strength and grows gradually, resulting in a 360° hit that pushes everything back.

Dance of the Butterfly: Earth Eruption Technique

Description: The user uses Dance of the Butterfly and his earth chakra to perform an attack. He slams his foot on the ground, channel his earth chakra into it and create a wave that makes the earth forcefully erupt. This eruption happens every time the grains inside the earth hit each other, resulting in continuous eruptions of earth that travels as a wave toward the target. These eruptions grows in strength and scale as the wave travels, resulting in huge, several meters high and wide eruptions toward the end.

- Stages of knowledge in the style affects the technique
- Can only be used by Frozenstein

Dance of the Butterfly: Water Splash
Type: Attack/Defense/Supplementary
Rank: A-rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The user uses Dance of the Butterfly and his water chakra to perform an attack. He hits/kicks or stomps at the targeted water and channel water chakra into it. He creates a wave of water inside it, but instead of controlling it, he let the wave to splash the water source as it travels, resulting in it losing it's previous form and make it dispersed in the surroundings. This technique can be used on water techniques to destroy them.
- Can only be used 3 times per battle
- Stages of knowledge in the style affects the technique
- Can only be used by Frozenstein

Additional effects and Restrictions:
- Must have excellent chakra control
- Have to master all 3 elements in order to use the style completely
- To master the style, one has to go through 3 training sessions with the 3 elements starting with the easiest toward the hardest
- When mastered the style after a short period of time, the user will be able to use the style with more simple movements without the restrictions in the elements
- Downside of the technique for those who doesn't have the appropriate knowledge is, it needs a certain range to have a serious and strong effect
- Can only be taught by Frozenstein

(Suiton: Hakai-teki Supaiku no jutsu): Water Release: Destructive Spikes jutsu

Description: To perform this technique, the target must be standing on a water source. The user sends their suiton chakra into the water source beneath their opponent. They will be able to manipulate the surrounding water near the opponent's feet and shape it into small projectiles (about 4 inches each) and about 1 centimeter in width. The user would make about 25 of these projectiles, and will release it all at the same time. The projectiles will be surrounding the target (on the water) and aimed at the back and front of their shins and thighs.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by EdwardSama
- Can only be used three times per battle
- Must wait two full turns before using again
- The projectiles does not have to always be aiming at their lower body, if the target happens to be floating on water, it could be aimed at the upper body as well.

