Description: Everyone, before dying see's their entire life flash before their eyes. This is what my genjutsu technique does. After taking over the victims senses, the user will manipulate there sense of vision, having them see their entire life, from birth, in a flash. Having them relive memories they eagerly wanted to forget, and eventually... causing a mental breakdown.

Restrictions:

- Only teachable by Saikyo

genjutsu himitsu Sen hanabira secret illusionary technique a thousand flower petals
Type: Supplementary/Offensive

Description the user will first form four hand seals boar-rat-dog-sheep and then cast a genjutsu on his opponent, causing the opponent to see red rose flower petals surround the user which are emerging from the. Ground and floating in the air around the user. The user using hand movement will be able to direct the flower petals towards his opponent and when the flower petals hit the opponent it cuts through his skin leaving a deep cut. In reality the user throws a shuriken at the opponent. In other words the shuriken are the flower petals but a lot of petals directed at the opponent will be one shuriken thrown.
NOTES
-can only be used 3times per battle
- can affect more than one opponent
-this genjutu takes over only the opponents sight, allowing the user to be able to perform other techniques of A ranks and below.
-must have training in genjutsu
-lasts for 2 turns if the opponent doesn't break out of it or the user dispels it
-can only be used by an amegakure ninja.

The way you have written this makes it seems like you throw only one shuriken at the opponent. Put an exact figure on the number of shuriken. Why is the user able to only perform techniques of A-rank and below? Once the shuriken hit, the genjutsu is over, making it two turns makes little sense since the entire purpose seems to be for concealing thrown shuriken.

I'm thinking of turning this technique into a sequal.

Description the user will form 3 hand seals sheep-boar-dog, then putting a one hand tiger seal infront of his face and his other hand pointed at the opponent in a come manner, the user will cast a genjutsu on the opponent, causing the opponent to feel like his skeleton is growing thus feel pain as he watches his skeletal bones emerge from him, the opponent will first see his skeletal fingers grow longer and tear through his hands skin, next his feet skeletal toe bones come out of him tearing away the skin covering it...finally his rip cage. The opponent takes mental damage from the feeling of his bones coming out of him, when the genjutsu is Over the opponent is left breathing hard and falls to his knees unable to perform high ranked jutsus.
NOTES
-when the genjutsu is over the opponent is unable to perform s rank jutsu for the next turn being unable to mold proper chakra after the feeling of his skeleton bones leaving him.
-can only be used by an amegakure ninja.
-must had training in genjutsu to use.

I have a lot more, i'm thinking of turning the skeletal bones into a rank sequal...so no one else should make any jutsu involving bones...I have a-forbidden rank but first tour thoughts.

Better the description, how do you take over the opponents senses, there is no trigger so how do you achieve the results? Does this completely paralyse the opponent or is this a visual only affecting jutsu?
A-ranks tend to have usage limits of three maybe four turns. I also think you should remove the damage and just make it a paralysis gen, allowing you to attack them without interference, most likely making it B-rank... but leave it as A-rank and just remove the damage for the moment.

I understand what you are getting it, but you really need to work on the description.

Hang on a minute, this may have a chance as it's somewhat unique (I haven't seen any that have this effect) but lightning is not the element to create these vortex's xD

he user will jump on the ground and the opponent starts to believe that a lot of water is erupting out of the ground, and that itis rising upwards, forming into a cyclone. The user will get suck into the water and rotate with a fast speed countless times inside it, and because of the rotating water they can't move freely, nor do they have balance and they're starting to think that they're drowing. In reality the opponent is just rotating on his place, and eventually they fall down because they think they're out of breath (drowning), and they're very dizzy.

He left this weapon hiden in a cave in the mountains then while traveling I discovered this weaopn which I hope to use in battle. This is how the weapon works: Before using this weapon the user must perform the needed hand seals Tiger → Snake → Dog to infuse lighting into weapon. Once the wielder has done that, he throws the boomerang infused with lightning towards the opponent. The lightning would be spread all over the boomerang and it makes a noise similar to chidori. Once the lightning makes contact with the opponent it will pull the opponent onto the boomerang as this happens, the opponent would take damage due to all the lightning spreading on the boomerang. Like most boomerangs, Moon Lighting returns to it's wielder once it has been thrown, so if a opponent is trapped, the boomerang as it travels back to it's wielder also pulls the trapped opponent onto the wielder depending on the range for example: If the range between the wielder and the opponent is long then the lightning infused boomerang will pull opponent to mid-range, if the opponent is in mid-range he/she will be pulled to short range, and finally if the opponent is short range from the weilder, the opponent will be pulled next to the user. Well I tried but I'm not an expert like Howard , Frozman or Shinta, so it would be better if they help as I'm new myself in making customs.

I would probably make the weapon an S-rank and also, I believe you would have to come up with an explanation on why the user takes more damage depending on the range.

Description: The Power Pole is a pole made of the hardest wood on earth, and it was tempered with so it would have insanely high durability. Then after it was tempered with, someone painted the pole red but the person who did it has died so no one knows who he is. The abilities of the Power Pole are quite rare some would say. While only being 2 meters in length, the wielder can infuse some of his chakra in the pole to make it extend to 10 or 25 meters in length, about medium or long range from the opponent. The time it would take to extend is roughly a second. The pole retracts passivley if you say "Power Pole retract" and that also takes roughly a second.

The user lights the "joint" with a lighter and inhales, then exhales the smoke on the intended target. The intended target will begin to hallucinate after one turn of dizzyness. The user will hallicinate many different things which leaves him open to attacks.
