Since the user uses all of his chakra what is divided equally in him, this explosion will look like a spontaneous combustion and instead of scattering the user's body, it will eradicate it completely in a mere of few seconds, leaving nothing behind but the burnt ground and smaller/bigger fires in the vicinity. It shows the strength of the technique that everything in a 5 meters radius (short range) is being incinerated in the flames, killing anyone that comes too close. Objects and living organisms in a 15 meters radius (mid range) are being ignited and get severe burns to the point there's almost no intact place on their body. They suffer extreme pain like they were hit by a S-rank fire attack. Targets at long range will only feel a hot breeze of air. The technique needs a 3 seconds charging time to turn all of the chakra into fire, butcombustion happens really fast as well as the explosion (1.2x faster than a lightning attack), the closer the opponent is, the harder it is to evade the technique.

- changing all the chakra into fire is an automatic process and can't be reversed
- targets in a mid range radius (5-15 meters) suffer S-rank damage instead of F-rank
- can be used by a clone, but the user won't receive it's chakra back
- if used by a clone, the user can get caught in the explosion too
- can only be taught by Frozenstein

They don't looks similar first one is sealing and the other is explosion but what it seems similar to is diedara's technique the one that he used as a last resort on sasuke, your own just sounds like sucide, which deirdara's sound like he will take you with me....so yours is similar to that but at a lesser scale.

the original was declined due to being a bit OP and too similar for that sealing tech... this is a nerfed version but I didn't do anything against the "similarities"...

If that's the case then I don't know, cause for me I see a Deidara technique on a lesser scale and not a sealing tech...since your jutsu is optional and the sealing technique is not...but to change it, then you should state how optional it is, for the user...like in order to not be taken alive or desperate attempt to take out his opponent the user will form a hand seal turning his whole chakra left into fire, thus The explosion and la la la la...I think you should make it clear about it being optional and also change the upon death.

The user places his opponent under a genjutsu where 15 amegakure ninjas appear behind him, mid range away. Of course the opponent wouldn't notice as the ninjas appear so as the ninjas appear one of them starts screaming "Amegakure rises" multiple times. This would make the opponent notice that the ninjas have appeared behind him. Then as the ninja keeps on screaming, the rest of the ninjas proceed to attack the opponent, with swords in hand. This leaves the opponent open to be attacked by the user as the opponent would be concentrated on defending himself from the 14 ninjas that are attempting to attack him.
Notes:
-Can only be used two times per battle
-Can only be used by Amegakure ninjas
-Cannot use Genjutsu techniques on the same turn

I won't add a hand seal for a technique that is meant to kill my opponent off guard and to dispose my body... it is purposely made this way so I can use it anytime and anyway... even if I can't use my arms... if I can perform a hand seal why would I use this tech? I could just get away with my lightning escape...

I think the mods will say you should keep it at a maximum if 4, being that our clones are at a maximum of four, I like the genjutsu but I think it should be reduced as its too High ranked, maybe b. Or c. And also instead of fourteen say four and all four stands around him...

This current jutsu looks good...and I think the genjutsu should be for only valentine clan members...also its high ranked for just a decoy genjutsu

As for the previous genjutsu I thought it was meant to be clones...well if that's the case seems good to me..but still it being A ranked seems high. B atleast.

It looks okay to me, but since it can only be used by a clone shouldn't you add that in d description?... And also if you opponent is mid range from you, it says it will be like they have been hit by an s rank justsu does it mean that they die?(this is a personal question)

Description: raiden's thunderbelt is a chain made of an unknown black metal. It has a fancy gold trim on each link that resembles a dragon. This chain was said to have fallen from a thunderbolt when raiden was angry.The chain is worn wrapped around the users right or left arm so that it looks like an arm band. The chain has the ability to have one end launched to long distances(mid range) at an enemy and wrap around them while the other end stays on the users hand it can also retract back to the users hand. The user can then channel his lightning chakra into the chain electricuting the enemy. When lightning chakra is channeled into it the black on the chain glows a bright blue. The chain can also be used to grab hold of objects. This ability varies depending on the objects grabbed some objects get pulled to the user while others the user pulls himself to the object. The chain also has the ability to become stiff or flexible allowing the user to whip his enemies or apply blunt force.

When the snow touches anything, it becomes sort of like a crystal flower. So in the illusion, when the snow touches the opponent in the illusion, they will think that ice is growing on them. Because of the many snowflakes falling, they will think that they are completely frozen. However, your opponent can notice the genjutsu easily, because the terrain you are fighting on most likely isnt snowing. On the other hand, if the terrain you're fighting on is snowing, that will make the genjutsu look more believable.

Description the user will first form four hand seals boar-rat-dog-sheep and then cast a genjutsu on his opponent, causing the opponent to see red rose flower petals surround the user which are emerging from the. Ground and floating in the air around the user. The user using hand movement will be able to direct the flower petals towards his opponent and when the flower petals hit the opponent it cuts through his skin leaving a deep cut. In reality the user throws a shuriken at the opponent. In other words the shuriken are the flower petals but a lot of petals directed at the opponent will be one shuriken thrown.

-can only be used 3times per battle
- can affect more than one opponent
-this genjutu takes over only the opponents sight, allowing the user to be able to perform other techniques of A ranks and below.
-must have training in genjutsu

Description the user will form 3 hand seals sheep-boar-dog, then putting a one hand tiger seal infront of his face and his other hand pointed at the opponent in a come manner, the user will cast a genjutsu on the opponent, causing the opponent to feel like his skeleton is growing thus feel pain as he watches his skeletal bones emerge from him, the opponent will first see his skeletal fingers grow longer and tear through his hands skin, next his feet skeletal toe bones come out of him tearing away the skin covering it...finally his rip cage. The opponent takes mental damage from the feeling of his bones coming out of him, when the genjutsu is Over the opponent is left breathing hard and falls to his knees unable to perform high ranked jutsus.
NOTES
-when the genjutsu is over the opponent is unable to perform s rank jutsu for the next turn being unable to mold proper chakra after the feeling of his skeleton bones leaving him.
-can only be used by an amegakure ninja.
-must had training in genjutsu to use.

I have a lot more, i'm thinking of turning the skeletal bones into a rank sequal...so no one else should make any jutsu involving bones...I have a-forbidden rank but first tour thoughts.