(Kemuri no Kyōhaku Kan'nen) – Smoke Obsession
Type: Supplementary

Description: The user uses his wrist launcher to release an extremely rare smoke which covers the whole field in a short amount of time, in comparison to Hiding in Mist Jutsu. The technique alone cannot be used as an attack and the scarce smoke that is created cannot hurt the user or his opponents in any way; it cannot blind anyone, nor make a person have trouble breathing. It can be seen by a naked eye but only when it comes into close range with the person's eyes. All types of sensors can see the smoke from the moment it's created, including both regular sensors and all three Dōjutsu users. The technique works in a way that whenever someone on the battleground uses Fire Release technique, both when the user himself creates the fire or one or more of his opponents or partners, the rare smoke that the user has created earlier with this technique gets immediately mixed with the smoke created when the fire technique hit the target and/or burnt on the way to get there. That mixed smoke is then instantly available for the user to use it as its own. The user has more control over smoke created by his fire technique than he has over other person's because he uses his own chakra in the first palace to perform it. That helps the user to form future Smoke techniques in a range that they should not be formed if it were used by themselves, because even though the smoke is far from the user, he still has control over it because he managed to put his chakra into it through the scarce smoke. The scarce smoke also helps the user to stay in contact with his Smoke techniques all the time, ensuring him to perform the techniques successfully, until the pure end. When the user and his opponent are for example in long range, and the fire technique that the user performs hits the opponent or the ground close to him, the user can use that smoke for another technique regardless to the technique's original range. It also works in a way that if fighting another Smoke user, this technique can also take control over his smoke ass well, only in a bit harder way, not affecting time that is needed but only power of a technique that can be fetched. That means that while this technique is activated and your opponent uses Smoke, that smoke can be taken away from his control and used against him before he has the time to perform the technique he desired.
Notes:
- Usable only twice per battle.
- Technique lasts for three turns because after that amount of time, the smoke gets mixed and shattered through air too much due to its rareness.
- Rare smoke that the user creates can only overtake smoke created by A-rank fire technique of his opponent and S-rank fire technique of himself.
- The technique can also overtake only smoke from up to B-rank opponent's Smoke technique and it can overtake all ranks of the user's Smoke technique.
- The user can only use the fetched smoke to create up to B-rank Smoke technique, regardless to if the smoke was created from a fire technique or from smoke used in attempt of performing a Smoke Ninjutsu technique.
- This technique doesn't work as an increaser of range of Smoke techniques but only helps for techniques to be formed in a place where smoke was mixed with this technique, meaning that in case of clones, the smoke clones created in long or mid range will poof after making a single step.
- If the user performs a Smoke technique after activating this technique in an usual way; not by taking smoke from fire other person's smoke but simply by a regular performance of creating smoke by certain accessories, the range of techniques remains the same as original simply because the technique gets created where the user stands.
- Cannot be used for further creation of Smoke techniques if the use of a wrist launcher is strictly required.
- Can only be used by a Smoke user with wrist launcher.
- Can only be taught by Thoth.

(Kemuri Genkotsu Rendan) - Smoke Fist Barrage

Description: The user upon releasing smoke out of a helping tool, for example wrist launcher, will proceed to manipulate smoke to create multiple extending fists that will stretch out to cover a wide radius, punching a desired target with great speed, in comparison to Fuguki Sukuzan's Hair Spears. The user must use precise chakra control and ably compress the smoke into the created fists to do damage. Having sensory skills will give these fists a better accuracy because due to the speed of this technique, it's not easy to aim perfectly. The purpose of the fists are that they can launch a target into the air, or knock it down.
Notes:
- Usable only three times per battle
- Can only make a maximum of ten extending fists.
- The used smoke can be ultilized again after completion of this technique but not in the same turn.
- Can only be used by a Smoke user.
- Can only be taught by Thoth.

(Suiton: Chōeki no za Suiton Tekunikku): Water style: Imprisonment of the Water Technique

Description: The user performs the Tiger → Ram handseals and send their chakra to the water source beneath the target. With this they are able to manipulate the water and shape it. They use their chakra to move the water quickly, covering their opponent from underneath. It starts out by covering their feet and slowly move throughut their whole body. When the target is completely covered with the dense water, (shaped kind of like an 3 dimensional oval), the user will put their hands together and sort of squeeze their hands, so that the orb of water would become more pressurized. When they squeeze their hands together hard and harder, the orb becomes denser and denser. After one turn of adding pressure and such by squeezing your hands together, the water will return back to water because it cannot be squished any further. The effects of this technique makes the victim have harder breathing, sluggish movements, and sore body (because of the pressure applied on them) for the next turn.

Notes & Restrictions:
- Can only be used three times per battle
- Needs to wait two full turns before using again.
- Can only be taught by EdwardSama
- The victim, if they escape before being covered in the water, will not face any side-effects from the technique.
- The victim, if they escape in the middle of the technique, will face the same effect as a victim who was trapped for one whole turn, but on a lesser scale.
- The victim, if they are trapped for one full turn, will take the full effects of this technique (harder breathing, sluggish movements, sore body)
- The user can add a lightning technique after the water completely covers the target, which will add 15 in damage points.

