How its performed: I would perform the handseals and breathe in. I would then do like the previous jutsu buit make it larger both width and length. Height included. And blow it ouit.
Indeed. o_o This is a very nice Katon jutsu, especially given the rank.

However, there is one obvious disadvantage; it explodes; if you're too close when you launch it, you'll be caught in the explosion.

Indeed. o_o This is a very nice Katon jutsu, especially given the rank.

Very well done - that's one of my favorite fire-jutsu, as it's sheer size can cause problems for the opponent.

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique: I would gather chakra into my lungs and knead it into fire as I exhale three different balls off fire. I would then use my chakra to control them and make them combine into one large fire ball.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skills, creative use, etc): Getting the opponent into the air or just catching them by surprise. OR, I think, people use this to send into the clouds and set up for Kirin.
  • Advantage(s): It could possible confuse the enemy because it starts off as three separate fire balls. It also reaches long range so that helps out a lot.
  • Disadvantage(s): Each fire ball is weak before they combine and if the fire balls are taken out, it weakens the overall technique.
  • How to counter the technique;:I'm thinking a nice, strong wind technique or water of equal rank.

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique: I would simply preform four handseals, knead chakra in my lungs, and spew out a large cloud of ash. Then, if I wanted to cause more damage, I could click my teeth and ignite the large cloud of ash.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skills, creative use, etc): I would only use this technique if I caught the opponent off guard. The risks are too much to use it without thought or strategy.
  • Advantage(s): The ash itself does damage by burning the opponent. Also, the explosion is powerful and quick.
  • Disadvantage(s): Can be used against you and is very easily avoidable since it's a giant cloud of ash.
  • How to counter the technique: I would throw an explosive kunai and ignite the ash myself. I could also use a wind technique to get the ash away from me or use a fire technique to ignite the ashes.

Exacctly, this jutsu can easily be used against you. One simple d rank wind jutsu could do the job.

( Katon: Gōryūka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique

Description: The user fires several large dragon-shaped fireballs at their opponent after performing one handseal. It is able to alter localized weather conditions to the point of making thunder clouds when shot into the air, enabling the user to perform Kirin.


Gather your fiee chakre, perform one handeal and send a few fireballs into the sky. Use your shape manipulation to shape the fireballs into dragon heads. This will heat up the atmosphere, creating thunderclouds that can be used for kirin.


you really must know this about kirin:
The thunderclouds are formed after the opponent's first turn.
so it's basically like this
your 1st turn: You're shooting a long range at least B rank fire technique into the sky
the opponent's 1st turn: He can try to cancel out the fire technique. After the opponent's turn the thunderclouds are formed
Your 2nd turn: Now you can create the chidori and kirin. Require 2 jutsu slots
opponent's 2nd turn: he can prevent you from using kirin, and if you don't perform the kirin, the opponent might create a chidori and use thunderclouds as an advantage, and perform the kirin himself.

If nobody succeeds to perform kirin, rain will start to fall over the battlefield, and if you want to use kirin again, you would have to repeat everything. Understand?

Grab an amount of shurikens and throw them at some wood dummies. As you release those shurikens exhale fire infused chakra onto the shurikens, increasing the destructive potential. Please describe the effect of the fire chakra infused shuriken hitting the wooden dummies, and compare it with the effect of normal shurikens hitting wooden dummies.

After gathering enough chakra, I would expel several large fire balls. After expelling the fire, I use the chakra in the fire to make it shaped like a dragon's head as they go towards the sky or a target.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skills, creative use, etc): As it says in the description, shooting them into the sky to use Kirin the next turn is very popular. Also, using a wind technique with it could help out a lot because of the rank and power of this technique.
  • Advantage(s): It does pretty good damage if all fire balls hit and it's long range which helps a lot.
  • Disadvantage(s): If not all the fire balls hit, it doesn't do the total amount of damage it can. There's also the water bullet technique that can get rid of this easy.
  • How to counter the technique;: As I stated above, the water bullet technique to get rid of most, if not all, of the attack.


  • Brief description of how you perform the technique: This one is pretty simple. I would grab a handful of shuriken, preferably a lot, and knead fire chakra in my lungs at the same time. After finding a target, I would throw the shuriken at it. Immediately after releasing the shuriken, I would expel the fire chakra I've kneaded onto the shuriken to make them catch fire and increase destructive capability by a bunch.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skills, creative use, etc): It can be used to distract the enemy or be used to attack the enemy while they're distracted. Since this move is so simple, it's easy to use in a lot of scenarios.
  • Advantage(s): It's a very simple move with a lot of destructive capability.
  • Disadvantage(s): It can be easily, and I mean easily, countered by a wind or water jutsu... or earth.
  • How to counter the technique;: I would personally use an earth wall to take the force of the shuriken and the fire. I can also just use a wind technique to blow the shuriken and fire away or water to just stop them.