Description: The Double Inferno is a twin sword, that when combined together, will form a double-bladed staff. It was handed down from generation to generation, until the unknown can that had it passed away. The twinswords were forged by a master blacksmith who was well known for his weaponry, however, time flew by and specific information about the forger cannot be found. The sword only cooperates with certain people who possess the will of fire and determination. Others who have tried wielding this legendary sword was killed by the two swords. The two swords act like normal swords; left one used for defending while the right one used for attacking. When you connect the two swords handles together, and release your chakra into the sword, it will go through a change where it becomes a double-bladed staff. This staff, unlike the twin swords, has the ability to release fire with its master/wielder. By exerting your chakra on the center of the staff, you would be able to perform Fire techniques using it. This sword is very sturdy and indestructible. It has a mind of its own and can somehow "speak" to its user by their chakras. By speak, i mean that they are able to warn you of incoming fire techniques because it has the ability to sense fire chakra in a persons body. In addition, this blade could pierce and destroy earth released up to B-ranks, because of the sturdiness and solidness of its blades.

Also, if I can't get one of those custom swords ill make my own 8D

(Mokuton: Mokusei bodi o karamiau) - Wood release: Intertwining wooden body
Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defense

Description: After performing the monkey>snake handseals, the user manipulates his mokuton chakra over his whole body, and caused wooden threads and vines to erupt out of different places of the body and the wooden threads will intertwine and surround the whole body. This resembles the susanoo, when the muscles are wrapping around the bones. The wooden thread will wrap around the user's body in the same way the susanoo's muscles do, and at the same speed. The wooden threads will protect the user's body, and whenever the user wants, he could always control and manipulated the wooden threads around his body, like releasing the wood threads/vines and attack the opponent with it. The wooden threads could reach up to long range. The complete wooden body made out of threads, which surrounds the user, will not go away, until it's completely destroyed, or else the wooden threads will regenerate, or after 3 turns have passed or after the user cancels it out with a single handseal.

(Raiton: Fukusuu Raikou Issou) - Lightning Release: Multiple Lightning Escape
Type: Attack/Defense/Supplementary
Rank: S-rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: A stronger and improved version of Lightning Escape. This jutsu works the same way as the original technique, but instead of creating a single lightning bolt from his body, the user can create several lightning bolts up to a total of 6. When creating more lightning bolts, the user can hide his body in one of these lightning bolts (have to state in which one) and use the rest as diversions or to attack/defend. All of these lightning bolts have the power of an A-ranked lightning attack and can be controlled separately. However to increase the efficiency of the tech, the user can sense chakra up to long range. If the user decides to only make a single lightning bolt which contains his body, he can pierce through S-rank or lower earth techniques, destroy them and continue his way toward his destination. However his speed is dropped to half of the previous speed. If the opponent uses a Forbidden-rank earth jutsu, the technique can be destroyed, but the user turns back to human form afterward. When the user uses more lightning bolts, he can redirect them freely, but if they are hit with the appropriate technique(s), they get destroyed. Also if there are several lightning bolts, the user's main lightning bolt can only pierce through and destroy 1 A-rank or lower earth tech and he turns back into human form afterward. He also turns back into human form if hit a S-rank earth tech.

It's cool, you will learn me it if it gets approved XD
But i am only afraid that it is a bit too op, add some more reestrictions
but can't think of any good restriction... =/ ideas?

EDIT: added some more restriction...

- the user can only travel high in the air up to mid range
- speed decreasing only occurs when S-rank earth jutsus are used against the user and there is only 1 lightning bolt
- if turned back into human form, the user can still control the other lightning bolts and attack or defend with them, but can't use jutsus that requires chakra
- user can't use lightning jutsus in the same turn he uses this technique
- user can't use (Raiton: Raikou Issou) - Lightning Release: Lightning Escape in the previous or the following turn

- can only be used 2 times per battle
- can only be taught by Frozenstein

Description: The Double Inferno is a twin sword, that when combined together, will form a double-bladed staff. It was handed down from generation to generation, until the unknown clan that had it passed away. The twin swords were forged by a master blacksmith who was well known for his weaponry, however, time passed by and information about the forger of the sword remains a mystery. The sword only cooperates with certain people who possess the will of fire and determination. Others who have tried wielding this legendary sword was killed by the two swords. The two swords act like normal swords; left one used for defending while the right one used for attacking. When you connect the two swords handles together, and release your chakra into the sword, it will go through a change where it becomes a double-bladed staff. This staff, unlike the twin swords, has the ability to release fire with its master/wielder. By exerting your chakra on the center of the staff, you would be able to perform Fire techniques using it. This sword is very sturdy and indestructible. It has a mind of its own and can somehow "speak" to its user by their chakras. By speak, i mean that they are able to warn you of incoming fire techniques because it has the ability to sense fire chakra in a persons body. In addition, this blade could pierce and destroy earth released up to B-ranks, because of the sturdiness and solidness of its blades.

Notes and Restrictions:

- Can only be in the fused form for a maximum of three turns.
- Can used fused form once per battle.
- When it is in fused form, the sword grants the user an ability to perform handseals for katon technique with one hand.
- Can do some fire techniques up to A-rank of the known element. (By some, i mean it can do fire techniques that comes out of a person's mouth, instead of the user using their mouth they channel their chakra in the sword and release it from the blades)
- The user can only use one hand to form handseals when it is in fused form.

(I understand if the "one handed handsigns" is op, so feel free to take it off if you have too. :|)

Type: Supplementary, Defensive
Rank: S
Range: Short/Mid

Description: The user, by applying the hydrification technique of the Hozuki clan, will have the ability to roam around a room undetected. The user will slam there hands on the ground after performing the handseals: Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox. They will send their chakra in the existing water source beneath the user and his/her opponent. By doing so, they will manipulate the water source underneath to create a perfectly squared room covering the two people. The room will be made of water and held by the users own chakra. Now by performing the hydrification technique afterwards, the user will be able to merge with the room and appear out of no where from anywhere in the room. They could freely travel around their opponent in water form and when they wish to materialize and attack, they could do so at any given moment. In addition, because the user will coat the entire room with a thick coat of their own chakra, lightning techniques applied directly on the water to hurt the user will be ineffective. The only way the user can be hurt inside the room is when they would materialize.

Notes and Restrictions:
- Can only use twice per battle.
- Has to wait four turns before using again.
- Because the user coats the water with a thick wall of chakra, doujutsu users will not be able to differentiate the room's chakra to the users chakra, meaning that the user will not be spotted against doujutsu users.
- Can not use Suiton techniques up to A-rank in the next turn.
- This acts like a normal S-rank technique, meaning it could be broken by any S-rank techniques of the following element: Earth, Water, and Wind.
- Forbidden Rank katon techniques will be able to destroy the room by making it evaporate, endangering the user as well.
- Must be a member of the Hozuki clan to use

it's quite a mess for me now. maybe I'm too tired... however you CAN'T make certain elements totally unaffected just because you are surrounded by chakra. the walls only contains your chakra and you are inside them, so any lightning technique that hits even the smallest parts of the wall may be lethal to you. Hozuki members are especially weak against lightning techniques.

Description: The user performs the Rat → Tiger → Dog handseals and slam one of his hands on the ground. Then he channels water chakra in the existing water source under him and his opponent and create a perfectly squared room from it, covering the two people. As the room is made, the user then uses the Hydrification Technique to merge with the room's walls and travel inside it freely. Then if the user wishes, he could materialize fully or partially to attack. While merged with the walls, the user is unaffected by most physical attacks such as spikes, hits, cuts, etc. But large scaled attacks that destroys the walls may cause damage to the user and/or force him to cancel his technique(s).

Notes and Restrictions:
- Can only be uses twice per battle.
- Because the room's walls contains the user's chakra, doujutsu users will not be able to spot the user easily or until he is materializing
- Can not use S-rank or higher Suiton techniques in the next turn.
- Must be a member of the Hozuki clan to use
- Can only be taught by EdwardSama