  • Brief description of how you perform the technique: I would gather fire chakra into my lungs as I knead it. I would then release the fire in small amounts, using my chakra to control it and mold it into orbs with demon faces and horns. After creating a sufficient amount of orbs, I would then use the chakra in them to attack the target, in this case, your clone.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skills, creative use, etc): Using them to distract the opponent is really the only way I see this move being really effective.
  • Advantage(s): Can distract the enemy and that's about it. Unless I'm missing something. O___O
  • Disadvantage(s): Can be easily dispelled and the more orbs, the weaker they are.
  • How to counter the technique;: Simple water or wind techniques should suffice. OR, using the same technique and maknig them fight each other.

Oh Snap. I'm sorry. I didn't even see the question. lol

Well, as soon as the shuriken hits, it will cut through whatever it hits, assuming it's soft enough. The shuriken would be lodged into its target, and start to burn it on the inside and outside. A normal shuriken would just cut into whatever it was thrown at and that's it.

Perform a small sequence of handseals and erupt fire out of your body, launching it towards my clone in a spiralling manner and engulf my clone in a massive amount of flames.





( Katon: Benijigumo ) - Fire Release: Crimson Earth Spider

Description: After performing five handseals Tiger → Horse → Rat → Dog → Tiger , the user spews out fire that both surrounds the enemy and then transforms into a spider that attacks the enemy. Perform a sequence of handseals again and release fire out of your mouth. Manipulate the fire and transform it into a spider attacking my clone.

  • Advantage(s): This is sorta like two attacks because the initial burst can be an attack, and then the pillar.

  • How to counter the technique: Using a move to avoid the technique. (hurricane fist or doton no jutsu)


  • Brief description of how you perform the technique: After performing the four handseals, I would spread me chakra around me and begin to spin it as I knead it into fire. After reaching a sufficient speed, I ignite the fire and push the chakra upward, adding to the spin and making it deadlier.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skills, creative use, etc): Getting close to the opponent, trapping the opponent, or getting the opponent close to you will all work.
  • Advantage(s): It's a pretty deadly technique if it hits successfully.
  • Disadvantage(s): Like many fire techs, it's very easy to avoid.
  • How to counter the technique: Covering the opponent in water or wind will prevent them from completing the technique. I think? O___O


  • Brief description of how you perform the technique: This technique is cool. (an new?) Anyway, I would preform the five and gather my fire chakra. After gathering a significant amount of chakra and kneading it into fire, I spew out the fire towards and around the opponent. Then, using the chakra in the fire, I would form the fire into a large spider that attacks the opponent.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skills, creative use, etc): It doesn't really require any combos except maybe increasing the destructive capability with a wind technique.
  • Advantage(s): The opponent is trapped and MUST deal with the fire technique before anything else.
  • Disadvantage(s): Not much really. I can't think of any at the moment.
  • How to counter the technique: Using a (very) large scale water or wind technique is really the only thing I see that can deal with this move quickly and effectively.

  • Disadvantage(s): Just as easy as it is to perform, it's also easy to dispel. A simple wind or water technique should suffice in extinguishing the fire.
  • How to counter the technique: Getting out of range, using a fire/wind/water tech of equal or higher rank, using earth to block it.


  • Brief description of how you perform the technique: I would begin to gather chakra into my arm. After gathering enough chakra, I would swing my arm across my body, releasing the chakra and turning it into fire. Once the fire touches the ground, I would use the chakra in the fire to erupt the fire, turning it into a wall.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skills, creative use, etc): Using it to block the opponents vision is an obvious on. Another one would be to cast the jutsu behind the opponent, disabling them from escaping.
  • Advantage(s): Again, easy to use and pretty useful if used right. It can really turn the tables in a fight if used right, due to the vision block or escape disabling.
  • Disadvantage(s): Like all fire attacks, it's easy to avoid/counter. Using most if not all wind or water of the same rank or above should be suffice in countering the technique.
  • How to counter the technique: I would use a wind or water bullet to go right through or at least clash with the wall, cause it to collapse.


  • Brief description of how you perform the technique: Uhh. This is less of a fire technique than it is a sword technique and fire technique combing but ok. lol anyway, I would use a sword, assuming I have one, and attack my opponent in close range, not letting them defend. I would then jump back and expel some fire at my opponent for the finishing blow.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skills, creative use, etc): I don't really see how one could use this technique without being sure that it'll connect. I guess attack the opponent from behind or going too fast for the opponent to react are the only ways this'll really work.
  • Advantage(s): It could very well finish the fight if it connects and if it doesn't, it'll do some serious damage.
  • Disadvantage(s): This technique requires you to get up close and personal with your opponent which can be dangerous if you haven't started out in close range.
  • How to counter the technique: Not letting the opponent get close or using better tai/kenjutsu prowess to overpower the opponent and render the move useless.

About the 2nd technique, a big disadvantage would be that you're vision would be blocked as well, and the opponent might use it as his advantage.

Description: The user manipulates their fire chakra and doing the tiger hand seal, shoots an intense fire stream at the opponents feet which then lifts them into the air in the eruption of a column of intense flames. Sasori can replicate this technique through the usage of his fire launcher.
Exhale a strong fire stream at my clone's feet after performing the tiger hand seal. The fire will lift my clone into the air, and manipulate the fire so it'll erupt into a column of intense flames.
